It's taken a year Shock

But yeah I'm quite pleased! 5lbs to go. This is proving difficult!

Has the woman in aibu returned to tell people how she lost that last 8lbs? She might be of help? Grin Wink

BitOutOfPractice · 12/05/2017 10:54

I didn't see that Beyond - what did she say?

I keep gaining 2, losing 2.2, gaining2, losing 2.2. It's going in the right direction but my god it's slow!

Ha Ha beyond - I read the start of that and had a right old chuckle!

See BOOP - weight loss twin Grin - you are doing far better than me - my goal is 10st 4 but to be honest Id be happy with anything around 10st 7.

Just had my grapefruit for breakfast at work. Have a PT session tonight, DD has a club and I am then seeing a friend for a catch up - busy. Tea will probably be Poached eggs on toast Blush

No major weekend plans so hopefully I can keep in check so 11st 3 becomes the new norm when weighing!

Little bit more to go pebbles I was only 1/2 a st away but I went to london and gained 9lbs in 3 days! 😨 looking to be 10.3 or less really

BitOutOfPractice · 12/05/2017 11:31

Christ Beyond she sounds insufferable doesn't she?

KOKO I hope I didn't sound too smug / insufferable myself Blush We all know that we have to restrict intake and increase burning of the old calories. There's lots of ways to do it but that's the long and the short of it isn't it? Boring though

Grin no magic beans sadly. My fb is full of FOODS YOU MUST EAT TO REDUCE BELLY FAT type ads.

I loathe the word "belly" Confused

FreeNiki · 12/05/2017 14:51

TVHubbyClaire · 12/05/2017 16:44

I am very low energy today and I think we are getting pizza tonight so its not going to be a good day on the Lindafront.
I will try and walk a good bit tomorrow and definitely no wine until after run on Sunday.....

BitOutOfPractice · 12/05/2017 17:14

Is Sunday the 10K TV?

Niki I have found in life that I've generally regretted the things I haven't done much more than the things I have. Just sayin'

I have been off the wagon a little this week, and not lost a jot. I keep thinking, salad for dinner, so a couple of sweets or a fishfinger nicked from the kids will be fine. But it isn't.

BitOutOfPractice · 12/05/2017 17:31

Eek the kids' food is a nightmare temptation Shock

OP posts:
Sunshineandlaughter · 12/05/2017 18:01

Bird the kids good is my down fall too - and all their snacking! I try and make myself a big cup of tea now and take sips of that every time I'm tempted to nibble their teas and biscuits and cheese

I'm down to 11,10 but hoping it's actually a bit more than that as I'm on the pmt water bulge. I think I must be loosing as stretch marks starting to show on my torso which happens to me when I get smaller - these are good and bad therefore!

I would def say to anyone struggling with a plateau to take their vitamins - esp vitamin d - it def has helped me start to loose.

FreeNiki · 12/05/2017 18:03

Too late not going away now. :(

BitOutOfPractice · 12/05/2017 18:10

Oh no. Why not? Sad

OP posts:
FreeNiki · 12/05/2017 18:11

bottled out. i am a nervous one.....have anxiety.

Sunshineandlaughter · 12/05/2017 18:15

Niki is there something else you can do instead? Smaller scale?

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 12/05/2017 18:30

Shred Level 3 done (with pause to shout at speak sternly to DD for ignoring my panted instruction to Leave The Remote ALONE halfway through the last circuit. I can't work t'internet on the PS4 very well so once she'd pressed random buttons I couldn't make it go back to where it had been and had to finish from memory). On about 900 calories so far - v small dinner coming up!

poorpaws · 12/05/2017 20:09

5th consecutive golden day. I cannot wait for Sunday when I allow myself some chocolate. I'm a bit fed up of it all at the moment but trying to keep on track.

I think I need a week which isn't quite so strict next week or I will be falling off the wagon I'm sure.

You are all doing very well this month.
