Through whatever method...

I'm using nutracheck, 1400 cals a day and have had

Bowl cereal and milk
Meatball marinara subway, latte for lunch.
Huge avocado, chicken salad. Few bits of chocolate.

Ooh I was going to make a similar thread! Trying to stick to 1200 cals on MFP:

Yesterday:
Ham salad sandwich
Grapes
Beef hula hoops
Pork chops, mash and veg
Kit Kat
Maoam sweet thingy

Not the healthiest but under 1200 cals so all good!

Today:

2 poached eggs on 1 slice of seeded bred

Ham, cheese, spinach, cucumber, tomato, red onion

Then my friend came round for dinner who's dieting too so I made us the most delicious salad:

Roast chicken, spinach, watercress, rocket, roasted courgette, red onion & tomato, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese and toasted cashews with a balsamic dressing

Unfortunately the prosecco got opened and I fancy a toffee crisp so I might be 200 cals or so over. Not the end of the world though. Really liking calorie counting - can still allow myself a couple of treats and stay within calorie count Grin

Ok everyone else's diets are so healthy Blush I am losing weight doing this though. I just have quite small portions and the junk I do have isn't ridiculously calorific.

Meh, mine isn't so healthy. I wish it were.

I have some sort of something sweet every evening. And have the odd very bad day.

My 'crackers and philly lite' intention turned into
3 fish cakes
Mars ice cream (only 140 cals) x 2 - oops.
Then a cookie or two after some baileys.

So def a cheat day for my diet.

Back to it tomorrow with....IDK, homemade pizzas for dinner using thins as bases, something with ham in the day. Poss salad.

Will report back to see if actual day matches my plan in any way. :)

Thanks whateverrr I do have a 10 month old and went a bit overboard when pregnant with a few too many magnums...

Am 10 stone 2 at 5ft4 and my target was 10 but really think I should aim for 9 stone 7 now. I don't think I will ever not feel fat.

Today

No breakfast
Lunch was 3 small slices of seeded bread with pate, onion chutney and rocket.

Dinner is going to be home made chicken pie with plenty of veg in the mushroom sauce that I cook the chicken in.
There's also some potato gratin.

And jaffa cakes might feature in the future today if I have cals left for them.

Thanks for starting this thread, I need inspiration and support to halt menopausal "I'm beyond hope" scoffing :-(
B: Shredded wheat, milk, 1/2 banana
L: Wholemeal roll, egg, spread, carrot and tomato
D: Broccoli, cottage cheese, double chocolate peanut Magnum.
Magnum was gift from husband who was dying to try them. Have to say the dark choc coating is lovely and far more satisfying than ordinary ice cream (250 calories per serving if anyone is counting)

Fasting day today. Lots of coffee.
Just had a small roll with roast pork. 230 calories.
Have a count on us ready meal for 320 which I will probably have for dinner.
I don't mind if I go slightly over the 500 calories.

Can I join please? I started slimming world on Friday but haven't stuck to it at all as I went for a pub lunch then out drinking yesterday - oops!

Fresh start today though, so far I have just had two weetabix. I got up late so only had breakfast around 11.30am. I'll probably just wait for my tea now which will be roast pork, potatoes, hoards of veg and a little bit of gravy. I have the hangover munchies today but managed to resist the bacon sandwiches that dh made earlier. I would have killed for one of them though!

Helen, Indian buffet a nightmare! Lots of fried or fatty sauces. Stick to dry meat if you can, with a bit of rice and a bit of the sides.

Or say what the hell and start again tomorrow.

Yesterday:-
Lunch - 6 piece sushi
Dinner - 5 KFC Zinger strips, piece of pavlova

Today:-
Lunch - Bacon cheeseburger, no bun with salad
Dinner - roast chicken salad plus more pavlova

Haven't been focusing on what the scales say as I'm more bothered with how I look than how much I weigh. I've dropped a dress size and lost several inches & 6% fat since early June.

I had planned my day - and entered it into nutracheck too.

Then while DD and I were busy building her lego sets to check all the bits were there ready to sell them, DH made breakfast. Cooked breakfast. Which involved the deep fat frier which we only use once in a blue moon but that he won't throw away.

So I had...
2 rashers of bacon, 3 onion rings, a very small helping of fried potatoes (once they'd been patted in oil) and the yolk of an egg on top (hate the while). And some fruit.

Dinner is home made chicken pie.

Snack will be a bowl of cereal.

Glad you enjoyed it. :) And it could have been a lot worse, so that's great.

Tomorrow should be...

Pate on toast with caramelised onion chutney and with salad. No butter on toast as not needed

Roast chicken dinner.

Toast and strawberry jam if hungry in the evening after dinner.
