kick your graph is really similar to mine!
I'm determined to try to stop the yo-yo effect. I lost two stone earlier this year but have put half of it back on since July. I've got previous for this too. Just want to get to goal and STAY THERE!

My graph shows you exactly why I'm here! Lost loads on MFP in 2013 and it's slowly crept back on...

Here's mine. If we ignore the holiday spike at the start, it's pleasingly downwards!

I'm delighted today to be 12st 6.7, which means I've officially lost all the holiday weight and I'm back on track. I'm honestly buzzing! My average is a full pound down on last week too! Woo hoo!

Here’s mine! Very up and down!

Checking in for today. Yesterday’s planned 9km walk ended up being 5.3km as it started to rain heavily and I ended up phoning DH to come rescue me! I did try to carry on but got really cold and it was miserable.

Yesterday’s food was ok. But I broke my Sober September. We had steak and I gave in to temptation and had a glass of red wine. Which turned into a few more. Basically think I had three glasses. Annoyed. But it was nice!

No walk yet today as have been busy. About to go pick DS up from school as he has free periods for the rest of the day. Then I will walk into town to meet a friend for coffee.

ponygirlcurtis · 07/09/2018 18:24

My graph would only go down the way because I never admit to my gains on MFP, I just try keep going till I get back to it!

I haven't had a perfect week at all but it's been my period so no point worrying about it. I have been really busy and active though, so hoping that evens things out a bit.

Spurisor How was Body Pump? I've seen some of the class. It looks hard core!

No weight lost this week for me, I am a bit disappointed, but determined to try harder. I am doing OK with the exercise, too much of a lapse with diet though. Now both dc will be back at school & starting college I will get the routine back. The stumbling point for me is forgetting to take lunch & cooking dinner so will have a batch cooking session on sunday.

bloopitybloop · 08/09/2018 08:53

Weighed in at 58.7 this morning so about half a kilo off in half the week -not bad -
Now aim is to keep losing

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 08/09/2018 09:39

Gettin it was really good! I actually really enjoy it, it’s quite intense but you feel like you have worked hard afterwards. And the nice thing is that you can pick lighter or heavier weights and modify some of the exercises to make it easier or harder, so there are lots of different levels of fitness in the class. I am quite sore today though!

Bloopity well done! Half a kilo is fab going in just a week.

Terf2Terf · 08/09/2018 13:38

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser my gym has just started a body pump class. On your description I shall sign up for it next week, it sounds like my kind of class! Thank you. I did MetaPWR yesterday which is half an hour of intense workout but again you can make it as hard as you need individually. 20seconds of "floor-to-star-jump" nearly killed me Shock

poorpaws · 08/09/2018 18:05

2 lbs off in the first week. I’d hoped for more but since I haven’t lost since June it’s a start.

Hope everyone has a good weighin this week.

Toadsrevisited · 08/09/2018 21:42

Finished two days of the sw food plan pretty successfully : only eaten eggs, meat, veg, fruit, no fat yog. No syns except an avocado yesterday, one slice of toast and a moam I nicked out of ds1s party bag today :) Feel virtuous but hangry....

KickBishopBrennanUpTheArse · 08/09/2018 23:51

A bit late posting but I weighed in this morning at a disappointing 11 1. Same as last Saturday even though I was pretty consistently 10 13 this end of the week.

I blame the Friday night take away. I'll try again tomorrow.

HappyGowerGirl · 09/09/2018 08:12

Hey all, well done on the losses!
And the exercising!!! I still havent managed to get back into my exercise routine after summer...

I’ve been strict on the diet though - at the moment I’m eating pretty much everything but restricting it to about 1400 calories a day. Am 9.5 (59.5kg) at the moment. This is actually my goal weight though I might lower it slightly by 2 or 3 lb to 9.2 (58kg).

Good luck all

ponygirlcurtis · 09/09/2018 08:25

Well done poorpaws and bloopity. Kick if you take the average across the whole week rather than just yesterday's blip weight you will see a better number. Wink

I also am struggling to get my exercise mojo back, and my eating has been hit-and-miss, although I saw a good number on Friday. Will see how this week pans out. Didn't manage to weigh this morning though (friends here staying in my room). Haven't meal planned this week as I have been distracted by sorting stuff for my new bathroom so need to do that today so I don't go mad and eat everything in the freezer!

Hi all. I’ve been a bit disappointed with my sneaky weigh ins last few days but this morning’s was much better. Will see how tomorrow goes for my official weekly weigh in.

I’m on 1650 calories but generally come in under. Yesterday I was under by 2 whole calories! I will redo my numbers tomorrow based on my weight in the morning as I should officially be a full stone off.

I’m still walking and enjoying it but my hips ache so much afterwards. I think it’s just muscular. Might go to my chiropractor this week and see what he says. He’s pretty good at advice on stretches etc. DH has suggested I use our elliptical as he thinks it would be better and would build the muscles. Not sure. I’m really enjoying being outside for my walks. I walk a really nice country lane with fields and cows and horses and greenery. I don’t want to give it up before the weather interferes!

Might also get my gait analysed. I think I walk all wrong anyway. I stomp.

Anyway. Have a good Sunday all. I had toast with marmite and cottage cheese for breakfast, have soup made from stuff in the fridge for lunch and dinner will be sausage and lentil casserole.

GettinTrimmer · 09/09/2018 14:09

Afternoon Slendertemberers!

It's all go here, ds starts college tomorrow, preparing lunches with him all week, put on a big slow cooker pot of tomato sauce for the week to get organised....I am most proud of being able to say for the past week I have been in a routine of exercise - first day 4 minutes, then 7 minutes every other day of Lucy Wyndham Read's routine on YouTube 50Shades I think I can see a difference to my waist already. I have paid for a gym membership and I am off to the gym about 4pm today.

Also seriously contemplating joining the local Ramblers group and 10 mile walk with them next Sunday.

I am considering MFP, Slimming World I have lost a stone with them, it was more but regained some over the summer. One week left of my groups as I paid upfront for 12 weeks. Pony 1650 cals sounds doable, well done for sticking to it.

GettinTrimmer · 09/09/2018 14:15

Sorry Peridot not Pony!

KickBishopBrennan the take aways are lethal! We had one last night, but it's at the beginning of the week and I hope to spend the rest of the week sticking to healthy eating.

Enjoy Sunday everybody, gorgeous weather here.

1200calsaday · 10/09/2018 07:59

Heaviest this year was 11 stone 5. I weighed myself on Friday and was 10 stone 6 so 3 pounds down in a week. Very chuffed.
I've been very careful in counting and logging cals which has meant thinking carefully about what I eat.

Haven't touched biscuits, crisps, cakes or chocolate and haven't missed them - and they've been in the house because my skinny kids eat them!
Eating my breakfast/lunch about noon and it's a small bowl of muesli with yogurt and milk and dinner of protein and lots of veg or salad.
Also drinking lots of fluid, if I have tea of coffee I've to have a glass of water too.

Plus been consciously active - minimum of 3 walks a week of 10km, started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred - 2 days and Lucy Wyndham-Reed 2 days and I just bought some lights weights so I could dispense with using cans of beans!!
Aim is another two pounds by this Friday.
Still a long way to go to even reach 'normal weight' as I'm a short arse.
Focusing on not looking like a Wee Fattie. :-)

HappyGowerGirl · 10/09/2018 08:40

Hello all,

Weighing in at 9.5 (59.6kg) this morning & have decided to adjust goal weight to 9.3, just to give myself a buffer so I can hopefully stay below 60kg.

Desperately need some exercise as I’ve been getting thinner but not necessarily fitter! Hoping to go for a swim tonight.

Peridot1 · 10/09/2018 09:10

Weighed in at 14st 13.2 pounds this morning. So down .8 of a pound from last week. Sheesh it is slooooowwwww. Will re do my calories and TDEE today and see what that brings.

I thought about trying to add in 16/8 but after a lifetime of not really being a breakfast person I always seem to be hungry in the mornings now!

QuantumWeatherButterfly · 10/09/2018 11:11

Not a stellar weekend. Back up to 12st 8.2 this morning. I didn't eat too much, just the wrong things, so I haven't put on 1.5 pounds of fat in 2 days, it must just be bloat. Hopefully will see a better number tomorrow.

Neenook · 10/09/2018 11:26

HappyGowerGirl you're exactly where I want to be! 3lb down so far and currently 10st 5 (65.7kg). Once I get back down to the 9's I'll feel happier but also feel best under 60kg.
Logging on MFP and walking the dog to death!

Neenook · 10/09/2018 11:31

(Quite disappointed my vicious hair cut - shoulder length to just below the ears bob - didn't reduce the numbers at all Angry)

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 10/09/2018 14:07

Terf2Terf Exciting, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I had a surprisingly “good” weekend food and exercise-wise, and I have a nice week of healthy meals planned, so hopefully I will see a loss this week. Today has been off to a good start so far, and I’m currently having a delicious slice of leftover frittata for my lunch.
