Well done 10 stones. You've worked hard for a huge weight loss.
Fitbits are amazing aren't they. As Richie Howey on his weight loss Facebook page says..they are a real game changer and he's so right.
I can't believe that I'm losing and not denying myself a treat or three.
I don't get weighed or measured. I just go by the Fitbit and mfp as long as I eat under the calories burned I must be losing.
Days I don't feel so good my burn is quite low so I make doubly sure I eat only 1200 instead of 1300.
I've bought my son one. Only £35 on gumtree.
He's an almost 6 footer yet he was trying to exist on 1500 cals despite going to the gym etc.
I told him he must eat too low or he'll get metabolic adaptation. I hope now he's got his Fitbit he'll listen. Weighing 16 and half stone he should be able to eat 2000 cals and still lose weight. You only have to eat 500 less a day, so he may actually be able to eat more.
I was in dotty p's the other day and she must have been a good sales person because she asked what I was looking for, I said a size 16.
She said you're not a 16. That was me in a bulky coat and two cardis ( N Yorks has been bloody freezing this week)
So I bought 14s . Too cold to try them on, they were shutting anyway. Tried them on last night and they fitted lovely , bit of growing room actually.
Plus dil said I'd lost weight. Hadn't seen her for a few weeks.
Thing is I wouldn't have known if it hadn't been for Fitbit. Beg borrow or steal O'Neil you can. I would have had a great, thought I'd routines everything then had a few more.
With Fitbit and mfp that's not happening
My son was pooh-pooing me..but something must have gone through because he told dil he was thinking of getting one of those gadgets mam wears.
He's overjoyed with his gift. I just want him slimmer and healthier.
Good luck with your journey everyone. It's lovely getting into a size smaller than you think you are.
Just that last stubborn half stone for me :-( Or ;-)
