I went to a Little Mix concert tonight and ate a hot dog Grin delicious. Still within my calories though and I walked 5 miles! 15000 steps Grin

Hi everyone,

Can I join please :)
I am currently 216 pounds and 5ft 8. I used to be 294 (whoops)
Did get down to 190 but cocked around the last few months. Would like to get back down to 200 by end of September for my holiday and then maybe a bit lower after that. I lost weight doing calorie counting then slimming world. Started back on track last week and lost a couple of pound calorie counting again, so think i'm gonna stick with that. Would like to lose 2 pounds a week. Aiming for 1200 cals a day. Also have a fitbit. Office worker so I aim for 8000 steps a day and more at weekends. Would love to keep on track with you guys and this seems like an active thread for support x

Thanks guys. Smile feeling quite good at the minute being able to stick to a plan again. Found it hard to get back on the wagon but now I’m on I feel better. Today I had banana and yogurt. Lunch was ham and a cheese slice on wholemeal bread with a few cherry tomatoes. Tonight I’ll be having jacket spud with tuna and salad. Drinks are squash and coffee. Pretty much what my day looks like most work days tbh. Just diner changes really. Weekends I try to have 2 meals. Brunch and dinner but brunch is usually a bit more substantial. Avoiding alcohol too. Hope everyone else is having a good day so far Grin

I'm doing my 1400 calories and it's great as I'm getting results but still eating yummy snacks - today's breakfast was two chocolate rice cakes, lunch was a crunchie ice cream 😍 and I'm not sure what dinner will be! But I have 1,106 calories left Grin

Welcome shredders you sound like you are in the zone and are doing well. If you're doing SW, are you not having any syns?
I am following SW principles but not tracking syns totally accurately as I've not got the app anymore.

As expected did have a great today as my house was out of bounds so I ate a big jacket potato, cheese & beans for lunch. Went for a little jog this evening. I tried C25k a while back & it was too much too soon. So I'm doing the same principle (intermittent walking/jogging), but for 15 minutes instead of 30. I'll work my way up to that. Anyway, by doing that I'm under my calorie goal Grin boom!

I'd say that was quite a good day Mrs G, you could have gone out and got a burger and you got a jacket instead and you started exercising 👏

I've had an ok day, went on a school trip and took a healthy lunch ...so hard to resist the cakes in the cafe though!

Having a rest day from the shred as I can barley walk my thighs are that sore as I'm going the gym tomorrow.
