laaty well done on not emotional eating but I'm so sorry to hear you're down - if a biscuit'll cheer you up we won't judge BrewFlowers

QuimReaper · 12/11/2017 10:49

splat I feel like we're watching a horse race with you and Hairspray battling it out for the 9s!

splatattack · 12/11/2017 11:20

Quim I weighed in this morning and might be a quarter of a pound into the 9's...but because it isn't digital I can't really see..and I'm too scared to hope!!! 🙈🙈🙈

HairsprayBabe · 12/11/2017 13:11

Don't put your money on me, I have had a weekend of being fed by my Grandmother... to scared to face the scales right now Blush

Therealjudgejudy · 12/11/2017 13:14

Happy, well done you are doing great. My end goal is 8 1/2 stone. It's been my regular weight since I was 21. I'm 35 now and I put on nearly 2 stone at the start of this year through meds. I will be my old weight by Christmas Grin.

Off to the gym shortly and 1200 calories all in planned for today.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

backinthatdress · 12/11/2017 19:32

Well done ready!!

Today's been ok, Iv still been within my points but Iv eaten very little for it!

Literally a toasted muffin, some tea, and mushrooms/tomato and half an egg with a pear this morning and then a small slice of bday cake which was 10 points.

That's just within my points as the mushrooms/egg was clearly cooked in loads of oil!

Might have some fruit before bed if I get any hungrier though!

Just about to sit down and watch a film on my tod as my partner has already fallen asleep on the sofa!

Chardonnay73 · 12/11/2017 21:51

Still here. Up and down. Nearly broke the stone barrier yesterday but doubt the scales will be kind tomorrow. 3lbs to goal. Tomorrow I start a just protein shake diet until I get to goal. Not great long term but so sick of bouncing up and down. Grits teeth

poorpaws · 12/11/2017 22:16

Good grief I think I’m the only one on here not doing very well! Had a binge from hell week.

Tomorrow I am going to Nando’s and later tona cafe who sell home made cakes 🍰 , my biggest passion.

It’s ok though it’s my birthday tomorrow, so after that I’m back on it.

Well done everyone and have a good week.

poorpaws · 12/11/2017 22:18

Haha typo “tona” that’s what I’ll weigh if I continue like this.

twinkledag · 12/11/2017 22:35

Poor - I’ve been on and off all week so let’s sit on the naughty step together Grin

Happy birthday for tomorrow CakeWineCakeWineCakeWine

TheDonald · 12/11/2017 23:04

Happy birthday poor

Enjoy your cake. I had a massive slice of cake today and I've got no excuse!

HappyGowerGirl · 13/11/2017 06:57

Quim yeah I guess I'm due a name change😀 I like being called happy though😀

Happy birthday to the birthday girl!

This thread seems to have real get up and go at the moment!

KOKO, guys!

HappyGowerGirl · 13/11/2017 06:58

Ps 59.8kg (9.6) for me still. I find the scales boring as hell at the moment, but small NSVs keep me going x

splatattack · 13/11/2017 07:04

So I weigh in this morning and am up to 10 st 1 after being just under 10 yesterday!! I walked for miles yesterday and have eaten under 1000 cals everyday since Tuesday...how is this possible?? So so frustrating...does anyone else find that this happens?

It is so frustrating, it happens to all of us from time to time. Keep going and you will probably see a nice loss soon if you stay on track - That's what happened to me. I had three golden days followed by a gain😮 and then one day with a few slip ups followed by a loss... Annoying but totally normal.

HappyGowerGirl · 13/11/2017 07:37

Don't do it KOKO, you'll only be increasing your chances of falling head first into the the biscuit tin later on! (Speaks from butter experience).

Just make some sensible choices today and you will see the benefits x

HappyGowerGirl · 13/11/2017 07:38

Obviously I'm speaking from bitter experience though "butter experience" is freightingly accurate😂😂😂

TheDonald · 13/11/2017 07:52

I tried a fasting day once.

I rear ended someone coming down a steep hill around lunchtime. I don't know that it was caused by hunger but I took it as a sign that fasting wasn't for me.

I got home and inhaled a family bag of crisps while on hold to the insurance company.

I've never tried since!

KikisDeliveryService · 13/11/2017 08:27

Happy birthday poorpaws!

DON’T DO IT KOKO! Aim for nutrition: no junk, just normal food that your body will thank you for.

I successfully lost weight on 5:2 and it worked for me for a couple of years, but then it didn’t anymore and it’s taken me a while to readjust back to just eating healthily and not rely on fast days for weight loss/maintenance.

I’m up by only 0.4lb after the weekend. It included naughty foods but because of my new outlook of anything goes but balance it out and be moderate, it didn’t turn into and oh-sod-it-binge-fest, so I’m very happy with that!

HairsprayBabe · 13/11/2017 08:27

10.4 can't work out if that is AF or Great Grandmas date and walnut cake....

Fast day today on for a golden week and only one off plan day this weekend.

KikisDeliveryService · 13/11/2017 08:30

Splatattack it sounds like you’re due a whoosh, don’t give up! Are your muscles sore from all the walking? If so they’ll be retaining a whole load of (heavy) water while they repair, but that will go, leaving you lighter in the scales.

Softpebbles · 13/11/2017 08:51

10st 13 again today. Happy with that. Have terrible stomach cramps. In for a treat. 😭

"Butter experience" Grin Boy, do I have a lot of that

Goodness koko, maintaining on 2250 is great! Remind me, are you very active? I think you need to decide now what you're having for dinner rather than leaving it open-ended. It's easier in my experience to stick to plans when you can just zombie through them than it is to summon up will power when you're starving.

splat I HATE it when that happens, although as others have said, the loss will show eventually. Just soldier on through it and you'll have a water whoosh in a few days.

Happy birthday paws! Cake Flowers
