I'm just within the healthy weight range, but would love to lose 15lbs as that is where I felt best. Ideally I'd like to lose 1 lb per week, and be at my goal weight by Summer as we are planning a beachieve holiday - but mainly I just want to feel and look better as I haven't been taking care of myself lately. I will weigh myself every Sunday.
Today's weight: 9st4lbs (130lbs)
Goal weight: 8st3lbs (115lbs)
Lbs to go: 15

Anyone like to join?

Well done flash.

No change here, 10lb 3 still. 10 stone is my target for Easter too, we can do this!!

Thingsgettingstranger · 19/03/2017 14:11

Wooo! Weigh in today - 9st3. 1 lb off! This week we're living off the freezer and cupboard so I'll probably put it back on, and I've eaten a fair bit of crap today too. Ah well, if that's the case I'll just work harder next week.

Hope everyone else is doing good Smile

Pissed off ive put it all back on. I swear it's the stress of moving house causing me to fill my face every half hour! Grrrrrr

PugwallsSummer · 20/03/2017 19:04

Can I graduate over from the "2 stone (at least)" thread?

I had 3 stone to lose to get from 11.6 post birth to my pre-pregnancy weight of 8.7. I'm currently 9.11 so now have 18Ib to lose.

Disclaimer: the thing that I find keeps me on track is posting my daily food intake, so my posts will be quite boring! Blush

Gettingthere7 · 21/03/2017 08:33

Sorry I've gone quiet! Busy at work and at home...I'm nt being as strict as I should be but the weight is still coming off. Start was 194 pounds and I weighed in at 186 this morning. 6 pounds to go!

clematisflower · 21/03/2017 11:18

Wow, well done getting, that's a great loss!

Hi pug Smile

clematisflower · 21/03/2017 11:20

Congrats on the weight loss so far pug!

Flashinthepan · 21/03/2017 13:32

Congrats getting, welcome pug.

Today is a hungry day. Although mostly healthy (except for the piece of cake!). Running home tonight though and yoga last night. Porridge and beans on toast so far today.

goingonabearhunt1 · 21/03/2017 17:17

Hi can I join?

I am currently 10.4 ish, want to be around 9.7st.

Have recently started logging all my food on MFP and have increased my exercise.

I'm trying out different lunch combinations to see which fills me up the most without being ridiculously high calorie and trying to avoid too much sugar/processed food in general. My main weakness is KitKats from the vending machine at work (and wine!)

littlemissM92 · 21/03/2017 18:15

I'm constantly hungry arghhhh but feel pretty proud that I've ALMOST completed dechox did not think id manage!

PugwallsSummer · 21/03/2017 21:22

Thanks flower!

My current target is 9st7 (ultimate goal is 8st7). Hoping to get as close to target as possible this week. Weigh in on Friday.

Today I have had:

B: weetabix with honey, an apple
L: 2 rice cakes with sugar-free peanut butter, a banana
D: homemade Thai green curry, a muller light Greek yoghurt

Water: 2 litres
Exercise: walk round town with pram & walked school run

Flashinthepan · 22/03/2017 10:53

Welcome Going!

So I have eaten a piece of cake. Struggling to stay on track. Probably TMI but we're trying to conceive and it's been a long and painful journey, and at the moment I am in limbo "am I or aren't I" and I'm finding it hard not to comfort eat!

PugwallsSummer · 22/03/2017 19:45

Today:

B: weetabix with honey, a satsuma
L: two rice cakes with sugar free peanut butter, a banana
S: another satsuma
D: tomato & veg pasta

W: 2 litres
E: none Blush

Flashinthepan · 23/03/2017 09:25

Right back on track today.

Porridge with raisins for breakfast; rice with vegetables, moroccan carrot salad and halloumi for lunch; sausages, veg and potatoes for dinner. Snacks are banana and grapes.

Will walk at lunch time 1.6 miles, then home a further 2 miles. so that's almost 8000 steps. Might also do a Jillian workout when I get home, but house needs a clean so might be a housework workout instead!

clematisflower · 23/03/2017 18:44

flash fingers crossed for you.

Hi going, welcome.

Weighed this moring and I have lost 1lb! Must be the last few weeks catching up as I am having a bad week this week. I'm stuck at home with an ill dc so have eaten a lot out of boredom. And exercise is reduced a lot. Also I have realised that I eat pug's lunch as a snack fairly often - whoops - probably just one of the reasons I'm bigger than I want to be!

PugwallsSummer · 23/03/2017 20:23

flower that's brilliant that you still lost even after a worse-than-usual week! I don't usually have rice cakes for lunch - they're a bit of a novelty as I'd never had them before - normal service of sandwiches will resume soon Wink

Today:

B: shredded wheat
S: banana
L: skipped lunch - not good (or intentional)
S: packet of pitta chips
D: homemade burger

W: 2 litres
E: rigourous cleaning and walked school run with pram & DD1 on buggy board (uphill - not fun!!)

Not a particularly healthy balanced day. I hate skipping meals but was so busy time just ran away.

Weigh in tomorrow 🤞

Flashinthepan · 24/03/2017 09:17

I seem to have put both pounds back on! But it is time of the month so hopefully if I'm good for the next couple of days, and do park run tomorrow I can get back to 10 5 by sunday.

Flashinthepan · 24/03/2017 12:35

So today food is: 3 egg omelette with mshroom and parsley for breakfast; spinach rice and moroccan carrots with halloumi for lunch; cottage pie and veg for dinner. I have banana, grapes and tomatoes for snacks. 2 mile walk home.

PugwallsSummer · 24/03/2017 15:32

Weighed in at 9.10 so lost 1Ib. A bit gutted as have been really good - was hoping to lose at least 2Ib. Still a loss though I suppose so a step closer to target. Really want to be 9.7 next week.

littlemissM92 · 24/03/2017 15:44

Pug you are the same as me what's your goal end weight I'm wanting 8st 12 / 13 but it feels a long way off I'm being terrible at th moment I have zero will power

Redpony1 · 24/03/2017 15:56

Please can i join? I've posted my own thread in here about my issues if anyone can help Sad

I have 2st to lose but want to break it down in to stages Smile

Flashinthepan · 24/03/2017 16:14

Welcome Redpony! I just read your thread. Sorry you are having trouble losing weight and feeling down about it.

As regards food, is it possible you are eating too large a portion? Or too small a portion at mealtimes to stay full, then compensating with snacks? Can you see any difference in how you eat now with when you were at SW? Have you considered rejoining to help get back on track?

I love to cook, so appreciate that it's difficult for someone who doesn't, do you have the finances to sign up for one of the meal prep delivery service things?

PugwallsSummer · 24/03/2017 19:30

little - my ultimate target is 8st7. I'm only 5ft so every Ib shows! Put 3 stone on when pregnant & looked bloody awful! How tall are you?

Starting to see my waist again so feel like I've turned a bit of a corner. Bought some new clothes in size 10 today so now I'm committed to fitting comfortably in them!

littlemissM92 · 24/03/2017 21:17

Pug I'm 5.6 x

PugwallsSummer · 25/03/2017 21:15

Today:

B: shredded wheat, a banana
L/D: chilli con carne with rice

W: 2 litres
E: walk around town with pram

Having the family round for a full on Sunday lunch for Mother's Day tomorrow, with pudding and possibly even a slice of cake with a cup of tea in the evening. Having a day off and can't wait!
