Morning all.
Sorry about your toes piglet, ouch!
Yesterday was mostly good, though slightly went off track in the evening, though still managed to not let it totally derail me.
B: Half a fishcake, some cheese, 2 small easy peelers (random)
L: Cooked tomatoes, mushrooms, scrambled egg, salad leaves, beetroot, coleslaw (equally random)
D: Smoked mackerel fillets, salad, small portion pasta salad, followed by rhubarb and...bag of multigrain crisps and half a Haagan Dazs mango and raspberry choc ice 
Jeans still feeling looser (possibly because I haven't washed them

Had a swim this morning. Breakfast is a smoothie, lunch will be tuna/feta salad pitta. Tonight might go horribly wrong as I'm eating/drinking out but will try and stay mindful.
Some great weight losses on here which are keeping me motivated.
