...It's on. My friends mum saw me today and thought I was pregnant (to be fair DH and I are trying which she knows so it's not such a stretch but yeah 🙈) and I've had enough.
I'm 5"6 and 13st, biggest I've ever been and I have a tiny frame do it looks awful, I have friends much bigger than me that look great but I look like the Hunny Monster!
Not setting goals just hoping to be sensible and to usey exercise bike and twist n shape more than I usey pint glass and takeaway menu.

Hello all. Sort of a good day for me. Apart from I ate 3.5 fajitas for my teaBlush

May need to focus on portion control!!

Have made it to my gym class though which I loved and Nearly managed a back walkover!

Worked late so ate a mini mars bar around 7ish which would've been dinner time!

Rest of menu -

1 toast and ice coffee
Lunch was a big salad - spinach, green beans, cabbage, lentils, mixed beans, chickpeas, sweetcorn, broccoli. Lovely and filling
apple and 2 satsumas
tandoori chicken, rice and salad

Not a great start for me - current weight 9st11. Half a stone off by Xmas would be great a whole stone would be amazing. I'm diddy so it makes a big difference.
But there have been biscuits on my table at work and I've been snacking too much in the evenings. Let's see how today goes...

Succumbed to a gin and a chocolate eclair yesterday- I must practise saying no to over generous hosts in social situations. Otherwise ok and I signed up for a new pikatesvlass so could be worse. Today is a new day.

Greyandgrumpy48 social situations are difficult. My sons girlfriend brought round a box of muffins last night that she had baked. I said no when she offered then round but she looked really sad and kept on until I had one. Then I had another one! When will I learn? GrinCake

So glad I'm not the only one succumbing to unhealthy food yesterday. Today didn't start much better, I ate two more cookies for breakfast. But they were millies cookies and they were so good!

I'm 5'7 and 93 kg and a 16 dress size.

I have a lovely Ness rosalita mcgee dress in the wardrobe for t years I really want to wear but it's a 14.

Going to start 30 day loose belly fat app and couch to 10k. Park run on Saturdays.

I have just posted a thread about this one about Lucy Wyndham -Read's 7 day work out then came across this one underneath,

Weigh in this morning.. 10.11 (have lost 3llb In the last couple of weeks) but like sone others am only 5ft 2 and it's allll on my belly . It's so weird! Anyway I'd be delighted with 1.5 stone off. Apart from anything else I might be seeing an ex boyfriend who is now single (as am I) the week before Christmas when he comes over from the states so that is a big motivation) .. and after that it's the dreaded on line dating .. so plenty of motivation Hmm

I had a bad day in work. I caved and ate something I shouldn't have when I got home. What the heck is wrong with me? I go for the food for comfort more than I hate the way I look and it becomes a huge vicious circle Sad

I'm so desperate to fall face first into a giant plate of stodgy deliciousness. I've come to realise though that every time I give in to the temptation it just puts me back a couple of days. I really want to lose this chub, I feel and look awful.

You're right though, every temptation does set us back a few days. Especially as it just ramps up the blooming cravings plus expands the stomach making it hard to not feel permanently hungry.

Poesy I went to bed at 9pm to stop myself eating. I kept thinking about a pizza that is in the freezer, it would have gone down a treat. I'm not feeling so hungry today which is good. I seem to be thinking of food all day long though.

Hello! Can I join please?? I'm in to my second week of trying to lose 21lbs. Im 5ft 2 started at 10st 12lbs have lost 2lb in first week and i weigh on a Saturday.

Im on my feet all day and struggle to fit any additional exercise in. I'm using myfitnesspal and trying to just adjust and make small changes and not crash diet as that's when I hit the junk food!! Would love to get the 21lbs off by Xmas but I know it's gonna be tough!

Morning all, I did my weigh in this morning and despite a bad weekend & falling into an M&S rosemary foccaccia yesterday, I’ve lost 2 pounds so I’m chuffed. Aiming to get to spin later & keep off the chocs (easy to say now but harder to do at 8pm). I hope everyone is having a good day.
