I have 10 stone to lose overall. There, I said it. No going back now. I miss riding my horse, I miss being happy and I have a toddler that doesn't want a sweaty elephant for a mum.
Anyone want to join me for some moral support?

Can I join? Have 5 stone to lose. My first goal is that I am taking a trip to America in Feb, and I'd like to be a stone lighter by then so I can be a bit confuse flying...
Plan on doing mfp and have signed up to the local couch 2 5k...

I'm in! I lost 6 stone in 2012/2013 but have gradually put 4 stone back on Blush I was a bit too thin at my lowest weight in all honesty, but I would like to lose 2 stone in 2016. Aiming for the first stone by my birthday in March then the second stone by the summer holidays.

I'm in.
I lost 2 stone in just over 3 months last year. But since Sepetmber I have just maintained. I'd like to lose around another 2stone.

Supposed to be starting today but I've just had coco pops for breakfast so not the best start!

Ok, I'll set one up tonight with people's user names on and some columns for current weight, target weight and weekly loss? People can then put in as much or as little data as they wish

Yes please! Im going back to WW tonight to see what the festive damage is! Started in September and had lost 1 stone but fell off the wagon mis December with various events/meals/parties etc.

Want to lose 4 stone+. Aiming for mini goals along the way I think so I've small and manageable goals to tick off and keep me motivated. Will report back tonight with festive gain!! Thanks

Another one who is usually put off joining weight loss threads as the amount I need to lose is so much more than average. 7 stone to be in my healthy BMI, 8+ to be back where I was a few years ago.

I have always been overweight apart from a massive effort nearly 10 years ago when I lost 6.5 stone, was so happy and swore I'd never put it on again but here I am bigger than ever :(

Done SW a few times in the last 18 months but kept getting pg and then having mc so am back to starting again. Think I need to lose some weight before I start ttc again as it can't be coincidence.

I'd like to join please. Need to lose 7 stones largely due to comfort eating all evening every evening. I would so love to be slim by this time next year. Starting 1st Jan largely due to having to get NYE party with food and drink out of the way first.

Can I join. I have 2-3 stone to lose. Feeling miserable and frumpy as I'm still holding onto a lot of baby weight. Coupled with the stress of starting a new job in two weeks I can't seem to stop eating at the moment Sad

Would love to join in the spreadsheet. Need all the support I can get. Was going to join sw this morning, but we had a bad storm last night and all roads out of my village are impassable. Will have to wait until next week to go to a meeting, but still sticking with Jan 2nd as my start date.

I'm in! Got in the region of 3 stone to loose. Lost 2.5 this year and put it all back on in last 2 months!! Starting January 1st here. No booze, no chocolate. Thinking doing 5:2, combined with MFP. And maybe even some form of exercise... I had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy, so 50-70% chance developing type 2 in 5-7 years (I ebf which puts this risk back but doesn't remove it). Confused. You'd think this would be enough to motivate me but apparently not! Need to shift that abdominal fat.

I'm in. I have 7 stone to lose in a perfect world. I am thinking of joining sw.

My main plan is to eat normal healthy meals, drink water and squash, walk the school run, build up to DVD work outs and look after myself. Dress nicely, wear make up and appreciate myself.

I have 3 stone to loose, the same 3 stone I have lost every year for the past 5 years. Something drastically has to change. I'm a vegetarian so I'm thinking the easiest option would be to go vegan. When I'm slimmer I take more pride in myself, I do my nails/makeup and love clothes. Right now I'm bleugh with hairy toes and spots Blush

Count me in.

Lost quite a lot of weight back last year. Got pregnant (was losing the weight to help conceive) and put on about 5 stone when pregnant. Baby now 9 months old, still haven't done anything about the weight I gained and it's creeping up again.

I would like to lose around 4 stone, although probably more because I've stopped weighing and am probably much heavier than the number I have in my head. I'm hoping to go back to slimming world in the new year which is where I lost my weight before.

My problem is I have no off switch. I don't cook horrendously unhealthy meals, a lot of what I cook is still based on SW principals. However, I've got no off switch when it comes to snacks, biscuits, chocolate, and love my wine too much! I also serve myself the same size portions as my DH, and he does a lot of exercise where as I do none!

I also blame him too! I get too much of the 'I love you whatever your size or whatever you look like'. I wish he would just turn around and tell me I'm a fat fucker but he's too nice for that! Grin

Hi.

3 stone to lose and I would love to join in.

My downfalls are in between meal snacking, eating kid left overs and I have a sweet tooth. My first goal is to just eat my meal and no snacks and no sweets.

Once I have gotten into that routine I am going to make my meals healthier whilst boosting my energy expenditure.

I started today :) as I ordered a new coat in my usual size and it really isn't my size anymore :(

Hi ladies. I will still weigh in on a Friday because I can't be arsed to change my WW settings now, and also because I think I need to start on 01/01 otherwise I suspect I will keep putting it off. I'm happy with a Monday weigh in on the spreadsheet though, so I will weigh in on the Friday and it can go on the sheet for the following Monday.

I'm fairly certain I'm going to be horrified when I step on the scales but knowing the figure isn't going to change what it is, is it?

I'm in. Hope I last longer than a week this time.....

Last time I weighed I had 10st to lose, probably more now. But happy to see if I can break the 2st mark first. Never quite get that far.

I've ordered Jamie Oliver superfood book. Thought I could do so,w meals from that and just try to be healthier.

Fear I may have to totally cut out crisps and chocolate though. I can't stop at just one....

I've just had my last pizza with extra cheese on for a long long time I think. I was eating it and thinking of all the grease. Put me off a bit ( which is good)
