Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Yay twinkle! Well done you. Let it spur you on rather than reward yourself( as I am prone to doing!) glad the thread is helping, all downhill from here to summer sunshine.
I weighed in a little later this am as I still felt so full from yesterday, so cheated a little but got a 1 3/4 lb down result so I don't care! That's a total of 31/2lb, 5 more to go.
Like the sound of your miso penguin, do you make it?
Just made a really delicious avocado & cacao smoothie with almond milk & coconut water. Had in place of bfast, see earlier still full quote! Loving the smoothies, lots of extra veg, filling & feels like a treat. Good when in a hurry or on the go too.
Prob will be hungry again late afternoon & have no plan as yet, always dangerous. Leftover cold meat & salads tonight. Roll on a good week and more losses all round!

Twinklestar2 · 27/04/2015 12:34

Thanks everyone and well done ready!

Will not be rewarding myself as I find that sends me on a downwards spiral. It's best for me just to be good all the time.

Good luck for all other weighers this week!

bangersmashandbeans · 27/04/2015 13:26

Well done twinkle and ready, that's great results. I buckled and weighed myself and am 9.7 so up on last week but still 3lbs down since we started and hopefully a little more will come off once my period has gone and hormones have settled down.

Ready do you have the nutibullet?

bangersmashandbeans · 27/04/2015 13:27

*nutribullet

readyforsunshine · 27/04/2015 15:53

No bangers but was looking at one this am. I have a good liquidiser which works well, but am tempted as my children like a bfast smoothie too. Not sure I can justify it or not, do you have one?

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 27/04/2015 16:13

Ready - sadly not home made. It's from Itsu: miso soup base with veggies, glass noodles and a couple of veggie gyzo (???) dumplings. Really tasty.

readyforsunshine · 27/04/2015 17:13

Oo yum. I'm a bit too rural for itsu sadly.
Bangers I'd be delighted with 9.7! Tis my goal, I feel well at that weight.

SpottyTeacakes · 27/04/2015 17:34

I want to be 8st3 but I'm short and generally petite in build.

Ok I've finished eating for the day:

Blueberries Greek yog honey
Couscous salad with a packet of fridge raiders chicken things
Two fish cakes with stir fry veg and home made Chinese style spicy sauce. Yum.

wish I had some chocolate digestives

SpottyTeacakes · 27/04/2015 20:14

I ate biscuits Blush

bangersmashandbeans · 27/04/2015 22:36

Today was ok I think...

Greek yog and banana
45 min HIIT class
Half a ham sandwich and a bag of mini cheddars
Finished of a few spoonfuls of kids mashed potato
Sainsburys Meal soup
6 squares of chocolate
An apple
Good start to the week!

readyforsunshine · 28/04/2015 07:05

Morning!
Finished yesterday with miso, apple, cold meat & salads, tiny bit of cake at book club, only about 1/4 slice.
Need lots of veg today, have a good one all.

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 28/04/2015 07:05

Yesterday's menu:

Breakfast - atkins bar
Lunch - salmon salad, nakd bar
Dinner - quinoa salad, FF Greek yoghurt
Supper - popcorn
Water, tea, coffee

Spent the evening grazing on left over veg and gherkins (!). Not awful in terms of calories but was blatantly due to tiredness and residual work stress rather than hunger so I'm pretty disappointed with myself Sad.

Musts tick to mealtimes today goddamnit! Maybe slightly bigger ones so I don't have an excuse. And I really want to run!! My cold is on its way out I think so will try for a short one at least.

bangersmashandbeans · 28/04/2015 13:36

Good luck with your run penguin!

Joycey29 · 28/04/2015 13:41

Oops - bought lovely loaf of cheddar and jalapeño bread! Too tempting!!!

Hope run was good Penguin Grin

Joycey29 · 28/04/2015 14:54

Ahhhhhhh 267 calories per 100g!!

SpottyTeacakes · 28/04/2015 15:02

That bread sounds amazing!

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 28/04/2015 18:52

I did it! Only 5k and very slow but that was about as much as my lungs could take. Now I want some of Joycey's bread..

SpottyTeacakes · 28/04/2015 19:15

Blueberries Greek yoghurt and honey
Cuppa soup
seven caramel digestives
Stuffed pasta, three slices of garlic bread and side salad.

bangersmashandbeans · 28/04/2015 19:54

Well done penguin! Great start back from illness.

My day was going ok but kids have driven me to the wine Confused
