Me me me!
Convinced DH to give it a go on a week by week basis. Think bread and dairy will be massive challenges as that is basically what our two year old twins eat! I'm hoping that if this works for us we can move to a WOE with whole30 in the week and then relaxed at the weekends. Have done a big food shop and a bit of meal planning. Motivation is to get me out of a hideous bingy carb cycle which had seen me pile on e pounds, I am now the weight I was when I was abou 18 weeks pregnant with twins! I have had good sucess quitting added sugar before so hoping this resets things!
Shall we post Monday's meal plan? Trying to make sure I eat enough o avoid snacking, but I will need an evening one as I eat with kids at 5ish.
Day 1-
Two egg omelette with half avocado and tomatoes. Black coffee. Spinach and berry smoothie.
Lunch- roasted veg- peppers, tomatoes, onions, courgettes, aubergines with kale an smoked mackerel. Apple or satsumas.
Dinner-bolognase with shredded cabbage.
Evening snack- nuts, crudités, frozen berries.
Lots of herbal teas and water throughout the day.
How does that sound? Also going to print out the information about planning meals to keep me focused. Key issue will be food we can enjoy as a family but fits in with the plan.
Anyone else? Boglin any tips?
