I'm just within the healthy weight range, but would love to lose 15lbs as that is where I felt best. Ideally I'd like to lose 1 lb per week, and be at my goal weight by Summer as we are planning a beachieve holiday - but mainly I just want to feel and look better as I haven't been taking care of myself lately. I will weigh myself every Sunday.
Today's weight: 9st4lbs (130lbs)
Goal weight: 8st3lbs (115lbs)
Lbs to go: 15

Anyone like to join?

Oh Pugwall that does sound like a disappointing omelette.

Hoping to be back at 10 st 5 by Sunday if I don't overeat homemade pizza tonight! yeah right

I'm aiming to be 9 st 10 by end of May.

Today two eggs scrambled with one piece of toast, lunch will be leftover homemade chilli and rice, dinner homemade veggie pizzas.

Have eaten a galaxy caramel egg and a packet of crisps today, but period started today so sod it!

2 mile walk home and Jillian DVD tonight.

L: bacon sandwich - whole meal bread & took fat off (clutching at straws here!)
D: homemade chicken kiev with small jacket potato & peas

W: 2 litres
E: long walk with pram

B/L : scrambled eggs on 2 slices wholemeal toast, a satsuma
S: an apple
D: homemade cheeseburger with salad and sliced potatoes

W: 2 liters

I've reached a plateau with my weight loss and I'm stuck around the 9.7 mark. The same happened when I got to 10.7. It's so frustrating. The hurdles I need to get over to get things moving again are:

  1. Decrease portion size of evening meal.
  1. More exercise (this will naturally be improved from Monday when DD1 returns to school as I walk the school run).

Right I need to get a grip 7 weeks today til I go on a 2 week AI 5 star hol and I Want to look my best!! I'm back in the zone.

B- plain porridge and grated Apple with cinnamon

L- scrambled egg one on slice toast
Natural yoghurt with plum and grapes
Small biscuit

D- pulled pork, new potatoes corn on cob and salad

LOTS Of water

You're going to look and feel great on your holiday littlemiss! 5 star AI sounds blissful - I'm v jealous!! Where are you going?

I've eaten pretty much the same as yesterday, drank plenty and walked a lot. I've hidden my scales as I keep stepping on and getting disheartened. Only 1 weigh in per week from now on.

Checking in - good luck littlemiss, 7 weeks is a decent amount of time to make a change. Also very jealous of your holiday...

I've done pretty well so far at sticking to calories and exercising. Started Jillian Michaels' One-Week-Shred yesterday, which is gruelling but hopefully will shed an inch or two.

Just checking in. Sadly my grandad died at the weekend at it see,s grief is the best cure for an appetite so I'm down at 10 st 3. Feel like crap. Sorry for the moan. Well done for the good eating and exercising ladies.

B: 2 slices wholemeal toast with sugar-free PB and a plum
S: a satsuma
L: portion of grilled chicken breast with salad and spoonful low fat coleslaw.
S: water melon
D: pasta with pesto rosso and pancetta. Greek yoghurt for pudding

W: 2 liters
E: none (awful weather. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!)

Been much better with my portion sizes so far this week. Really hoping for a loss on Friday...

L: 2 rice cakes with sugar free PB and a light Greek yoghurt
D: Cajun chicken breast with salad, sweet potato wedges and reduced fat coleslaw

W: 1.5 liters
E: 3 hours rigorous cleaning

Weigh in tomorrow. I need to have broken the 9.7 plateau. Have managed not to weigh myself all week, so I have no indication. Don't feel or look any lighter. If still 9.7 I will need to go down the strict 1200 cal route, which I'd really prefer not to do as I hate calorie counting and eating healthily has always got results up until now. Fingers crossed.

Pug I am on / off on / off the wagon a lot I can't get a grip on myself !! I running ALOT so think that's my saving grace to be honest I'm just fluctuating the same couple lbs

Can I join?
I start a new job in a couple of months which will be a change from manual labour to sitting on my backside so I want to get s headstart and shift some weight. now before it gets much harder!

I'm about 11 stone 3 I think, and would like to get back to 10 as that's where I felt best. Plus gets me back in my size 10 jeans!

Today I've had;
Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs on whole grain toast

Lunch - pita bread with ham, cheese and lettuce, handful of pistachio nuts and pineapple.

Dinner is homemade bean and nut burgers in pita bread with salad and will probably have a yoghurt and an apple as snacks.

I've literally sat on my bum so far today but now going to spend a few hours with my horses.

10st 3 today, so gaining Sad - I've been very good at exercising but not so good on food due to dc2 and dp's birthdays this week. I really need to get control of my diet again - and lose the excess from my stomach and thighs!!

I've not had the finest day. I was out competing my horse which is always a day where I have a few treats and also proceeded to lose my electronic cigarette which sucks at the best of times let alone when I'm riddled with nerves but I decided against the takeaway my OH wanted so I'm doing damage limitation!

Will weigh tomorrow then I have a better idea of where I am.

Hope everyone's had a good bank holiday weekend.

How did the weigh in go forever?

I've been ok over the weekend, not faultless but not too bad as weekends go.

I still weigh 9.7, which is unbelievably frustrating but I had my first weight related compliment yesterday and then another today - both from people who wouldn't say it just to be nice, so that's spurred me on to keep it up.

Pug - better to maintain than gain! Perhaps you're losing inches and the weight will catch up?

Weigh in was surprisingly good, 11.1 so pleased with that!

Today may be a bit crap as my partner has made a big song and dance about us spending a day together and apparently has some Plans. I have an inkling and will probably not be very diet friendly but whatever, as if it is what I suspect it's definitely worth a 'day off' but I won't say anymore as embarrassing if I'm wrong!!

Morning all. I'm feeling a bit better thanks, although just been to the dentist for a filling, which is annoying!

I've been off the wagon a bit food wise, but on the wagon exercise wise, and weight is back to 10 st 7! Like I've made no progress at all. Although I have lost 1/2 inch off hips and bust. So perhaps the weight issue is from exercise/muscle.

But a new week, a new start, I'm determined.

B: none (mouth is numb)
L: lettuce salad and small portion of homemade moussaka
D: fish and vegetables
S: apple and grapes
