I'm so pleased - I've lost two pounds since last Monday - yay!
Cut back severely on chips, chocolate and crisps Grin and I can't quite believe it's made such a difference so quickly.

Ok so I didn't have my planned dinner as 2 yr old DS ate my quinoa Hmm so I had 4 vegetable fingers, peas & 2 slices of bread. Was yum. MFP says I'm allowed 1440 calories a day & if I don't eat any more tonight I'm about 100 under my daily allowance but the night is young

I've also switched to vegetarianism. It's early days (1st week!) but not missing meat yet

I've done massive amounts of gardening this last week and I think the unaccustomed exercise has helped too. Been drinking loads of water as well. Every time I feel peckish I have a glass of water instead and it really helps to take my mind off eating.

I went to the gym and it was PACKED! And I'm not confident so I left, picked up my friend and we did a 2 mile walk instead Grin at a very slow pace but what can you do!

Argh I want to eat chocolate. I'm watching House of Cards & it feels wrong not snacking. I've got a lovely lidnt dark chocolate & raspberry bar in the fridge

Do you find some days you’re just ravenous and others you’re grand. Today I could eat the leg off the table. Weighing myself in the morning - will let you know what my cranky scales says.....

Weighed myself this morning on 2 different scales. One said I had gained a quarter pound and the other said I lost 3lbs - guess which one i am going with!!!!!😂😂

I was so good & didn't eat any chocolate! Still sticking to only eating 10am - 6pm. A bit annoying when I've playgroup at 10 & out straight after.

@Opheliasgoldenwine I don't walk many more steps than you! Thinking of buying Fitbit Zip to track my steps otherwise my running around the house doesn't count (I don't have my mobile with me tracking my steps).

Haha @Ethiopianflower you need to throw those scales out for being subordinate
