Thanks Niki. Exercise is good. 2 long walks and some light running yesterday (have hurt my side so nothing heavy duty). Fitbit showed 12km covered and 134 active minutes. Well aware I can't outtrain a bad diet though. Back on the wagon today. Eye of the tiger!!

Today I am cycling to town and back on a very heavy mountain bike with a heavy back pack. That will take an hour round trip. I am also doing tai chi and then a ashtanga vinyasa yoga class.

I tend not to do circuit training etc at weekends as I cant be bothered.

The annoying this for me is now my boobs are getting smaller. My bras which were always on the tight side or fit well now are gaping in the cup.

I have loads of bras I have hardly worn as I was saving them for someone special to see who never materialised. Sad

I guess I can tighten the straps and the back band.

Niki not sure if you can get cheap deals on flights up to Scotland, best deals tend to be several weeks/months in advance and the price tends to go up the closer you get to the departure date as the cheaper seats have been booked. Best to check EasyJet and places like that. Check the trainline.com as well, and National Express (although that will take ages!)

So I bit the bullet and weighed myself! My binge cost me a gain of six and three-quarter pounds. That's half a bloody stone on and I can really see and feel it on my body. So I'm now wondering how long it will take me to repair all that damage. I suppose I should go back to Weight Watchers on Wednesday (and try and lose at least a pound before then).

I hope everyone is having a good weekend and not gaining too many Lindas. I really feel I should go for an angel week next week. I think I will try to cut down on sugar rather than totally cut it out. Anyone want to join me in an angel week with very little sugar? No i thought not, I don't want to do it either 🐷

Back on the wagon today. About yo weigh myself to assess damage.

Other damage includes:
Poor sleep
Bloating
Wind
Lethargy
Toothache
Stress
Spots

Just writing it down to remind myself of the consequences. Angel week it is.

Fast day today and Monday then an angel week - I will see 7lbs off this month, fact!

Well done for weighing poorpaws, that's the first step. And fast on, fast off, it will come off again. I will join you in trying to ditch sugar this week, I am back at work from Tuesday and will need to be resisting the mountain of staffroom cakes and biscuits that will be there.

Send those lindas to the far side of fuck, Wheres. That is a good list and I will come back to it later to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Great determination Hairspray hope the holiday was amazing.

Sorry to hear of the gains. I imagine mine will be a gain. It won't weigh until next week as my period is imminent.

So following my boot camp I developed a niggle in my back just feint and gave me a sharp reminder when I make certain movements. Decided it was just muscles I hadn't used for a while and was muscular and would go. Yesterday in my wisdom went for a bike ride. 17 miles. Loved it. Back was ok no worse. Last night omg about 9.30 my knees were on fire and are still really painful. Back is the same. Dull ache and pain when move a certain way.

I am pissed that my body isn't working the way it should. I've found my exercise mojo and my body isn't taking it well. I was doing PT sessions and the odd run so it's not like I'm not new to exercise. I have to decide whether to turn up and sign on for boot camp tomorrow or pull out.

I would speak to the boot camp and get advice. Maybe you can participate at a lower level till you get your muscles used to it. I have to wear a knee support when I go for a run, and am starting to need one on the other knee too. Sucks, doesn't it.

Wow Niki wow!

Well would you believe it, I weighed myself today after discovering a massive gain yesterday and I'm already 3 pounds down. I always weigh three times to make sure it's right but I'm much happier now that I know my binge cost me 4 pounds not seven 👍

So pleased a few of you are having an angel week. I will try very hard from tomorrow to join you and cut down massively on sugar. I hope everyone has a good week next week and we can all be congratulating each other on superb losses (well that's the plan).

Morning all!

Bad weekend here, had guests staying this weekend and ended up eating and drinking way too much. Which was lovely, but not great for weight loss. I don't foresee a particularly golden day today either, I am getting a mirena put in (wince) so will probably end up lying on the sofa all afternoon feeling sorry for myself. Hope the rest of you will be more successful!

Poorpaws 4lbs is not so bad, I'm sure you'll be able to get rid of those quickly! Well done for getting back on the wagon.

Did you decide to go to your bootcamp Softpebbles? It sounds like you need to be careful!

10.9 this morning, that is a fairly good Monday morning weight for me, fast day today, nothing till tea time, when I am having a cauliflower cheese frittata.

It is MIL's birthday this week so will be avoiding cake on Weds to achieve angel week. Will also be being good this weekend.

Realised how much I hate my job today, need to find something new but I don't know what....
