I am so disappointed. I psyched myself up for a new circuits class, talked a friend into joining me and discovered at 19.15 that it started at 19.00 not 20.00 as I had thought. Dope! Will have to think of something else to do now and some way to make it up to my friend!

I may also have gone shopping and bought some new summer clothes, including a pair of shorts Shock size 14 thanks to my chunky thighs, could have pushed a 12 but prefer them a little looser

I've had a golden day. 20 minutes running plus 10K steps of walking and 1000 calories intake. I'm back in the game!

Oh hairdpray ouch! I had quite a run of them one year (about 6) and one of those cases had a reaction to the antibiotics which wasn't fun.

I've gained again, second weeek running. I just can not get my head in it. Attempting a fast today.
Have a hen tomorrow night which will mean a lot of food and drink but will attempt to stay on track the rest of the week.
April is now proving to be extremely social. Sometimes I wish I could just go to some sort of health retreat for a month and lock myself away and drop the Linda's in peace and quiet.

I really hope it is water retention from my hideous affliction because I have had a golden week.
Exercise every day, and only 2490 calories for the whole week...

What is going wrong I never gain in the week!/ Angry

The only thing that has changed is that I am now actually doing exercise daily I might have to pack it in if this is the effect it has on the scales Grin

Sorry about the job Niki - how are you doing?

I am not doing so well on the eating - my head is telling me that I am on holiday - but I did go to the gym yesterday for the first time in about 6 months. Felt good. Can't wait to get back to it properly in the summer.

Hope you are feeling better Hairspray, cystitis is nasty.

happy a Linda is a llb. I believe it was an auto correct to a posting many months ago and rightfully caught on!!

Well I weighed in this morning at 12st 9 3/4, first time under 12st 10 in a good long time, the Nandos restraint must have helped..Smile......thanks so much for all the instructions and suggestions hairspray. BTW Your day's food intake for yesterday sounds tiny....very very impressive!

I'm sure my weight will be up by Monday but at least I know my scale can actually say "9".

Thanks squiffy.....I really enjoyed what I had and will be having it again on future visits...Smile. I know exactly what you mean about social life getting in the way of dropping Lindas. Getting a balance is always an objective but I feel I never quite achieve it...

BSD is 800 cals a day, then I had two 500 cal fast days Monday and Tuesday to offset the cheese and pizza I consumed at the weekend, doesn't appear to have worked though!

I nearly always have 2000ish Saturday, and slightly less on Sunday, so I am sure it averages out Grin

Feeling a bit better, scared to wee a bit though Grin

10.8.5! Hurray! Only 0.75 Lindas to go to have lost a stone since 4 Jan.

Yesterday was supposed to be a fast day but came in at 736. No formal exercise either (although I was running a workshop and stood for 2 hours solid). I have consumed 400 calories already this morning! Think today might just be slightly more relaxed and I'll get back on it tomorrow.

Claire, hurray for seeing a 9!

Hairspray, ouch, drink lots of cranberry juice! Hope it gets better soon ( and I did laugh at BOOP hugging your crotch)!

BOOP, do not despair! You've done incredibly well to get this far.

I think that's half the problem. My sub conscious is saying "you're there now, relax". Plus with this ipcoming Big Birthday I'm 30 there are so many weekends away. Barcelona at the end of the month, my mom's 80th in May, then the weekend after we are taking her away, then the next weekend I'm in Palma - then it's only 3 weeks to actual birthday. I know I sound like a spoiled brat but every time I get a grip I go away and put 7 3 or 4 lindas on. Gah!

I have no excuse this weekend. Shopping with a week's worth of healthy meals arriving any moment. No wine or beer in the order. I'm spinning tonight and might contemplate the Park Run tomorrow. I really don't want to fall at the last fence

I've just checked and I have in fact lost 10lbs since 1 Jan. But there were some 3, 4, 7lb gains in there too so I've actually lost a lot more than that

I've lost 11.5lbs since mid January. My thighs and arse are still covered in cellulite though. No clue what to do about that.

Evening Slenderistas! Well, I e stayed put at 14st 10lb this week which isn't bad considering the frankly sinful weekend I had - sweets, fish and chips, massive Chinese takeaway, bread, cheese, pate....you name it I ate it!

But oddly my clothes are fitting better so some of my tummy must have been bloat last week...now it's just plain old fat Grin

I have done a lot of walking, both in my HCP job and out of it too so onwards and downwards as you say Smile

I've been really good for the last few days though too, and am motivated for a new summer wardrobe plus I ordered the ultimate tacky garden accessory today - a hot tub! Which is going to give me motivation, mainly in the form of all my svelte mates wanting to abuse our friendship use it too... I hope! Grin
