Morning all. It's been an awful 36 hours of eating. Just didn't seem to be able to stop. Bread and sugar is definitely my trigger. Yesterday's food:
Breakfast: Muesli, strawberries, rhubarb, natural yoghurt. One slice seeded bread, spread, smoked salmon.
Dinner: Fillet of sea bass fried in olive oil, jersey royal potatoes and samphire, spinach, kale, cooked in (lots of) butter and olive oil.
Snacks: (too many) bites of millionaires shortbread and bakewell tart, single scoop ice cream with flake, olives, 2 slices seeded bread with butter, marmite and tahini. 2 glasses wine. Skinny flat white.
I'm pretty sure I've gained back what I lost last week and feel like I'm back in the cycle of doing well for the first half of the week, then it all going to pot and me hating myself for my lack of willpower and disicpline
. However, rather than throw the towel in as i normally do, am back on it today. Hope everyone has a good week.
