Love reading your meal plans.

Today wasn't great but was within calories. I've lost 30lbs since Christmas and am trying mainly to maintain now, although if another 7lbs came off I wouldn't be upset!

Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast with butter and marmite
Lunch - baguette with Serrano ham and salad
Dinner - pulled beef chilli with salad and half a 500ml bottle of cider (shared with DH).
Snack - 2 squares of dark chocolate, an apple.

I track with nutrafit as I like it far more than myfitnesspal. More UK friendly for one. And I like the pictures!

If I say I want to lose 2lb a week it gives me 1400 cals a day.
But it does also want you to do enough steps/exercise to earn 200 a day minimum too.

For the last two weeks I've never gone over my 1200 cal limit. I do a regular circuit class on top, walk the dog every day and am generally active with a three year old. I've not lost a 1lb! I didn't expect it to happen overnight but did expect to see a little change!

Thanks for the pointer to nutracheck though. Just downloaded it and it does look a lot more user friendly!

Bizarrely it gives me more calories on the same input data - little bit worried as not losing with the ones I have already!

I struggled to lose weight this week on the 1400. In fact I even put ON over a lb. But I was doing a LOT more exercise than normal and my friend suggested it could be water retention.

I have had 2 days off the exercising as the classes I like only run from Tues to Fri, and I've dropped what I put on as well as an extra half lb.

If you aren't losing, can you tell a difference in your clothes? Despite not losing a lot here I'm in a pair of trousers I just couldn't get on me 3 weeks ago.
