No difference in clothes either.

I've gone completely off track today in a stupid cycle of its not working so I may as well eat what I want.

Muller light with chia seeds
Fish finger sandwiches on white bread with ketchup
3 Bourbon biscuits
6 large marshmallows
Half a happy hippo that ds left
Homemade lasagne with lots of cheese sauce
Slice of garlic bread
Lemon tart with ice cream
Quite a few licks of magnum ice cream
3 cups of coffee and 3 cups of tea

Feel disgusting and so disappointed with myself

Right today is another day... The scales are actually showing a loss today?! I have no idea how!

I'm on nights today so awake for 24 hours which makes calorie counting harder.

Just a medium skinny costa latte for breakfast while out running errands then 3 bacon medallions with 2 poached eggs for a quick lunch. Planning on salmon fillet with steamed veg and a tiny bit of sweet chilli sauce for dinner.

Then I have one of the new Tilda pulses and rice packets (Edamame spring onion and wasabi with whole grain rice) for early hours and I'll have overnight oats with chia seeds before finishing work and going to bed.

Yesterday nothing before bikram yoga.
Then lunch salmon fried in olive oil with courgettes, a whole red pepper sliced and half a pack of samphire (seaweed).

Dinner massive Waitrose salad with edame beans, corn and lots of other veg with a tin of squid in olive oil on top of it.
A cup of cocoa with no milk or sugar but with some gelatin (animal bones) in it.
About 1000 calories I think.

Today nothing so far but giong out to Waitrose with the boys and will buy smoked salmon and a pain rustique (bread) for lunch with butter. Probably salad with tinned fish for dinner later as that seems to be working for me at present as I want to lose half a stone.

Hurrah and well done to those who start again instead of giving up! Grin

I've had...
3 mini home baked sausage rolls for lunch. 76cals each
Paprika chicken and cous cous for dinner

And a huge danish pastry!

I've walked over 12000 steps at the zoo though and have enough cals for the pastry.

Fruit toast and a skinny latte for brunch
Leftovers for tea, so the exact same paprika chicken and cous cous .

And a Danish pastry. Or two. I'm not shopping at Costco again while dieting... too tempting.

Today shreddies with frozen raspberries and almond milk, lunch was tuna pasta with homemade tomato sauce olives and capers. Snacking on greengages and blueberries
Dinner is chicken pizzaola sweet potato chips (frylight) and salad. Going out for coffee so might be tempted by cake but will try to resist

No breakfast or lunch today - too busy running around doing stuff to remember. (Dance fit class, then making and decorating a birthday cake for a friend's daughter).

Dinner is to be pork steaks, layered with stuffing and roasted.
Served with potato wedges.

Graze shortbread dipper for pudding.

Then my zumba class.

I'm tired and flagging! I'm rachel141269 on MFP and have no friends (didn't actually know you could!) if anyone wants to join me. Today I've had....
2 Ryvita, peanut butter and a banana.
Bag of posh veg, small portion of meat sauce from last nights bolognaise.
Tonight's tea will be chicken with salad. I'll be around 1000 calories.
2 stone down since I started altogether, another stone and a half (ish) to go. Ugh.

My eating in the holidays is poor. In terms of when I eat in particular. In school terms, I skip breakfast and have a piece of fruit at break if I'm hungry. More often though, I don't and I have a salad with fruit and a cereal bar for lunch. Then I have dinner after work. And something to eat later in the eve if hungry.

During the holidays, the 'not having breakfast because I'm hungry' can go on til quite late in the day if I'm busy.

Today I went to my dance fit class.
Then had a lazy day at home, but forgot lunch.
Dinner was at 4pm as I realised I was hungry then. Sweet potato fries and a pork chop with stuffing.

I've had a packet of mini breadsticks and a baileys this eve.

Not a lot of food. Torn between finishing for the day on a (very) low amount of cals, or eating something. But I don't know what I want.

Well done Loli - that's a fantastic loss. It's a great feeling when people start to notice isn't it?!

I genuinely don't understand how people can forget to eat! I'm constantly hungry and finish one meal thinking about what I'm going to have for next meal, and am a terrible comfort / stress eater.

Today I've had a slice of toast and butter with coffee before circuit class, then homemade beef madras with steamed vegetables. I'm on nights which really affects my eating patterns - I find myself craving sugar in the early hours. I can't decide whether to eat something early hours, then will have my overnight oats with chia seeds before going home.

I've been eating porridge for breakfast more or less every day since May. I like porridge but not as much as I did in May. I am ready for a change but I can't be bothered to break an egg in the mornings.

Anyone have any bright ideas for the bone idle?

Hi (MFP butty!). I have those raisin Ryvita, wholenut peanut butter and a sliced banana. Keeps me going for hours and easily done, no faffing!

Report

Overnight oats?

I'm just as hungry at lunchtime if I don't have any breakfast as I would be if I had eaten. So if I'm busy, it doesn't cross my mind. My friend doesn't understand it - she's quite hangry if she hasn't eaten. Grin I'm not actively trying to avoid eating as that messes with my head. I tried 5:2 but it really doesn't suit me. If I only have a few cals in a day to have then I end up not eating anything as I can't decide what's worth eating.

Today has been a disaster as it's a birthday party day.

Pancake for breakfast at a craft place, with toffee sauce.
Fries and a couple of bits of chicken for lunch at MDs
Party food later. Including some lovely cakes.

Have been to zumba this morning.

Tomorrow will be better.

Party food actually involved 3 halves of jacket potatoes with cheese and onion topping. And alcohol.

And some cheesecake.

I'm over for the day, but it could have been a lot worse.
