Bit annoyed - gained 1lb this week Blush Will be much better this week, no more pissing about.

Great work with the 5K Stellar; that's impressive! I'm hoping to get into running next month once i'm settled into my new job.

Hello, this dropped off so I thought I'd better find it.
I haven't weighed myself as things have been emotional (friend of family death) and we all know what happens then.
But, through the other side and back on the horse. Poor horse must need counselling.
Dyrne do you still do 5:2? I'm thinking about it for a few weeks. I have plenty residual fat to keep me going so it's not like I'd actually starve.
I also did a good healthy shop for delivery tonight. So no excuses really.

Sorry to hear you're dealing with a bereavement, Stellar: I hope the circumstances aren't too traumatic (if there can be such a bereavement).

I've been busy gorging on chocolate and toast, and berating myself because my clothes are feeling tight. But seemingly unable to do much about the gorging. Strangely, I've been cooking really healthily but then have just left that to the family while I ate some more bread or biscuits. But have felt a bit more in control these past few days and just waiting for healthy food only shopping delivery to arrive. Have been meal planning too so I hope that that will help me.

Also, getting a bit more exercise in which is positive, otherwise things would be even worse.

Must not get distracted by the microwave chocolate cake (ready in minutes!) just over on the sidebar now.

I'm okay. I am sad for people around but it's not really affected me IYKWIM. Apart from cooking for them.

Yes to meal planning. That's what I'm doing too. I've just ate a filling lunch so I don't snack on this afternoons batch cookery plan.

There's no chocolate or snacks that I like in the house now. It's the only way for me.

Well done on the exercise. I've been jogging. Still slow but I'm doing it.

I have never tried a chocolate microwave cake. I'm always about three years behind everyone else on the latest stuff.

Have a good weekend.

Hope the non posters are all okay.

I was going to start a new thread but I think I'll just chat away on here, even if it's to myself.

I'm back on the wagon. Again. Will just work on making sure anything that goes in is good for me. For the next 5 days at least!

Exercise wise I have to get back to jogging. That's also fell to the wayside due to lack of childcare/time.
