Well, today proves that I can follow a healthy diet WHEN I plan for it and don't just grab food as I go.
School trip today, so it was a meal deal sandwich and packet of crisps to take on the trip rather than my healthy salad which is already in the staff room fridge.
Then I had the GP and then an meeting at my DDs high school, so dinner wasn't meat and veg, it was a couple of thin bagels with a VERY thin spread of butter.
There's a craze in the area of an Ice cream man who turns up at different places and has huge queues. We've not bothered the last few times, but I'd promised DD we'd go.
So we did. I ate 1/3rd of mine and the rest is in the freezer.
THEN I had 2 chicken thighs that DH had cooked in a casserole sauce.
Stuffed and no idea how bad the damage is, but it shouldn't be too bad on cals, it's just v high on carbs! I'll work it out on the app in a bit - then cry.
On the plus side, it's one of my non-exercise days, but I've hit my 10,000 steps.
