Anyone want to join me in sorting their shit out! 2.5 stones to lose and I'm starting tomorrow.

Can I join too? Serious baby weight here. I ate everything when I was pregnant (was pretty good before) but struggling to have ANY restraint.
I know I need to lose weight but need someone to keep tabs on me.

Sierra259 · 31/05/2018 19:07

Can I join please? I've been trying to lose 1/2—1 stone for about a year. I do really well for about a month, then lose motivation and fall of the wagon again. It's frustrating as it's a relatively small amount to lose and the only problem is my own self discipline (and not having the time to exercise as much as I'd like). I need some company to try to keep me on the straight and narrow!

greedypiglet · 31/05/2018 19:07

Welcome not yes being overweight has really made me slob out. I'm getting the razor out tomorrow at shower time. It's been a while.

greedypiglet · 31/05/2018 19:10

Hi Pig. Welcome, weigh day is tomorrow. Be brave and report in the morning.

Count me in! I gained a decent 3 stone on the dreadful implant, and I'm suffering so much with the extra weight in this heat Blush Implant removed last week so time to get my arse in gear!

GirlsonFilm · 31/05/2018 19:13

Yes - 10 weeks until holiday and want to feel better

SlinkyB · 31/05/2018 19:15

Hello! Can I join too please?

I'm like @Sierra259 in that I only have up to a stone to lose, but it's so so hard! I am good for a week then fall of waggon. I'm a SAHM to two skinny kids and am married to a skinny man who can eat what he likes Envy I can't fit into ANY of my jeans and it's so depressing.

Going to be a bridesmaid in 3 months and would love to lose 10lbs in that time.

Will weigh in the morning and report back Smile

Did anyone watch the programme last night about crash dieting ? It was very interesting , I'm definitely going to eat less moving forward and use my fitness pal to log it .

RosieposiePuddingandPi · 31/05/2018 19:33

I'm in! I've got 2stone I want to shift by autumn and no willpower whatsoever. DH and I literally said earlier that we'd have one more night of doing what we like and start tomorrow so this is perfect timing Grin

tattiehat · 31/05/2018 19:37

Yep! 3 stone to lose, started today

puppywithattitude · 31/05/2018 19:44

I'm in.

sola82 · 31/05/2018 19:44

Me as well please! Have about 3 stone to lose.
The plan is to try and follow the low carb diet I was on at the end of my pregnancy (gestational diabetes, I'm 8 weeks pp). It's hard though, breastfeeding leaves me starving!

itsnotfair10 · 31/05/2018 19:44

Room for one more?

I need to sort it out and stop hitting the chocolate and wine! I've been trying for lose my 1.5 stone of baby weight for nearly 5 years and it needs to go!

greedypiglet · 31/05/2018 19:58

Pig yes I watched the programme on crash dieting. It inspired me to be honest.

OP posts:
pigpoglet · 31/05/2018 20:19

Me too! @greedypiglet .... I've always been told don't do that but if I do ww or whatever I don't lose or lose sooo slowly I get the arse with it 🙄

pigpoglet · 31/05/2018 20:20

Mean to add being proved that it's safe has made me think I think I'll do that although I do have a teen dd so will be careful about it and eat lots of veg instead of shakes etc

greedypiglet · 31/05/2018 20:22

Pig they all had fantastic weight loss results and you could really see their weight loss.

rabbitmat · 31/05/2018 20:25

I watched the crash dieting programme too! Not sure I can go that extreme but no snacks, healthy meals and small potion size.

Doje · 31/05/2018 20:29

I'm in!!

The scales have been without a battery for a couple of months and I got a bit of a shock this morning when I finally replaced it. Blush

Put me down for a stone.

Shireslass · 31/05/2018 20:45

Anyone else finding weight watchers harder now the points have changed?
I cannot get used to new system. That and a serious lack of will power!
