Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Hopefully a good day will see the scales drop again Confused

bangersmashandbeans · 11/05/2015 07:07

I'm always fat on a Monday morning twinkle! I was terrible yesterday!

Never mind, it's a new day and week so let's crack on!

Weight gained quickly soon disappears. Mine is usually bloating from the alcohol. Drink loads of water today and it'll help.

bangersmashandbeans · 11/05/2015 07:09

Mrandmrs I have a Fitbit - addicted!

readyforsunshine · 11/05/2015 07:14

Sunday was bacon & egg for bfast, marmite sandwich, roast chicken, roast potatoes squash & carrots, cauliflower cheese. Piece choc & 2 digestives. Going to delay my weekly weigh in until tomorrow, expect it will still be bad! Lots of water & back to it today.

Joycey29 · 11/05/2015 07:38

Weigh in better than yesterday
Not 0.5 stone on - just one lb
Thank goodness - nearly cried yesterday, 10.2 now so 5-6 lb to go!
Buffer zone is under 9 so only 2lb of that.
Gonna make my buffer this week!!!!
Good luck any other weighers today! GrinGrinGrin

Talk me through Fitbit.....

3lb down at the weigh in! Total of 10lb lost now and only 4lb to go.

Joycey - fitbit is a tiny device (either on a clip for your clothes or a wristband) that you wear all day and it measures how many steps you take, how many calories burned, how far you've walked, how many active and inactive minutes you've has in the day. You're meant to take at least 10,000 steps per day to maintain health. But its totally customisable to your own targets. Its linked to your phone/tablet/computer and you can log and track all the food you eat and its calories and nutritional content. You can also log exercise. I've got my target weight loss on mine and it tells me how many calories I need to eat (dependant on how active I am) to reach that goal weight in a certain number of weeks. I find it really easy to use, but I've only had it 1 day currently! Mumsnet gave me the idea - I think there's a mumsnet group on the fitbit online area where you can 'compete' on steps etc with each other.

Twinklestar2 · 11/05/2015 07:54

Joycey29 · 11/05/2015 09:36
