FFS what are vegan eggs?

Fucktifyno · 17/04/2017 00:51

I have googled... well I never!

pinkieandperkie · 17/04/2017 09:09

Weigh in day!

I wasn't going to get on the scales as I knew serious damage had been done. I have been an eating machine since Thursday.

*I have gained 3lbs.

FFSenoughofthis · 17/04/2017 09:20

Dairy free chocolate, who'd have thunked it 😉

pinkie give it a couple of days and I bet that'll be back off! I'm meant to be weighing today, but am changing it to tomorrow after a massive feast yyesterday!

Steala · 17/04/2017 10:15

Weighed in. 11.11.0. Back where I was 2weeks ago. Somewhat surprising as my week was worse than the last one when I gained. Who knows what's going on? Perhaps pizza and chocolate suit me?

DoNotBringLulu · 17/04/2017 12:11

I'd like to join you all...a few years ago joined one of these threads and the company and laughs along the way really helped & I lost couple if stone. Fallen by the wayside lately though and have 3 stone to go now Sad, but have lost 12lb so far with Slimmers World Smile I an planning on getting back to park runs, but find exercise hard to fit in & have very sedentary job....

Balonder · 17/04/2017 13:25

Weigh in this morning and back to where I was at the start of the thread. Had lost 2lbs only so not too bad after a week away and Easter

FFSenoughofthis · 17/04/2017 13:43

Hi donot fab loss so far!

I'm on a proper mission today, just made my lunches for the next 3 days and have made enough chilli for hopefully 5/6 portions for the freezer.

Going to dig out my Jillian Michaels dvd I think. DP's working away atm, so I'm hoping he'll notice a big difference just seeing me at weekends!

poorpaws · 17/04/2017 21:34

Half a pound off today - well that's nothing to shout about is it.

FFSenoughofthis · 17/04/2017 21:45

Better lost than gained! It's really disappointing to only get half though isn't it?

pinkieandperkie · 18/04/2017 06:08

Poorpaws well done. You've lost weight and it's been Easter so you did good. I gained 3lbs but back on it today.

DoNotBringLulu · 18/04/2017 07:12

FFS is it 30 Days Shred? I have a few Jillian DVDs, one 10 minutes, not worked up the courage to do it yet! Poorpaws half lb is good, well done. I am feeling grotty with a cold, no energy apetite not great; no work today though.

Anyway, going to make soup in slow cooker - I remember seeing a Michael Mosley programme a few years back which found soup is best thing for diet as it is very filling.

Have a good day all

FFSenoughofthis · 18/04/2017 07:58

Yea it's 30DS, I've got a couple of her others too. Never did get round to doing it last night though, but did do 30 mins of yoga.

Official weigh in today is a 4lb loss from last monday, was desperate to get 1 more to get me into the next stone bracket, but oh well!

pinkieandperkie · 18/04/2017 10:28

FFS 4lb that's brilliant. Well done you.

singhkaur · 18/04/2017 14:24

exhaustedtwinmummy · 19/04/2017 07:05

Lost 2lb!! Back at work now so should stay on track better on work days which is a start.

Balonder · 19/04/2017 08:23

Well done exhausted. I find it easier when I am back at work too.
Has anyone got any good lunch ideas which can be eaten on the move? I usually prefer to bring soup or salad but can be caught with yard duty frequently so end up with sandwiches instead

FFSenoughofthis · 19/04/2017 17:07

Well done exexhausted! I'm struggling, think my period must be due cos I feel really crabby and bloated. Got massive urge to get everything in sight too.

balonder how about wraps? Would be less heavy than a sandwich? I usually have cucumber and tomato with either couscous/bulgar wheat and hummus. Really quick to make and nice and healthy!

pinkieandperkie · 21/04/2017 08:50

Just checking in.

I hope that you are all dong well. Lots of people have dropped off this thread. Come back to us.

I have been good this week, last week was terrible for me with all the Easter eating but am feeling more positive now after my 4lb weigh gain!

Enjoy your day all.

exhaustedtwinmummy · 21/04/2017 21:51

Just wanted to say good luck to all for staying on plan over the weekend!!! Confused

Balonder · 21/04/2017 22:32

Thanks ffs, I think I need to be much more organised with lunches. Back to work on Monday after 2 weeks off. Ugh

poorpaws · 21/04/2017 22:32

Well I've really buggered it up! Been ill for three days, felt really unwell and fed up so Ive eaten everything in sight. I always gain when I'm ill (up to half a stone) and I was doing well before that. Bugger!

pinkieandperkie · 22/04/2017 09:57

Poorpaws get well. I was ill a couple of weeks ago and the diet just went out of the window for three days.

Dollface7 · 24/04/2017 00:12
