I’m in please! I’ve started already but need some inspiration.

Get married in like 4 weeks need to lose about 2 stone. Not happening I know but if I lighten the chub rub in my wedding dress I’ll be happy Grin.

Plan is to low carb under 1200 calories and gym 5 days a week.

Can I join too? I got my first 1 stone loss today. Started on the 20th of April.
Got another 3 stone 11lbs to lose. I was 12st 6, my goal is to get around 7st 9 but see how I'm feeling and looking the closer I get.

My weight really doesn’t reflect who I feel like I am.
I’m an intelligent, well informed, health aware and generally, happy person.
My weight makes me feel the totally opposite. It’s not me and I’m determined to be me!
I’m not tracking anything as I feel like it takes up too much head space. I’m just going to eat healthy meals as I described before, and not snack at all.
I’m not planning on doing any planned exercise yet either. Just walking and being active with the kids.
I do need to plan my meals though as I’ll end up eating sandwiches and toast if I don’t.

You won't need to say goodbye to cheese. I didn't (I could never). Just small amounts- the high fat content satisfies cravings for junk and fills you. You can still enjoy it; just watch your micronutrients to keep it balanced with the rest of your food intake.

Weigh day, lost 1.75lb. I’m quite pleased with that as I didn’t start until Tuesday as we had family from abroad over until after the bank hol.
