...It's on. My friends mum saw me today and thought I was pregnant (to be fair DH and I are trying which she knows so it's not such a stretch but yeah 🙈) and I've had enough.
I'm 5"6 and 13st, biggest I've ever been and I have a tiny frame do it looks awful, I have friends much bigger than me that look great but I look like the Hunny Monster!
Not setting goals just hoping to be sensible and to usey exercise bike and twist n shape more than I usey pint glass and takeaway menu.
All welcome - Join me and let's get to a better place by Christmas eve 🎄✨☃️❄️

Thank you MsForestier. I had a baby 11 weeks ago and hormones are definitely all over the shop. In adidition, the sleep deprivation makes me crave caffeine & sugar. Thanks for the kind words - I appreciate it.

Yesterday was ok ish, two slices of honey on toast for breakfast, forgot about lunch, fish and chips for dinner but I was on my feet all day so hopefully burnt some of it off!

CurlsandCurves · 23/09/2018 10:42

Not too bad a day yesterday. Takeaway last night, DH and the kids had pizza, I had a chicken kebab on pita bread with lots of salad.

Feeling like a total sloth because apart from Zumba on Monday I’ve done no exercise at all. Even if I don’t do any classes I usually take myself off for a walk most days, but I’ve not even done that. Might get my trainers on and go out in a bit.

FrederickCreeding · 23/09/2018 11:10

Feel I did ok yesterday. Got to 10.30 and realised I hadn't met my steps total, so marched round the living room until I met my target! I couldn't fail on the first day.

PoesyCherish · 25/09/2018 08:57

Morning all, weighed in yesterday and was down to 8 st 8.5 lbs (so 2 lb down from last week). Not bad considering on my way home from work on Friday I bought two large Asda pizzas for three of us to share (2 adults and a 6 year old) and then DP and I shared two large bars of chocolate too. The rest of the weekend was okay though, lots of salad and stew. Off work sick at the moment due to my joint condition. Not much unhealthy food in the house so should be able to eat okay.

Also doing ok this week. Have maintained at 11st 7lbs for the last few days, which was my target by Halloween. Hoping to get to 11st sooner than Christmas now.

Today I've eaten:

B - fruit & fibre cereal
L - sandwich, cucumber, yoghurt
D - sausages, mash, baked beans
S - banana, half a crispie cake brownie.

Not getting much exercise atm, as really busy at work and my couch 2 5k buddy seems to have found someone she can go to the gym with instead of running. I don't want to go out running on my own and can't afford the gym (cost or time wise) so I think I will try and start the 30 day shred DVD again. The longest I've managed to keep it up for so far is a week but I did lose about 7lbs when I was doing it, so it's worth a try!

Hope everyone else is doing well!

0.5 off this week not sure if that’s going to happen next week the monthly is on it’s way. I always gain water weight during and feel so bloated but Will definitely not be consuming junk sugary shit 99% dark chocolate has been brought and a square of that a day wards off sugar cravings. It’s about 97days till Christmas Eve someone said it to me today so I want to have another drop next Thursday.

@Seth Eek sorry for the ridiculously late reply.. I'm in Devon but I think it was a national H&B promotion. Going to check if it's still on as I think it's pretty good although there are similar versions of the same ingredient. I forget the name but it's a nondigestable plant extract and is the same thing as is in Eat Water Slim Noodles which are fookin ace. 9 calories per portion, no fat, no carbs, no protein. They have no taste and are a bit rubbery but as a thin noodle they're fine and take on the flavor of any sauce. Genius. Cheese and tomato pasta sauce with only the cals/fat etc of the sauce itself and no extra. I digress.
The sachets make up a shot that you stir for 5 seconds and then drink. I accidentally made one but had to deal with something and when I got back to my desk the frickin' thing was a jelly! 😂 I ate it. It was surprisingly nice. They definitely work and are also good on a psychological level as you're like, "I've paid £15 to not snack - do I really want to eat this biscuit?!" and especially since eating the jelly because I know that I AM more full after my meal.

I’m not holding out much hope for a loss this week. I feel like my body is holding on to everything! Too much wine at the weekend and a couple of cakes from a Macmillan coffee morning.

But I have done loads of walking. Weigh in is tomorrow so I’ll see ...

BobbinThreadbare123 · 01/10/2018 16:57

I have lost.... Nothing. But not gained either. Usually I'm pretty stable anyway, but I was trying to avoid junk and then had some cake and then a roast dinner out. I might go back to my bowl method. I do eat a good diet but clearly too much, so I only eat what will fit in a cereal bowl of whatever I'd make anyway.

CurlsandCurves · 04/10/2018 18:51

I stayed the same this week too. Which I’m pleased about as I really thought I’d lost the plot and gained.

So far so good this week. I’ve planned and tracked my food and been really mindful of not grabbing stupid stuff like the kids sweets. Went on a good walk yesterday got my 10k steps and 30 mins of activity. Today I’ve done a Clubbercize class and currently at almost 12k steps.

CurlsandCurves · 09/10/2018 13:40

1 off this week!

Really pleased with that. Just been to a circuits class that I really enjoyed.

Strongbeatsskinny · 20/10/2018 05:58

I’ve lost 1.7kg since my last post. How’s everyone else doing ? I’m wanting comfort food now the weathers turned cooler.

SuzeD29 · 28/10/2018 17:59

Hi everyone I'm part way into my 3 stone weight loss journey. I'm down to 11st 10lb and have 24lb to go until my target. I'm 5ft 5 and a size 14 at the moment.

Had a bit of an iffy day food wise-
Went out with friends for breakfast and had a full English fry up with orange squash and 2 cinnamon whirls 😬

Had some grapes to snack on earlier and bran flakes with nuts and raisins for dinner.

Hoping the calories will sort of balance themselves out 😂

I don't follow a diet plan. I just aim to exercise 3x a week (mix of yoga and running) and not to snack infront of the tv in the evenings. It's working for me and I don't feel deprived
