I have 10 stone to lose overall. There, I said it. No going back now. I miss riding my horse, I miss being happy and I have a toddler that doesn't want a sweaty elephant for a mum.
Anyone want to join me for some moral support?

Can I join? Slimming world starts today and I have 4 and a half stone to shift Sad. Also have a thirty day shred dvd threatening me from the corner. Going to start that tomorrow.

EdithSimcox · 04/01/2016 08:56

82.6 kg (=13 stone). 20kg or 3 stone to lose. Since I have a graph on my fitness pal with data over 6 years (very patchy indeed but including the high and low points I'm pretty sure) I know that's an all time record Blush. Here we go.
The best ever is 62.5kg which I'd be very happy with.

Argh sorry sorry, I should have kicked the weigh ins off this morning ( poorly me, dd and dog. It's neverending! ) I think I was asleep by the time people pm'd me last night lol working my way through them now.

No you don't have to join the fb group at all! Weekly weigh ins and support will be on here also ( when I get myself organised!)

Im a bit clueless as far as the spreadsheet goes im afraid As another member was in charge of that lol.

Weigh in from me today. 357lbs, but down 9lbs since Saturday!!! Not sustainable I know but a nice boost

Morning all
Sorry to hear that you are not well Ark, hope that all does one soon! I like your way of recording in just lbs, rather than st/lbs somehow it feels less of a scary number.

So, that's me then at 248lbs with about 100lbs to dispose of this year Shock (I'm not tall, so it could be more than 100, but that sounds like a nice number to aim for)
May the fat losing force be with you all Grin

Morning all. Weighing in today at 18st 11 lbs and hoping to never be this size again. Good luck everyone.

Callmesausage · 04/01/2016 10:24

Ps I'd be grateful if someone could add me to the spreadsheet too. Thank you.

tibni · 04/01/2016 10:24

I've not been well either ark and have lost due to illness. Hope you are soon feeling better

CishAndFips · 04/01/2016 10:25

I rearing to go but can't weigh myself until I go to my mums later so will be posting this evening.

derxa · 04/01/2016 10:27

I'm 17 stones 2lbs Yuck.

Arkkorox · 04/01/2016 10:52

If anyone uses instagram have a look at the #weightlosstransformation pics, if they can do it so can we! I find it helps to find people who had the same starting weight as me!

Well done everyone doing the weigh in today. First step is the hardest but once you've got a grip on the number you can start changing it.

15 st 4 lbs here. Hope to be 14-something in the next 2 weeks

Off to make some brekkie. DH kindly gave me his cold. this is what I get for being unsympathetic yesterday

TigTrager · 04/01/2016 10:59

Well I've just weighed myself... 15st 3lbs. Heaviest I've ever been. Actually can't believe how big I am.

It starts today, I'm going to do Slimming World and have joined online. I'm hoping to use them to get a couple of stone off and then try to lose the rest through healthy eating and exercise. I think I need the discipline of a plan to get me started.

Good luck everyone, it's a lovely thought that we will all do this together !

FattyNinjaOwl · 04/01/2016 11:02

So today I've not managed to have breakfast as I've been running round cleaning. (DS2 peed through his nappy last night, DD took hers off and DS1 is just a bored 7 year old) I have just sat down to a cup of tea though. 100 calories nearly! (I use full fat milk its the only one I like)

SummersSomewhere · 04/01/2016 11:12

Good luck everyone. Keep the faith it can work if you (mostly) follow a plan that suits you.

Me this morning 13st 7 and really need to get to the healthy BMI for the first time in my adult life to see what it feels like so that's a target weight of 11st 1 lb. Thirty four pounds to loose.

Former BMI something like 48 a year ago but not in the least complacent, in fact scared I'll stuff it up and go back up instead of down!

fohamy12 · 04/01/2016 11:16

16st 6lb and 49% fat.........49% fat, how on earth did that happen? Must be all those low fat yoghurts!!!Wink

flyright · 04/01/2016 12:57

15 5 today.
Kidded myself I had started over the weekend. Bought the right food. Posted on here. Thought about it all a lot But forgot to actually eat less.

On it now.

NewgatesKnockers · 04/01/2016 13:24

226lbs. Christmas damage not quite as bad as I expected. I have cut way back on the wine, so that helped

Twitterqueen · 04/01/2016 13:50

I made the 6.45am body pump class and then did an extra 10 mins on the cross-trainer because the class was only 45 mins instead of an hour.

Porridge for breakfast. Skinny soup oatmeal bread (OK, with a small amount of gorgonzola... ) for lunch.

I'm doing OK so far! The proof will lie in the scales on Friday morning...

Mrsboathook · 04/01/2016 14:27

13 stone 6 this morning, not great, but first fast day going ok. Aiming to get to 10 stone 6, so 3 stone and counting!!!

DramaAlpaca · 04/01/2016 14:53

I had to hand myself a grip this morning to step on the scales. 14st 10. I haven't ever been this heavy. Ever. This is where it stops.

Started today with a fruity protein shake which has kept me full since.

PaperDollChain · 04/01/2016 15:02

Can I join too please?

I've fluctuated with my weight throughout my life but had spent a few years at the lower end until this time last year I beame very ill and started piling on the weight. I was diagnosed shortly after with hypothyroidism.

I had a brief spell doing SW but just couldn't stick to it. Took up running and injured myself. I bought an exercise bike and I haven't been on it once. According to the doctors, my levels have stabilised so I no longer have that excuse.

I'm going to weigh myself now. Wish me luck!
