I have 10 stone to lose overall. There, I said it. No going back now. I miss riding my horse, I miss being happy and I have a toddler that doesn't want a sweaty elephant for a mum.
Anyone want to join me for some moral support?

Well, that was hard. I weigh 15st 2lb. I think this is the biggest I've been non-pregnant Sad. And it means I've put on another stone since SW. Probably more as I think my scales are on the low side.

I hate what this disease has done to me. It has robbed me of my confidence and self esteem. I must lose this weight to feel like me again.

I will rejoin SW but classes are on a Thursday plus I have two meals out this week but will stick to it the best I can until then.

I've gained huge amount of weight having been on high dose of steroids for the last year but I can no longer ignore being overweight...hoping to start TTC in 2017 so need to shift the weight this year!

Weighed in yesterday at 121kg! Would like to get back to pre-steroid weight of 65kg .... eeeeeek!

Well, back from shops with new scales.

Here are the results...

Weight: 17.9 stone (251 lb)
Fat % 61 Blush
BMI 39

Onwards and downwards with getting rid of the first stone and reducing the fat %, which is truly appalling Sad.

I've just downloaded an app called 'Happy Scales'. It's free but you can upgrade to the full version for £3.99. Just having a play round with it and it looks quite good for goal setting. So I've put my current weight and goal weight and split it into 10 targets. I've told the app that I would like to lose 1.5lbs a week (conservatively) and it's telling me that I will teach my first goal in 28 days. Obviously that can all be adjusted but it looks quite good so far!

I weighed in at 11 stone 6lbs, which means I have lost 4lbs since I got ill last week. I have a chest infection and am barely moving off the sofa so will not be able to start properly until I feel better.

I can't seem to post on the Facebook group but am probably doing something wrong because I'm all fuzzy headed and can't think straight at the minute.

Right starting weight of 13st 11. Target weight 11 stone. Had a bit of a wobble after seeing that but went back and read the thread and the FB group and now feel like I really can do this.

Weighed myself today for the first time since the summer and I've put on two stone since then Shock

I'm now 16st 10 Blush

I want to get down to 8 stone which is still considered over weight for my height (5ft) but I think it's realistic.

11st4lb. Need to get to about 9st 2 tobe at an Iideal weight for my height. Cutting out most of my coffee and replacing with green and fruit teas. At least that way I will get my water requirements. Fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. Cereal for lunch (only get 20 mins if lucky) and salmon salad for tea. Think I have enough calories left for 2 small chocolates

I weighed in at 17st.11.

I've never been this heavy and I feel thoroughly ashamed. However, I'm determined to sort it this year.

I'm doing 5:2 and today was a fast day. Doing well so far, have eaten very little and only good stuff. also went for a half hour walk and did a little bit of wii dance with dd.

Looking forward to being able to eat again tomorrow!

16st exactly this morning. Not the heaviest I've been but 15lbs more than I was in the summer. Arghhh! I've had a fairly good day however ds3's "help" making the chicken fajitas drove me to drink a glass of wine.

Keep it up this evening. I'm terrible for evening snacking so will try hard tonight to limit myself to my weight watchers yoghurt for 55 cals. I've had a good day so don't want to spoil it.

Had a delicious meal tonight I found on slimming world website, baked cannelloni, packed with spinach and even DCs loved it. Bit messy filling the tubes but otherwise a hit.

I started today weighing in at 14 stone 6 which at 5 foot 8 gives me a BMI of 31. Aim is to lose 4 stone in total but first smaller goal is to be 13 stone or under by the time I go on holiday mid April.
I went back to work today after 2 weeks off, not feeling good about myself in my work clothes. They do fit, but I just felt fat and uncomfortable. Hopefully after a couple of days the Christmas bloat will start to subside a little- my belly is bloody ridiculous at the moment!

Anyway- food wise today has been good. I've had 1231 calories over the day and loads of water.
