Hi stellar how's your week going? Have you found the zone yet? I feel like I am in the right neighbourhood but not quite there yet. My internal satnav keeps telling me to turn around when possible!
Definitely doing better than I was, but still lying to myself and mfp by not logging the chocolate and ice cream I've eaten
I have done a HIIT class and a kettlebells class this week though so I'm hoping to join deadon in the zone soon!
