Hi everyone, here we are with out 4th thread.
I really can't believe just how well everyone is doing.

Joash 12lb loss in 6 days. That's fantastic. I'm like you, i also have a cheese weakness!!!

hercules1 8lb loss in 6 days. Brilliant.
You don't have to wait until you reach goal before you eat food again.
There are lots of food plans to choose from.
Have you tried FIBRE 89? helps you if you do get constipated.

catsmother I cannot believe that you've lost another 5.5lbs this week.
You are an inspiration to all of us.

gtimama 1st 1lb in 2 weeks is a great loss.

michaelad How are you getting on with day 4?
You can have the berry powder in the first week.
Theres also an orange powder as well. I didn't like this as much!

Thelittlesoldiersmummy How fantastic must you feel losing 22lb in a week?
That has to be the most i've ever heard of.
Well done you.

Sorry that i've not mentioned everyone, but i'd be here all day if i did that.

I've been doing this diet for 13 weeks now and have lost 38lbs and 1/4 oz.
My next weigh in is on wed as my CDC has been away on hol.

Have tried to be good, but also caved in a few times with the kids easter eggs!!!!

gtimama WELL DONE! Excellent weight loss, hope you're really proud of yourself?

sugar Start on tuesday as it's the first of the month!!!
How much do you want to lose in total?

luckylady 4 pints of water isn't enough!
You should be drinking between 2-4 litres a day!
I use the fibre 89 and it does help.

misdee You started off with good intentions at your meal, so that was good.
Just a shame about the potatoes!!!! Bet they were nice though?!!!

lucie I love banoffee pie, no way could i just have lots of little bits, i'd have to eat it all!!!!

I've been a bit naughty at the weekend with chocolate again.
Mind you it is time of the month!!!

Back to being fairly good today.

Next WI is on wednesday.

Well I have had a crap weekend my DS has been in and out of hospital and my diet went to pot! I have a weigh in tonight and i hate to think what the scales are going to say although I did do ok in the week last week so maybe ok!

SuGaRCoAteDPoiSOn · 01/05/2007 08:39

I've got a lot of weight to shift.. have a birthday at the end of june so I'll aim for 2 stone by then - does that sound feasible?

been chugging the water and managed a litre since I got up this morning.. going to wait and have my shake around 11ish if I can hold out til then

Well done to all of you.... you're such LOSERS

michaelad · 01/05/2007 08:54

Morning everyone,
good to see that so many people are still posting on here. Really keeps me motivated especially seeing that I'm not the only one who cheats.
lucie Lol, Banoffee pie is exactly what I made day before yesterday and I couldn't resist either...and it made me horribly sick too!! Will stay well clear of it for the time being, that's for sure!

Weigh in in a couple of hours, so will let you all know later!

michaelad · 01/05/2007 12:35

Just had my weigh in and have lost another 4lbs this week. So that's 17lbs in 4 weeks now. Plus, I've lost 4 inches off my waist and 3 inches of my bust and hips. Yay!!
Add a meal week now and am slightly worried about eating food, if that makes any sense..but still.. smoked tofu and rocket tonight, yum!!

luckylady74 · 01/05/2007 18:19

thanks fussymummy - 4 pints is 2.2 litres, but i'll up it to 4 litres and try the fibre things.

Thelittlesoldiersmummy · 02/05/2007 08:12

Lost 4lbs this week thanks to a weekend of cheating have now lost 36lbs in 5 weeks!

michaelad · 02/05/2007 10:53

That's still a fabulous overall loss, tlsm! Try and see the positive side..you have already lost sooo much in just 5 weeks even though you cheated.
Btw, have you posted the t-shirts yet? Worried they got lost in the post..

hercules1 · 02/05/2007 12:38

Hi all. Well done on losses. I'm hoping for a big loss this week as only lost 1lb last week
I am on aam this week and been having cottage cheese with mushrooms, red cabbage or sprouts. It is amazing but I have been absolutely stuffed on such a tiny amount.

It's been a struggle fitting it all in whilst working as I have to eat the meal and have a shake or bar in the evening. I try to have them in peace and on my own to savour them which makes it even harder.

6 weeks ago I was struggling to find clothes to wear in the morning and I'm struggling again now! Most of my stuff loks just too baggy and I have to keep hoisting it up!

honey28 · 02/05/2007 20:03

Was all set to start the plan today and had my vanilla (not bad) shake for breakfast at 700 before I left for work. Ok at teabreak -had a bottle of water. By lunch time I was starving and when I was invited out for a leaving lunch the willpower went out the window . Obviously having the shake before work at 700 is a bad idea. Am all set to start again properly tomorrow. What time of the day do you all have your shakes at? I bought a weeks supply and a bit off ebay (bad, I know but wanted to try it out first) Also, any flavours you would recommend or tell me to avoid?

fussymummy · 02/05/2007 20:36

Hi all, had weigh in this morning and have lost 4 1/4 lb this week.
That makes a total loss of 46 lb now.

tlsm you've had a fantastic loss in a short time.

hercules Good luck with your loss this week.
I know the feeling with clothes being too big!!
Have been pulling my trousers up all day today, and pulling my top back on my shoulders, been driving me nuts!!!

Think everyone on here who's had good total loss has the same problem with their clothes.

honey just start again and don't beat yourself up over it.
Choc/mint shake is lovely hot or cold.
Also like banana, strawberry, choc and cappuccinno.

I don't like any of the soups though!

When you get the bars they're nice as well.
My favourite is the chocolate one.

Also, my diet counsellor told me that if i want to scoff chocolate ( keep having the chocolate attacks!!), then to try the chocolate snack a jack instead as they only have 62 calories and they taste lovely.
I also have the caramel ones.

misdee · 02/05/2007 20:42

i lost 5lb this week

as i am struggling on sundays, CDC has suggested i have a small protein meal on sundays to join in with the big family dinner (we eat together everyday but sundays have always been the big one). am hoping this keeps me more focused and doesnt slow weight loss too much

misdee · 02/05/2007 20:44

honey, pick your self up and do it again.

i have half a pack at a time, except for sinner time, then use half a pack to make a shake and half to make some cookies

fussymummy · 02/05/2007 20:56

misdee i have a meal most days. usuall salad with boiled potatoes, or i have steamed veg.

My children were getting upset that i wasn't eating with them.

My CDC has said the loss maybe a bit slower, but i have to be happy doing this as i have a very long way to go!

OP posts:
fussymummy · 02/05/2007 20:57

Forgot to say well done on your 5lb loss.

OP posts:
misdee · 02/05/2007 21:00

fussy, hopw much more do you have to lose and whjat is your 'normal range for loss weekly?

as long as i average 3-4lb a week loss i will be happy, any extra is a bonus.

fussymummy · 02/05/2007 21:08

I' like to lose another 6 stone!!

Seems such a long way off, but i've already lost a third of what i wanted to lose from the start.

If i'm good and don't pick i can do 3-5 lb a week.

How much do you want to lose?

OP posts:
misdee · 02/05/2007 21:10

i had 6 stone to lose when i started, now just under 5 to go

have lost 15lb in 2 weeks

fussymummy · 02/05/2007 21:15

That's a good loss so far.
If you stick with it you'll soon lose that.

I lost 3 stone in 3 months and would love to try and continue with that loss if i can!

Did you measure yourself?

I did and when i last did it i've now lost 26" all over!!

OP posts:
michaelad · 03/05/2007 09:15

Morning everyone, really worried today. I'm only on day 3 of AAM and have already put on more than a pound! WTF??!! I'm getting seriously paranoid about eating food (and considering stopping AAM right now!) because I don't want to put on weight... what are your experiences with AAM week?

Thelittlesoldiersmummy · 03/05/2007 10:08

HiMichaelad firstly posted top yesterday soprry for delay I have been looking after my DS who has been quite il but on the mend now!

Right I would have thought that you may be eating too much are you weighing the protein and having two tablespoons of veg?

I too have struggled on the weekend so I have changed what i am doing I am having AAM weekends instead of AAM week this way I am adding the same amount of meals overall and I can focus on having that rather than cheating and feeling bad for it!

bendigoblue · 03/05/2007 10:25

Hi everyone,

Another restart for me, wagon hopped all last week! Only lost 2lb as a result, taking me to a grand total of 5 stone 7lbs in 16 weeks. Yay. 3 stone to go.

Michaelad - As long as you weighed the food correctly, you wont gain overall. Don't scale hop!!!! It's the best advice I can give, weigh once a week and it will be fine, if you stick to it and keep up the water, you'll still lose pretty much the same amount as if you'd been SS.

Well one everyone else on your losses, wonder how much we've lost between us overall!!

misdee · 03/05/2007 10:53

well done everyone

i am feeling more relaxed now, knowing that a protein meal has been agreed. tomorrow i am at harefield all day and if the weather is nice dh wants to have lunch at the pub by the canal. so i will be good and order a chicken salad with no mayo.

honey28 · 03/05/2007 13:04

Well I re-started today (see ydays post!)
I have had a vanilla shake at about 11am, filled up on water between getting out to work and then.
Currently sipping an oriental chilli soup - its rotten. Its actually making me gag as I am drinking it so am going to leave it and make a shake when I get home from work after 2.

Coping ok so far, is day one the hardest??!
