11st10 this morning, aiming for 9stone as my end goal but I'll be thrilled when I hit 10.

I'm following the MN low carb bootcamp from today, this mornings breakfast consisted of eggs, spinach and mushrooms cooked in butter with a bottle of water. Usually I drink coffee all day and then binge eat rubbish in the evening once the kids are in bed so it's an improvement!

I'm hoping this thread will make me accountable and therefor stick to the rules!

So I have just weighed myself and I am 11st 5 1/4lbs. I am only 5'4 so am very barrelesque.

I'm disgusted with myself to be honest.

I was very unfit before I started the running. I do hate running, but now I can see an improvement in my general fitness I'm more motivated. I just have to remember to eat half a banana afterwards, and not half a loaf of bread 😂😂
I wasn't having a dig about the Fitbit, just pointing out that it is actually a bit of a waste of time. You need to raise your heart rate to get any benefit from exercise. The whole walking 10,000 steps is a bit of a fallacy. I walk about that every day, but still didn't lose weight. Running has done it for me. Anyone who can't run for health reasons, try cycling or swimming instead.

Hello. Can I join please. I’m 44, 5ft & weigh 12st 13 1/4 today. My goal is anything under 9st, so 4 stone to lose. I’ve put this on over the last 2 years & determined to not be the this way any longer. I’m going to make healthy food choices, reduce alcohol to weekends & holidays & make a conscious effort to move more. No more excuses for me!

I weighed in at 11 stone 4 this morning. Would love to be under 11 by end of June, and overall 10 stone by October. It's not loads and loads to lose but I can't seem to lose it dry quickly at all. I'm also only 5'3 so don't carry it well!

I'm the same with running - don't particularly enjoy it but seems to be one of the things that helps with weight loss, and it's easier now I'm in a routine with it.

I weighed in at 13st 12.5 this morning. Am doing ww and starting the couch to 5k. I would like to get to 91/2 but. It sure how realistic that is. I turn 40 in September so would really like to lose a lot by then. Good luck everyone.

I weighed this morning ... 90.2kg - I've been hovering here for the last few weeks.

I've been going for 1,700 calories a day which on the whole is about 500 below what my Fitbit says I am burning. Not seeing massive differences but hoping it might start coming off Blush
I think I snack/have liquid calories without realising the calories. An example is Lucozade - I would probably grab a bottle with lunch most days without realising its 350 calories!!

Going to try and stay good this weekend - having fajitas tonight and Parkrun tomorrow!

13st13. Damn. Worse than I thought. But did go to gym this morning so at least off to a good start!

It's a daunting task. I imagine it will take a good 2 years to reach 10 stone, so 'sorting my shit out' is going to mean some longterm changes. I don't want to lose weight by a certain date. I just want to lose it for my health going forward.

First goals: work half an hour of daily exercise into my daily routine. I love fruit and veg, so will find ways to double my intake.

I'm impatient- I have a good week and expect massive change. It's a long term lifestyle change for me. I have a photo where I look horrific so I might put that somewhere as I reminder how unhappy I feel Confused

I didn't realise we would be sharing actual starting weights - just losses but since you all have I feel it might help to actually admit .....12stone 8 and 5ft 7. Would love to be 9.5 stone but would be equally delighted if I could get to 10.

I know exactly what you mean, whatdoyousay. Since Christmas I have been in a rut of being good during the week and then putting it all back on at the weekend.
I weighed in at 12 stone this morning which is the heaviest I’ve been since I took myself in hand post-baby. Trying not to dwell on it though as that way lies self-loathing. Going for a walk instead. And maybe a skinny latte. Can’t decide whether to cut out caffeine altogether or not.

Hi everyone! Weighed in this morning at 12st 10.2 lbs. I’m 5ft 2 which means I’m super dumpy.

Had scrambled eggs for breakfast and a ham and egg salad for lunch, yes I ate it already. Trying to keep carbs to a minimum.

Will be doing a 10k on Sunday so no exercise for me for the next couple of days but generally do 4-5 times a week.
