Hi Wizzywig

I started following SW in November when my periods hadn't come back and still managed to lose, they are back now and I am still losing but now have the added "bonus" of terrible hormonal mood swings, lol!

As it's your first week, don't be too hard on yourself. Make sure you are drinking enough, and, I know it sounds silly but are you eating enough? Fill up on lots of free fruit and vegetables, yogurts etc and you should find that this helps.

Stick with it and make sure you speak to your consultant if you are confused about anything, they are there to help you. Did you give him/her your food log? When I used to go to class my consultant took my logs away to read and gave them back the following week - just for the first 4 weeks while I got used to the plan. They should do this to make sure you are doing it properly and if there is anything lacking he/she should tell you next week. Or you can phone them up.

Hope this helps. I know it is disappointing to only lose a small amount when you have been good all week, but you will get there.

Good luck for this week,

JBB xx

Hi again. You may have noticed I'm not playing at the moment - just getting more pregnant by the second.
I know this info is on here somewhere but haven't found it yet - increased H/E for breastfeeding. I will give myself a week after the birth and then MUST TAKE ACTION.
Has anyone done S/W while breastfeeding? Do you feel really deprived when you stop and go back onto normal rations?
Good luck to you all. I'll be with you soon. X.
