Through whatever method...

I'm using nutracheck, 1400 cals a day and have had

Bowl cereal and milk
Meatball marinara subway, latte for lunch.
Huge avocado, chicken salad. Few bits of chocolate.

I'm into week 2 of low carb diet (vegetarian)

B: full fat greek yogurt with almonds and flax seeds

L: huge pile of green salad with egg mayo

D: cheesy spinach gratin, watercress and tomato.

Loads of water. Tablespoon of peanut butter as a snack.

But pre menstrual and could eat a bar if chocolate as big as the sofa.

Brunch - 2/3rds of the pancakes and bacon at f & bs
Late dinner - leftovers from the roast from yesterday.
Toast

Today
No breakfast
Salmon said for lunch and probably dinner too as it needs using up.

B - chocolate brownie protein shake
L - eggs, chicken, peppers, spinach and cheese all mixed up
D - not too sure at a friends, hopefully healthy!
S - 2 shortbread biscuits and a caramel cake slice

Yesterday:
Poached egg with a small sliced avocado.
Roasted veg. and salad with a slice of Leerdammer, small amount of cherries
Anna jones recipe lentil thingy with horseradish/cottage cheese and lots of courgettes and broccoli. A few raspberries. Snack - an apple.

2x Black coffee
1 slice toast with Butter & marmalade

2x Jam tarts DD cooking ( rude not to)

1x Roses choc ( before empty box thrown out)

1x Bacardi & coke in the garden while reading.

Will cook a Veg dinner later, not sure what yet.

Ended up being in a mad rush doing different jobs today so missed both breakfast and lunch.

So the 2 small salmon fillets that would have done one for lunch and one for dinner have ended up both being my dinner as they needed using up today.

So...
Dinner - huge bowl of rocket/lamb's lettuce and beetroot and 2 small salmon fillets.

Zumba will be on at 7

Lots of cals left for something if I get hungry later.

B - protein breakfast smoothie
L - smoked mackerel pate (homemade), ryvita crackers and salad
D - burritos made with loads of beans and chickpeas

Trying to have a fasting day.
Wanting to have a big glass of red wine and chicken sensations.
Thankfully have no crisps in the house.

Too embarrassed to list all I ate today :-(. Fell face first into leftovers from work buffet, and went downhill from there. Back on the wagon tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who has been posting, I gain inspiration and motivation from you all.

Boiled eggs and 2 pieces of nimble toast
Veggie chilli and cauliflower rice
2 bowls of yoghurt and fruit

Tonic water, Pepsi max and 2 coffees - might be more than that, heading to work soon

B: banana
L: roast beef salad with olives and carrots and 2 roast potatoes. Strawberries
D: paneer and pea curry with lettuce and cucumber
Low fat yoghurt
Drinks: 2 coffees with skimmed milk and a Diet Pepsi
Snacks: chicken with chilli sauce. 1/4 piece of leftover cheese on toast

I am not going to lose any weight this week!

porridge, 2 bananas, a chocolate biscuit, a piece of dark chocolate, chicken&pesto sandwich, pack of plain crisps, Green bean & egg soup.

approx. 1600kcal

Ten Pringles and four chocolate fingers, damn communal work food.

Soup and a brown roll and a Coke

Will have tofu and lentil stir fry with rice later

Will also run 7 miles and have already done 10000 steps without that

Not great but so much better than it has been

Cold and miserable here this morning so

Soup with bread (and butter oops) for lunch
4 jaffa cakes (200cals)

Spaghetti bolognaise for dinner. Or it may be pasta with a tomato sauce and meatballs as they are usually received better by the kids than plain bolognaise sauce. Who knows why...

There may be another 200 cal snack later. Either another 4 jaffa cakes or one of my graze snack mini packs.

Brekkie was two rashers of bacon and a poached egg with some cooked halloumi

Lunch Greek yoghurt with berries and some chunks of cheese

Dinner burger with no bun and cheese. Kale cooked in olive oil with asparagus in a creamy sauce

B- bacon medallions on wholemeal bread
L- leftover bolognese pasta bake (wasn't much left but it was lovely reheated)
D - steak, slimming world chips and salad
Snacks - half a banana, some strawberries and a cereal bar
