I haven't had a Chinese takeaway in over a year. DH doesn't like them and I never know what to get. I want one now.

Oh brains I have fell by the wayside today. Eaten and eaten and eaten. None of it particularly tasty. Now having a glass of wine and hoping it stays at one as I have a meeting tomorrow.
I don't know why I'm self sabotaging. Maybe tiredness. Dealing with dcs all year so far week.
I'll try and give myself a slap.

Right new day. Going to put yesterday down to denying myself. Still can't work out these syns. I think it's 20cals per syn. So I must have had at least 30 yesterday Blush that's half my weekly quota.

Hi all, not a good week for me either - need to put the brakes on the binge eating before it spirals. Lost a measley 100g this week! Hoping to hit the reset button a bit next week and get back into the swing of things - healthy eating and exercise, here we come!

Maybe we peaked too early! 100g? You have a very accurate scale!

I have a bad stomach. Spent a lot of yesterday in the loo BlushSo not really eating today.

We went to McDonald's today and I had a water.
I have made up for it all since last post. Have eaten far too much in a small space of time. Why?

Oh I see! Glad you had a good night! Understanding the need for pizza now and you should have it, along with a large bottle of 7up.

Eww, I have never tried that. I live in the sticks and the food delivery choices are minimal. We are baking a Camembert to eat now. No shame, till tomorrow.

Did you get a calorie content lowdown? Or is ignorant bliss the way forward?
Yes it is very annoying when the cheese goes all jelly like. Ours didn't. I feel very bleh today. I'm going to force water down instead of grabbing biscuits. And take the kids swimming, because DH has a cold raging fever and we are going to give him some time to moan alone respite.

Good call. And well done on the frugal eating yesterday!
I did well on the water. And no biscuits. Melon for breakfast today.

It's so dark outside. I yearn for light mornings.

I hear - and feel - your despair.

Hello all. For some reason this thread fell off my 'I'm watching' list and I just thought it had gone quiet, or maybe - like me - you were all off devouring carbs.

I'm a carb-devouring disgrace. That's when I'm not being a sugar-devouring disgrace. There's no excuse/reason for it: I think I'm really just a bit greedy. And that's compounded by laziness.

Downloaded a new app for weight recording as I thought graphs might help. It decided my target weight was a full stone below my own notional target weight. So, I adjusted it, of course. But now I'm beating myself up for my self-deluding ways. Bloody technology.

But I have a free afternoon, so I'm going to read diet stuff while watching Diet TV. (Now there's a channel I'd subscribe to.) Focus, focus, focus.

What's the app Pippi? I love an app, that I then never use.

Oh no, brains, feel better soon. And chutney bread? Why haven't I seen this?

I don't feel like eating today. Must have finished my cheese sprint and carbathon for this week. And yes I know making poor sports jokes about food isn't going to help me any.

We are off to try and tire out the youngest. He's bouncing around like a kangaroo.
