Anyone want to join me in sorting their shit out! 2.5 stones to lose and I'm starting tomorrow.

Stepped on the scales first thing - 11 stone 8 so 6lb down! Mostly I think because I started the week bloated. And I’m still in the zone I’ve been yo-yoing in and out of since Christmas. Next week will be key.

AsAProfessionalFekko · 08/06/2018 07:52

So yesterday I ate lightly (even got told off my my fitness pal for not having enough Calories), walked loads - and am still heavier than yesterday!

🤯

ZetaPuppis · 08/06/2018 07:57

I think I’ve lost about 5lbs. Hard to tell on my analogue scales.
I’m another one who finds it hard to keep going after an initial loss but I’m determined to this time.
ProfessionalFekko how many days have you been dieting for? Sometimes it takes a while for the loss to show. Keep going and I’m sure you’ll see results.

Well done everyone. Some good losses, despite period bloats.

Sierra259 · 08/06/2018 08:08

Morning all! Just checking in quickly and will catch up properly later. Scales say 3lb down which I'm very happy with Grin. Just got to keep it going!

amaygdala58 · 08/06/2018 08:11

I’m really pleased I’ve lost 1.1kg sorry my scale are metric I think that’s about 2.4 lbs this is my first week last weekend I did not calorie count and had alcohol but consumed far less than normal - honest exercised 3 times for 20 mins on exercise bike weights once - I’m the type of person who I suppose finds it difficult to lose weight post menopausal late fifties etc etc not needing to lose a large amount so I am really pleased that my lifestyle this week has made a difference Smile

sola82 · 08/06/2018 08:13

2lb down which I'm happy with Smile

Well done everyone for their losses this week! For those who haven't lost lbs this week, it doesn't mean you haven't lost fat! There can be many reasons why a loss doesn't show in the scale straight away (e.g hormones, water retention), it might mean a bigger loss next week.

Balloondog · 08/06/2018 08:22

Fekko I feel you! Had a sneaky early jump on the scales yesterday and was down 1.5kgs. This morning I'm only down 900g despite being nothing but good yesterday 😤 So I'm down 900g/1.98lbs to 75.1kgs which I know is good but now I'm mightily fecked off about it! That'll teach me to weigh in when I'm not supposed to!

Floralnomad · 08/06/2018 08:36

I’ve lost 3.5 lbs , so a good week here . Well done everybody

RosieposiePuddingandPi · 08/06/2018 08:56

Well done on the losses everyone ☺
I had a v bad night last night and ate half a cheese pizza and a pile of oven chips. Oops!
Having said that I've lost 1lb this week which I'm actually really pleased about as I've not really done anything different and have fallen off the wagon constantly. It's a nice little boost to start the next week off with!

greedypiglet · 08/06/2018 08:59

Have just weighed in and I'm down 5.5 pounds. I triple checked then weighed myself again an hour later and the scales still say 5.5pounds down.

Cautiously happy.

I will just leave this here.

First weigh in this morning and I am down 3lb. Quite pleased with that.

dragonzebra · 08/06/2018 09:32

good morning, a bit late but can I join? I'd be happy to lose 1.5 stones but 2.5 sounds even better. I've been gymming and eating more healthily but I have those days where I fall off the wagon! So to check in with others in the same situation sounds good!!!

cmcc22 · 08/06/2018 09:38

Well done everyone - @greedypiglet - that's amazing - We'll done!!

greedypiglet · 08/06/2018 10:09

Dragon welcome, never too late to join. Starting this thread has really helped me to stick to a plan. I messed up one day last week but just sorted it out the next day. I guess it's just a case of sticking to it and we will all see results. Good luck.

Well done to all of you. Let's carry on the good work.

blibblibs · 08/06/2018 10:13

Good morning, well done everyone, I'm hoping I can post next week with a loss too.
So initial weigh in is 10st 7lb and being a short arse it's not a good look. Would like to get to at least 9.7 by my holiday at the start of August.
Period started last night so that explains the diet of skips and maltesers for the last few days. Will have to get on top of that for next month!
Really want to try 16:8 but start work at 6am so not sure I'll be able to last until midday but we'll see.

mckiwi07 · 08/06/2018 11:11

1lb off this morning, was hoping for more but I'll take that. Aiming for 2lb next week. Well done everyone

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 08/06/2018 11:19

Everyone has done really well!

1.8lb down for me - happy with that as I was out last night and am a bit bloated and hungover! Also I only started on Monday so haven’t done a full week yet. I was another pound down on Wed morning but I’ll catch back up to it soon enough.

Well done everyone! This thread is really helping!

dragonzebra · 08/06/2018 12:15

thank you for the welcome @greedypiglet! I haven't actually weighed myself in a long time!! I will have to check if the gym have a set of scales.

Can anyone recommend decent scales? I got rid of my digital ones as they never seemed to be able to give me an accurate measurement (despite trying them on loads of different surfaces!!

NorthEndGal · 08/06/2018 12:33

Well, it's not all bad here. No weight loss, but I exercised every day for 90 minutes, which is huge for me.
I think I maybe snacked too much from the increased exercise, which I can work on, I'm just excited to be feeling my muscles again!
I am going to try and maintain the exercise, and get back to tracking the cals too

ZetaPuppis · 08/06/2018 12:57

Mmmm marmite rice cakes! I think someone recommended them here? Sorry I forgot Blush
Thanks if you did.

My jeans are definitely feeling looser. I’m 5’2” so every lb seems to make a noticeable difference.

pigpoglet · 08/06/2018 14:28

Well done everyone ! I didn't weigh this morning as I just felt heavy but will do tomorrow . I have lost already so hope it keeps going 🙏🏻🙏🏻

greedypiglet · 08/06/2018 16:25

Uh oh, just got in from work starving and I ate five Fox's chocolate shortcake biscuits. Was only going to have one and only stopped at five because I had eaten them all. 430 calories so I'm kicking myself. They were so good Grin

Salad for tea!

Hi I've lost 3lbs this morning just a little late updating, thank you @greedypiglet for starting this off ... I always find the first week the easiest so hoping I can keep up the momentum
