Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Was out for dinner last night.
Delicious Tuna and then sea bass with spinach! But lots of wine Wink
Slightly hung over today so are five biscuits this morning at break time - just needed them Shock
Hopefully back on track later on ...

I'm away for the weekend too so weigh in definitely going to be horrible next week! Forgot my running gear too which is annoying.

Yesterday we were in the car for nearly 5 hours so menu was bad...

Dry shreddies
Two frankfurters and piece of soda bread
Two banana muffins
Small cheeseburger and chips
3 glasses of wine

Ooops!!

Please can I join... Sorry that its late! You are all doing so well! My start weight was 10 stone 13 lb and my goal is a stone lighter at 9 stone 13lb. I've put that stone on in the last year since getting married. I've been trying to be more healthy for the last 3 weeks and am currently 10stone 6lb so doing okay! I'm trying to go for a walk with DH every evening after dinner as inactivity I think is an issue for me. Food wise I'm trying to use sensible portions and trying to bulk out meals with veg etc.

Today I've eaten:
Breakfast - small portion bran flakes with skimmed goats milk and half a banana (DH eats the other half).
Lunch: half a carton of Covent garden skinny red pepper and lentil soup and one slice of soda bread.
Dinner: (very early on a Saturday due to DH's working patterns) stir fry with a lot of veg in it and small amount wholewheat egg noodles - half packet between two of us. Topped with a fillet of pan fried sea bream.

Later I'll probably have some grapes and an apple cut up with some full fat Greek yogurt.

Drinks: 2-3 cups earl grey tea with skimmed goats milk, and 1-2 green teas.

Oo meant to say activity wise I spent 2 hours gardening (and it still looks like a jungle!) And went for a 20 min power walk with DH - we've bought some ankle weights to burn more calories and increase resistance.

Welcome Mrs, great to have some newbies!
Yesterday was no bfast due to previous day still feeling stuffed, lunch: quinoa, spinach & chicken. Supper at friends was v late so I was starving, lots of alcohol, snacks peanuts, crisps etc, steak, chips, salad & cheesecake, coffee, chocs. Today was hungover ( I know, now I write it down I realise how often!) today, egg & sausage sandwich, choc cookie, ham sandwich, choc florentine, lots of champagne for a celebration of a v exciting racing win of our friends! About to demolish a Chinese takeaway. Oh well, I've had a few weeks of healthy eating it won't kill me! Back home to work & copious amounts of virtuous green veg tomorrow so I'm unapologetic!

Welcome Mrs W!

I'm hovering around 10 6, just can't seem to crack it! And if I have a bad day I put 3lbs on and spend the rest of the week trying to lose it. And yes it's all my fault cause I'm the one who puts the food in my mouth grr!

Breakfast - husband brought me two croissants and a coffee so I ate 1 of the croissants and told him to eat the other one tomorrow

Lunch - chicken nugget happy meal with a hamburger on the side

Dinner - chicken, potatoes, veg

Snacked on a yoghurt, cereal bar and a doughnut

Will be better tomorrow!!

Some noodle soup thing

Micro curry and popadoms
Half an apple.

Throughout the day I ate a whole massive bar of chocolate. It was delicious. Plus four wine gums.

Think that's it.

Well it looks like Saturday has been our last weeks Sunday since we've all had a 'diet be damned' attitude! A good Sunday could make for a better Monday weigh in perhaps? We head home after bfast, I will try.
Realistically, bfast will be what I'm given & im always rubbish on car journeys so we'll see...

Today's menu

Shredded wheat and skimmed
Toast and boiled eggs
Beef curry and brown rice for dinner
Snacked on half a doughnut, cereal bar and a small Rocky bar

Breakfast - 30g Special K and skim milk
Lunch- chicken casserole with two new potatoes and loads of veg.
Dinner: grilled aubergine with chopped tomato

No snacks/ no alcohol and 30 mins swim

Lunch: half a carton of chicken and sweet corn soup, with some curly kale I added in. No bread.
Dinner: spicy pork stir fry with wholewheat noodles ( rest of the packet from yesterday)
Snacks: one apple
Drinks: tea, green tea, sugar free very dilute squash, water

Exercise: 2 hours gardening and about to go for 45min walk

Joycey your menu is super healthy - I'll have to try grilled aubergine, it sounds yummy!
