My appetite isn’t back 100% which is great cause my exercise level is rubbish, so I reckon I’m still keeping my 500 cal deficit. Watching the Joe Wicks program, I love love love weight loss programs

YourTDEEis:8170 kJ / 1953 calories

And now:

YourBMIis:24.0
YourBMRis:5638 kJ / 1348 calories
YourTDEEis:7753 kJ / 1853 calories

That's 100 a day down. I knew it worked like that but it's good to see the actual numbers. Explains why progress has slowed.

I'm not sure if my fitbit/mfp figures have updated themselves at all though. I don't think they have.

50lbs Cat! Amazing!

Bossed it again today - 22K steps and a miserable few scraps of food. I haven't had two mega fasts in one week for aaaaaages, I'm rather pleased with meself Smile I'd far rather have a normal week than mega fasts interspersed with cake and wine though, it's an exhausting business - can't wait to get back to normal!

Morning you lot. Pretty good sleep, a full day in the out destroyed me after my 5 day hibernation. Still have 3 days of antibiotics to take so that’ll mean an alcohol free weekend, 2 in a row. Into week 2 of no chocolate & crisps. I must say my calories are going a lot further without the unholy trilogy! I shouldn’t be surprised really...
Going to look into booking a sports therapist/physio person today, my back isn’t improving and I want to get back to the running & gym next week. Anybody doing anything interesting today?

I haven't been watching the Tom Kerridge one but I caught the last one of the series last night. I liked the look of the halloumi and couscous salad thing, I'll have to make that!

I wanted to go to bodypump last night but I got caught up at work as per and didn't manage to get out on time. I'll try again tonight, but I was going to do a fast day today but I can't do that if I'm going to the gym or I'll never make it through the class. So I'll only get one proper fast day this week, unless do one tomorrow and just grit my teeth and forgo a Friday night glass of wine. Arrgh decisions!

I had another good day yesterday and was only fractionally up on what I weighed this morning - so far, I'm looking good for over a pound lost this week. In absolute terms I am 2.5lb down on this time last week, but I'm actually more proud of being consistent across the week, just over 12st 11lb for 4 days. It means (to me) it's a real loss soon enough last week when I was around 12st 12lb.
