I'm just within the healthy weight range, but would love to lose 15lbs as that is where I felt best. Ideally I'd like to lose 1 lb per week, and be at my goal weight by Summer as we are planning a beachieve holiday - but mainly I just want to feel and look better as I haven't been taking care of myself lately. I will weigh myself every Sunday.
Today's weight: 9st4lbs (130lbs)
Goal weight: 8st3lbs (115lbs)
Lbs to go: 15

Anyone like to join?

10st2 here, no change in two weeks. My plan of reaching 10lb by Easter is seeming unlikely now.

PugwallsSummer · 02/04/2017 22:56

Have been awful this weekend as a result of several social events. I'm not posting what I are because I have completely lost track - there was so much! A fair few drinks were sunk too.

Back on the weight-loss wagon of fun tomorrow. 🥗

PugwallsSummer · 02/04/2017 22:57

Ate - not are!!!!

littlemissM92 · 03/04/2017 09:01

Flashinthepan · 03/04/2017 09:46

I failed miserably all week and weekend. Think I have gained! Back on it properly today. Motivation has been low and I need a kick up the arse too Littlemiss. Here's one for you!

littlemissM92 · 03/04/2017 10:04

Thanks here's one for you
Not eaten yet about to have natural yoghurt with puréed raspberries stirred through and plum cut up

Lunch beans on one slice toast and banana

Tea sausage mash lots of veg x

robinia · 03/04/2017 13:10

Sounds like we are all slipping!
It's Monday morning, the sun is shining (well it is here), time to be ruthless and disciplined.

Flashinthepan · 03/04/2017 13:58

Today I have had, half a bowl of porridge, half a tub of fresh tomato soup from M and S with a small roll, and some grapes.

I have an apple and a mini cucumber for further snacking, and dinner will be half a baked potato with tuna and vegetables.

Also have a 2 mile run and yoga today. Been drinking lots more water. Need to cut out the alochol again I think too.

I agree Robinia discipline injection needed!

PugwallsSummer · 03/04/2017 20:09

Back on it today but have been so unbelievably hungry and literally obsessing about my next meal. Having even just a day of overeating really sets me back.

Today:

B: weetabix with honey, a satsuma
S: an apple
L: 2 rice cakes with sugar free peanut butter and a banana
S: packet of pitta chips
D: sundried tomato & buffalo mozzarella tortellini

Flashinthepan · 04/04/2017 10:03

Good work Pug. Keep at it!

I weighed myself yesterday and had actually not gained. Which has spurred me to get back on the bandwagon. Stuck to plan yesterday, no slips, and have the same planned today, but dinner will be cottage pie with veg.

robinia · 05/04/2017 15:40

I'm always bad at time of month.
Back on the treadmill again, not literally!, and lost the 3lb I'd put back on Smile
Got to stay strong.

Flashinthepan · 05/04/2017 16:58

Well done robinia these last 3 days have been good for me. Have got a second wind of motivation. Decided at 10 stone I'm going to buy a treat of a new set of underwear.

PugwallsSummer · 05/04/2017 17:17

Well done robinia & flash! We can do it!!

Had a good day yesterday.

Today:

B:Scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast
S: a banana
S: packet of pea snacks
D: homemade chicken jalfrezi with whole grain rice

E: 2 hour walk with pram
W: 1.5 litres

Thingsgettingstranger · 05/04/2017 17:29

Hi everyone. Today's been a bit of a write off. Tomorrow's plan is:

  • Porridge sachet
  • Tuna mayo wrap, cereal bar, apple
  • Pizza & garlic bread

Comes to about 1400 cals, plus I'll be doing some exercise too.

Well done everyone - let's keep going!

Pug do you not eat lunch. X

Flashinthepan · 06/04/2017 15:59

Today had porridge, two wraps with tomato, feta and capers, snacks have been a banana and a little dried fruit pot. Dinner will be beetroot and feta quiche, with sauteed chard and broccoli.

Had 2 cups of decaf tea with milk and lots of water.

Run 2 miles home and then a Jillian DVD.

PugwallsSummer · 06/04/2017 16:31

littlemiss - I do generally but if I'm out and about I tend to lose track of time. If I know I'm likely to skip lunch I try to have a more filling breakfast like yesterday, but to be honest it's usually not intentional.

PugwallsSummer · 06/04/2017 18:04

Today:

B: weetabix with honey, a satsuma
L: 2 rice cakes with sugar-free peanut butter, a banana, Greek style yoghurt
S: packet of pitta chips
D: pasta bolognese weight watchers meal

W: 1.5 litres
E: walk with pram, 2 hours of rigorous cleaning

Weigh-in tomorrow. Really want to have met my 9.7 target. Fingers crossed 🤞

robinia · 07/04/2017 08:03

I don't normally keep a track of what I eat but for info, yesterday:

L: Roll with smoked salmon, rocket and mayo, more rocket on the side.
2 mandarins
S: Probably 4 mandarins, maybe more!
2 squares plain chocolate
D: Spaghetti with chilli prawns and salami. Was a recipe on BBC Good Food website I think - delicious.

PugwallsSummer · 07/04/2017 09:48

Ooo! Spaghetti with chilli prawns sounds amazing robinia, will look it up!

Weighed in this morning - have lost 3Ib so down to my target 9.7 finally! Very pleased!

One stone to go now. Next target: 9st

Smile
littlemissM92 · 07/04/2017 10:28

Amazing pug

Flashinthepan · 07/04/2017 11:53

Pug that's great well done!

Yeah that spaghetti sounds great, might need to try that!

Today:
B: porridge
L: warm beetroot and potato salad with feta and caper berries.
D: baked potato with topping
S: banana; carrot sticks with dip.

Plenty of water and 2 mile walk tonight.

PugwallsSummer · 07/04/2017 22:05

Mega-bad day today!

Met friends for "friday lunch club" and had French toast with bacon & maple syrup (3 thick cut slices of bread, 4 rashers of bacon Blush), followed by white chocolate rocky road (doubleBlush)

Then tonight DH cooked rib eye steak with dauphinois potatoes & sugar snap peas literally dripping in butter.

So I totally lost the plot and followed it with a pot of chocolate & salted caramel ganache.

Oh the shame. Wink

Back on it tomorrow.

robinia · 08/04/2017 08:07

Love it pug. If you're going to have a bad day then you might as well do it in style Grin
I find bad days often happen after reaching a target. Well done btw - great achievement.
Flashinthepan That beetroot salad sounds really nice.
I've hit my second target, 10st7. So almost 2 stone lost since NY. Finding it much easier to be disciplined now the sun is shining.
Got to get back on the stomach exercises though. So much of my weight loss goes from my boobs - wish it would all come off my stomach and leave my boobs alone Sad

PugwallsSummer · 08/04/2017 21:23

Clambered reluctantly back on the wagon today. Woke up starving & have been shockingly hungry all day - this is what happens to me if I overeat, so it feels like starting afresh all over again. Pants.

Today:

B: weetabix with honey, a pear
S: an apple
L: 2 rice cakes with sugar free PB, a mandarin, a small banana
S: raw bar cashew & date
D: chicken & chorizo salad with flat breads

W: 1.5 liters
E: does carrying a very forlorn teething baby around most of the day count??
