Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Am dog tired & just about to go out to work so will miss dinner.
Today has been, banana porridge
Quinoa w Greek salad, handful walnuts,
2 oatcakes w cheese. Will try to fit in a miso soup/apple before falling into bed. Feeling quite sorry for myself! Got an earlyish stArt tomorrow too, roll on late afternoon crash out w weekly lashings (2 glasses) of wine, followed by a hopefully clear headed Monday!

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 02/05/2015 18:25

I feel for you ready! It sounds like your menu so far has been super nutritious so hopefully that will help you push through. Your Sunday afternoon plans sound idyllic.

Twinklestar2 · 03/05/2015 09:21

HM Saturday wasn't great - a day of picking Shock

bangersmashandbeans · 03/05/2015 11:33

Weekends are so darn hard!
Yesterday was predictably bad - totted up using mfp and it was 3000 calories!! (Over 1000 in alcohol alone Blush)

Today will try to do better, had fruit and one slice of toast so far but have people over for dinner tonight so am likely to fail.

Am doing 1 mile fun run with DD so that's something I guess

Joycey29 · 03/05/2015 17:57

Residential added two pounds back! Feel like giving up!!!

I'm going to have to start again tomorrow!!Confused

readyforsunshine · 03/05/2015 21:18

Noooo Joycey! I read a good jillian comment, if you had a puncture would you slash the other 3 tyres? Get back to it tomorrow, or for the rest of today if you can! Quickly added lbs always come back off quite quickly.
I was offered, & accepted, a glass of wine at work last night. Came home & was desperate for something salty so had a cheddar & pickle sandwich. Not sure what would have been a good alternative to beat that need, any ideas? Followed that with a bowl of fruit & fibre, slept soooo well!!
Today was an early start, scrambled eggs with bacon, Apple, half bottle prosecco, fish pie asparagus & peas, too much cheese & biscuits! Now glugging water.

Joycey29 · 03/05/2015 23:04

Thanks ready - tomorrow's a new day!

Disgusted of London back with her tail between her legs!!

readyforsunshine · 04/05/2015 08:56

Ha welcome back twinkle! Was it good though? Hope those extras were worth it & that you savoured every mouthful!
I am delighted to report that I am 1 1/4 lb down this week so a total of 4 3/4
3 3/4 to go, yee ha!
Feel like having a sugar laden bfast of pastries, brioche, jam & coffee, will settle for nat yog, seeds & fruit. Would def have caved if sugar laden bfast didn't mean a 10 min drive. Will try very hard to stay of the alcohol as per a usual Monday. Enjoy your bank hol everyone.

SpottyTeacakes · 04/05/2015 09:07

I'm baaaaack! Still in holiday mode so will start again tomorrow Wink

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 04/05/2015 10:52

Welcome back all, and we'll done ready!

I haven't been away as such but definitely had the weekend "off" iyswim. Saturday not so bad but Sunday I pretty much ate anything I looked at Confused.

Back at it today. Off out for a healthy brunch, won't stuff myself so I'm in a fit state for a run later on.

What a beautiful day!

bangersmashandbeans · 04/05/2015 12:06

Glad to know I'm not the only one derailed by a weekend. Day time was ok yesterday but cooked tapas and chocolate pudding for dinner plus wine so ended badly. Today I've had a banana and bag of hula hoops but have taken the kids swimming for an hour.

Will be really proud if I get through bank holiday Monday without gorging. DH golfing so can't do much in terms of exercise but might try to manage a run tonight.

Twinklestar2 · 04/05/2015 13:11

Well done ready!!!

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 04/05/2015 20:48

I've done much better so far today & feel much better too (still bloated from yesterday's overeating but hopefully that will go soon).

I opened a bottle of rum yesterday (birthday present from my dbro) which was delicious. The plan is to save the rest till Thursday night but now it is staring at me each time I go to the kitchen!

readyforsunshine · 04/05/2015 21:15

Have you weakened penguin? If so was it equally delish? If not, go & put it somewhere safe so you can enjoy it on Thursday!! Stern !!
I had salmon & salad for lunch with the usual nat yog & nuts & seeds to follow. Dh suggested we all go out to our local Italian so have had 1/2 bottle white, mushroom risotto, piece of dds pizza, piece garlic bread, tiramisu & a chocolate. Home drinking coffee now, full but strangely not stuffed?!?

bangersmashandbeans · 04/05/2015 21:47

Sounds yum penguin!
I've survived bank holiday!
No exercise other than swimming with the kids but I've eaten:
Banana
Hula hoops
Cheese roll
Low cal ice lolly
Risotto
5 wine gums

NO WINE!!!

Twinklestar2 · 04/05/2015 21:50

I've managed to stick to my weight watchers points today :)

Menu
Shredded wheat and skimmed
Lunch was toast and a boiled egg
Dinner was a tortilla wrap topped with cheese and vegetables
Snacked on an apple, skinny latte and a piece of husband's chicken from KFC

bangersmashandbeans · 04/05/2015 22:14

Well done twinkle - not easy on bank
Holiday!

readyforsunshine · 05/05/2015 06:54

Eughh! Was up throwing up in the night, as was ds, think it could have been food poisoning. Gingerly sipping hot tea now.

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 05/05/2015 08:20

Oh crikey, poor you ready. Hope you feel better soon Flowers

I resisted the rum & stuck to decaf tea Smile - felt disproportionately proud of myself!

Brunch - frozen yoghurt & berries
Mid afternoon - pro max bar, coconut water x 2
Dinner - carrot soup, bread roll, danio yoghurt, apple, 3 veg crisps (the fried kind)
Supper - popcorn
Lots water, coffee, decaf tea

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 05/05/2015 08:48

I also need to report a rather bizarre dream - dp unplugged the computer which meant that for some reason my link to "weight loss chat" was lost forever! I was incredibly releaved when I woke up and realised I use my phone to access it anyway. Odd!

bangersmashandbeans · 05/05/2015 12:03

Get well soon ready, sickness is hideous.
Penguin you must be committed to be dreaming about us!

I just ran 8 miles! Furthest I've ever done! Chuffed!

readyforsunshine · 05/05/2015 14:32

Yay penguin on the rum result! It'll taste all the better on Thursday now you can be smug. So impressed bangers, I can't ever imagine being able to run 8 miles, a gentle plod round the village is my limit, although I do eventually enjoy it rather than dread it once I get a bit fitter.
Sickness is over, have happily managed some banana porridge & a smoothie. Will prob just have soup or veg this eve. Every cloud, maybe it's helped!!!

SpottyTeacakes · 05/05/2015 14:54

Hope you feel better!

I'm starting again tomorrow Blush
