Hope you are feeling better pinkie.
I had a few glasses of wine and a small pizza and salad while out with friends last night. Thinking of the sunburn story I was up for a kettlebells class this morning (despite the late night) and have walked over 18,000 steps today - though some were on the way home last night Wink.

I am going to change my weigh in to Saturday as its too depressing on a monday Grin

Another lb down but another bad weekend ...and probably week so will really need to try and watch my portion sizes and alcohol intake

I have't had chance to weigh myself yet so will report back later. I haven't had a good week though and my one attempt at a bike ride ended when the chain came off my bike at the bottom of my road.

Back on it today though. Went to the supermarket and did not buy any crap.

. I've ahem gained 1.2 pounds. 11.12.2. Could have been worse as I have said no to lots but my head is not in it and I need to take this seriously.

Helloooohhhh my fellow slimovators...what day is it? it'd monday again...and you've made it....here we go... so, i almost lost the will to live at the weekend and had some things i shouldn't and deleting it from my memory.......and today was such a chore....eggs for breakfast...protein porridge.... 2 no sugar jelly portions....steak and veg for dinner.... i have to write this down as it is SO hard to keep going.......i will have some protein in a while...drank lots of water...but still feel like i am detoxing.
i read 18,000 steps there....gosh i wish i could do that. OK so i see people are struggling but still logging on... and have we lost some people??? come back here...it is why we have the thread to try and keep us going, right?...log on and jog on with our programmes.... well done on the weight loss... and those of you who put some on.....it is only small and you didn't throw caution to the wind.... get back in the circle and try again.... it is all about habit....exhausted... you are definitely back on it..you didn't drown sorrows(seriously hard) and you exercised-big cheer!!go balonder, go jump...go poor paws...go rufus...Deja-unreal exercise...pinkie..get better...well done paddy pants.....go ALL of us!!

Steala - you can do it small steps. I've had a bad day today. Couldn't be bothered to go out on my bike and ate a bar of chocolate. Sad I'll never learn.

Despite the very posh and very lovely (and calorific) meal out last Wednesday I have still lost 2 1/4 pounds! Not only that but I am now in the tens at last. 10 stone 12 1/2 pounds. I have been trying to get back in the tens for quite some time, too long to think about really. I just want to thank everyone for the support, especially Dollface, I could never have done this without you all. Thank you and good luck to everyone.

Poorpaws well done. I'm so glad that you are now in the 10's. I have been trying to lose weight for three years and thanks to Dollface I am finally doing something about it. This thread has really helped me.

Thank you for the support. I'm not going to have a good week this week as I am away (and Easter!!!) but I will report the damage on Monday and will be raring to go next week. In the meantime I will continue damage limitation so that I feel somewhat in control.

I used to be able to lose weight so quickly and eat anything I wanted. Now I have to be soooo careful not to keep gaining. Getting older is not all it's cracked up to be!

Quick check in.

Steady steady for me. Still having a protein shake for break and lunch, then a small dinner. Have been mainly between 900-1200 cal a day according to myfitnesspal. Monumentally fucked up Thursday and Sunday due to huge amounts of alcohol and my mum's home made roast with all the trimmings and puddings, but other than that, calories are staying low.

Not weighing as that's when I give up. I'd be amazed if I wasnt 7lb down though. Will weigh in a fortnight when we are a month in, and hope for 10lb loss.

Keep going ladies.

Had a bad weekend food wise Blush

Will try and be good and weigh in Friday, hopefully shouldn't be too much damage.

Went on a long walk Sunday, walked Monday and will walk tomorrow!

21,000 steps yesterday and by evening I was shattered. Done a lot less today but still around 16,000. I think the dogs have started cringing when I get their leads out now 😀

Weigh day for me... lost the 1lb I put on last week so back to square one. It's the snacking!!! Meals are healthy and portion size is fine but in the hour before dinner when I'm cooking, it's like I don't even know what I'm doing. I have carrot sticks in the fridge and tried drinking lots of water yesterday but still snacked. Got to find some willpower. Plus two Easter parties/ picnics this weekend!

Well done everyone, so many people seem really focused.

Check-in here. I am away for the week so no scales. I have booked a couple of sessions with a personal trainer. First one is next week. He said he would give me a food plan so I have been very picky this week thinking "I'll have to be focused next week". Need to get my head back in the game!

Stayed under calorie target yesterday, on track to stay under today too. 👍 to be honest just hoping not to gain anything, but I'll be happy with a loss when I weigh in Friday.

poorpaws I had a bad day yesterday too. I had guests in the day then guests for dinner so lots of nice food about and I ate it ALL! Back on it today though. Hope you're feeling better about it today Flowers

DejavuDieter yes back on it today, I hope you had a good day today too. I just wish I didn't have these binges and I have far too many far too often. I swear if chocolate didn't exist I'd be slim.
