Yaay well done on the size 12 jeans!

Are we going to change the title of the thread AGAIN?!

MillieMoodle · 19/04/2017 15:09

Lose a stone by May half term?! That's when I really want to be down to 10st 13lbs by. And then another 1/2 stone by 1st August in my dreams.

Forgot about breakfast this morning and had 3 mini breadsticks and a bit of cheese for lunch. Have been busy doing the washing/cleaning so I don't know where the time has gone today! Have avoided all snacks but will definitely be ready for my dinner - omelette and salad tonight.

Beautiful weather here which is good because I always eat a lot less when it's hot!

Wenchelda · 19/04/2017 20:59

Just checking in to say someone really needs to come and remove all the Easter chocolate from my house BlushBlush

That is all. Blush

MillieMoodle · 19/04/2017 21:48

Same here wench. I was doing so well today but I have just demolished a whole Easter egg with a cup of tea Blush ah well, at the least only eggs left are DS1s which I won't be allowed to touch! Although I do have a creme egg left too.

SmellTheGlove · 20/04/2017 01:15

To all of you feeling bad for eating loads of chocolate over Easter I'm here to reassure you that what you have eaten will be nothing, and I mean NOTHING compared to what I have put away in the past few days. Seriously. And I'm only halfway through the holiday!!! GAH!

triangularchocolate · 20/04/2017 07:01

I've just weighed myself after a month of post wedding over indulgence, including several family birthdays and of course Easter... I've put on 6lb Blush
I will attempt a week or 2 of strict healthy eating to get back on track! Hope everyone enjoyed their easter chocolate, now back to it folks!!

Notsoskinnyminny · 20/04/2017 07:09

Well done on the jeans bibs

millie I eat DSs egg in the bathroom so no-one would know - I was the only one at home so not sure why I chose there but I remember eating it so quick I felt sick

smell I was exactly the same, determined to be good (ish) until the next half term break.

Trying hard to eat sensibly but didn't organise my lunches so had way too much bread and am bloaty and farty Blush really should get back on the salads

Bibs2014 · 20/04/2017 13:02

I had shredded wheat for breakfast and a lovely chicken salad for lunch! Also had a biscuit at work. Fruit to snack on. Unsure on dinner as yet...

Flashinthepan · 20/04/2017 15:12

When is May 1/2 term (sorry, don't have DC)? I think I managed to lose 3 pounds by Easter and am now struggling to stop eating chocolate everyday!

happypoobum · 20/04/2017 17:12

It's the week of the last May bank holiday Monday - w/c 29 May I think.

Bibs2014 · 20/04/2017 20:08

Omelette for dinner!
Also had 2 biscuits at work.
All in all an ok day!

Flashinthepan · 21/04/2017 09:18

Ok lose a stone by 29 May! I can do this (I hope!)

Back down to 10 st 5. Scrambled eggs and a slice of toast for breakfast, homemade chilli and rice for lunc, homemade beetroot pizza for dinner. Just need to control the portion size of the pizza!

2 mile walk and JM DVD.

Bibs2014 · 21/04/2017 15:52

My menu so far:

shredded wheat and semi skimmed milk
lunch was cauliflower and chickpea dahl soup and turmeric cauliflower salad from Pret
snacked on two biscuits, an apple and a hash brown from McDonalds! Random but I was near one on the way to a meeting and smelt the hash brown!
dinner - no idea!

Bibs2014 · 21/04/2017 19:28

Omelette for dinner again! Quick and easy!

happypoobum · 21/04/2017 19:30

Me too Bibs

Weigh in tomorrow.............

Bibs2014 · 21/04/2017 22:26

DH brought home chips and I ate some! Annoyed with myself but today is a new week so onwards and downwards!

happypoobum · 22/04/2017 10:25

11:8 So I have lost 2lbs this week - hooray!!

Am going out for Sunday lunch tomorrow though so will have to be extra good today.

Have a lovely weekend everyone and keep on keeping on.

Wenchelda · 23/04/2017 07:50

Morning all ... sorry I seem to have been awol recently but I have over indulged so much I just haven't been able to bring myself to admit how much I've eaten Blush However by some miracle I appear to be the same weight as last Sunday - 9st 10.5; which is 2lb heavier than before Easter so all things considered, I am just grateful that it's not more of a gain.

Last day of school hols today so hopefully I can get back into better eating habits once we are back to normal routine and DH isn't around so much ordering pizza and buying junk food

My interim target is 9st 7lb and then my next target is 9st which I would LOVE to reach by my birthday in 6 weeks time. 3 weeks after that I have close relatives arriving from abroad who I haven't seen for 3yrs so 9weeks from now is my absolute deadline for getting to 9st.

10lb in 9 weeks is doable, right? I need to be disciplined. Thankfully all the Easter chocolate is gone now!

MillieMoodle · 23/04/2017 09:21

I too have been a bit AWOL recently, not been very good at avoiding junk food and probably eating far too much as well. I have been a bit more active than usual so will try to keep that up and increase it. I am back on it properly from today; I am running out of time to lose this weight before the weather gets nice and I don't want to be miserable all summer because I haven't been arsed to try hard enough.

Had 2 farleys rusks for breakfast, plus actimel and tea. Not sure what lunch and dinner will be yet but we are off to IKEA this morning so at least I'll be walking around!

Wenchelda · 23/04/2017 09:36

Millie IKEA on a Sunday? Mad woman! Grin

MillieMoodle · 23/04/2017 14:57

Wench we went, we have returned safely. It was chaos. Why did we do it?! Why?! Grin

Wenchelda · 23/04/2017 15:07

Haha..glad you made it out alive. I've got an IKEA trip planned with a long list of things I need to get but there's absolutely no chance of us going on a weekend with DCs in tow!

happypoobum · 23/04/2017 16:42

Well I managed not to have the yorkshire pudding but I did have a mini dessert - bloody lovely it was!

I wish more restaurants did mini desserts, such a good idea.

Bibs2014 · 23/04/2017 17:56

Today's menu not really slimming world but not 100% bad!

Stayed at a friend's and refused croissant but had crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast

Lunch was weight watchers wrap with tomato and 20g mozzarella

Dinner was spag bol and salad

Ate a slice of bread, a few hula hoops and half a kiddy bag of biscuits.

If peckish later going to have fruit.

Wenchelda · 23/04/2017 18:28

My food today has been -
B: 2 hard boiled eggs & 2 grilled rashers bacon; tea
L: pasta with homemade sauce, little bit of cheese
S: flavoured latte (skinny milk), 3 multigrain crackers with butter
D: breaded chicken with salad & mayo
S: hot chic for bedtime.

Under my cals for first time in ages! Grin
