I have 6 weeks to sort myself out. Would anyone like to join me ?

I am starting a new job in September and I am 2 stone overweight .

Obviously I won't lose all of it in 6 weeks but maybe a stone is possible ?

I was doing so well , I was running 3 times a week and eating like a normal person but this last few weeks have been very busy socially and I have let everything slide ( including the scales in the wrong drection )

My plan is to get out for a run or to the gym 4 times a week.
Knock the booze on the head Mon -thurs
Eat like a slim person would.
Drink more water.

Anyone who has a spare kick is also welcome.

Checking in and smiling cos I FINALLY have a loss to report. 3lbs. Thats 4 since Saturday and makes the work and the eating well worth it. Another 2lbs takes me into my personal safe zone - the weight I feel is fine for me (tho I do want to lost more, aiming for about a stone overall).

Hope others are feeling motivated this morning. Kitty - keep going, it'll happen.

Morning all , I have lost 3 pounds this week which I am pleased with , working nights definitely seems to help.

Not managing much in the way of exercise but am hoping too get back to it tomorrow.

Well done everyone it looks like we are all doing a fab job .

Well done Betty Kiera and howlong. Good day so far. Even better that I brought a low fat greggs salad and it was rank so ate half !!! And I was surrounded by bloody donuts

Well done everyone! I am not meant to look at the scales till Monday weigh in at the gym, but I sneaked a peak and have lost 6lbs this week so far!!

My food is perfect, but I am meant to do 2 independent work outs outside of my 3 bootcamps and I'm struggling with that. like now, I could do the shred, but instead I'm sat on my bum watching tv!

Have done no exercise at all...but have eaten well. The only thing that ever works for me is to cut carbs, so no bread, rice, pasta or sugar!

Have lost 4lb though this week (had a sneaky check).

Just checking in. I've been so bloody good. Didn't loose today. It doesn't make me want to throw in the towel though because that won't help. Sigh.

Are you weighing in every day kkkkaty? Maybe if you leave it a week instead? I know it's fricking hard though.

I've just got back from bootcamp and am suffering but feel fab. Food so far is perfect. My weigh in is on Monday so I really want to push myself this weekend in hope I can smash my first week!

Hi ninja. Yes weighing in everyday. Your right. Think I'll leave it till Monday. I nearly didn't get on the scales. It's a risk doing it daily for me because it's the decider on my mood for the day.

Would love to join you all. I need to lose at least a stone, on holiday in 3 weeks and looking unimpressive in most clothes never mind a bikini!

Started the 30 day shred, I'm on day five and I've also been doing the 30 day squat challenge. I am however eating crap, lots if crap, and I need to stop!

Wow some great losses, well done all! Had a good day food wise yesterday until I succumbed to a (small) piece of salted caramel cake when I was out last night. Have also ran, swam and done Pilates, so was pretty gutted when I weighed myself this morning as still the same as
I was on Monday Angry away this weekend at the in laws so need to be good, and maybe try to be a bit stricter with food next week.

I really, really wanted take away tonight :( I made myself chicken fajitas but just healthy so just plain chicken, pepper and using a lettuce leaf as a wrap..... I can confirm it was a bit depressing Grin

Morning all. I'm back from holidays and I'm quite pleased that I'm only up 1.3 pounds. Considering I did eat a lot of nice food that's not too bad at all.

I've got a lovely day out including a pub meal today so that might be tricky. My Asda order accidentally included three heads of broccoli so I'll be making a big vat of soup for lunches this week, and I will go to the gym. I will!

Great to hear about everyone else's successes.

Think I've lost about 2lbs, it's my period week so weight tends to go haywire. I have moved a notch (in the right direction) on my belt though which means more than weight.

Just completed a Parkrun so feeling virtuous, my time's getting slowly better and I'm finding it easier.

Onwards and downwards Wink

Ok so I had a bad weekend food wise as was away for the weekend and had one party and one night out to navigate. I did do a 30min rub last night but evidently that was too little too late as weigh in this morning shows a gain of 1lb Blush.

I am drawing a line under last week and starting afresh today. Haven't got any events planned for the next few weeks so will try to knuckle down and make some progress. Will start shredding today too I think.

Hope you are all doing better than me!!

My official weigh in was this morning and in the last week I've lost 6.3lbs! I just hope it doesn't completely tail off now, though I know every bit counts. I did bootcamp after - might try the shred again later, I'm determined to lose this weight!

Can I join in? Would love to lose half a stone esp in the tummy area before work starts again in September Smile I've been doing yoga with Adriene most evenings the last few months and have noticed a bit of toning, I've been trying to get out for walks too but my downfall is eating pure crap in the evenings so fingers crossed you can all motivate me 😃 have a hangover today so ate crap, way too many cards so I'll start properly food wise in the morning

I am sat in the carpark eating subway salad with no dressing feeling down in the dumps. I would normally treat myself with wine / comfort food, and I'm sort of lost to know how to cheer myself up without those props! That's weird isn't it?! Ps just so you know, subway salad is suprisingly nice.... well, you know, given I can have a Chinese buffet anyway!

Can I join too please? I have plenty of weight to loose. I plan to exercise a few times a week, and eat sensibly. I don't seem able to stick at any method so need to just try! I'd love to loose a stone in the remaining five weeks but anything would be good.
