I keep seeing before and after shots after his 90 day programme and they are fantastic...anyone done it and what basically is it in a nutshell?

Yes you should've received an email with a link where you enter your start weight/measurements and then another link which tells them you are proceeding to the next cycle. I didn't receive this so emailed my coach and she sent it on to me...

Yes carb city (but not much fats) on training days but no carbs (just protein & fats) on rest days. Will take me a while to get my head around C2 I think!

CarolBornAMan · 22/06/2015 16:25

I never found anywhere to do this - I just wrote mine down. I had to send photos on the application page so maybe I will send them to my coach when I finish phase 1. I slipped a bit so am starting again..

eshermummy · 22/06/2015 21:53

thank you gotredonyou, i will try emailing my coach for the link.
Carolbornaman - I'm one day in and it's quite hard isn't it! I've had a busy day and been out for most of it so had to go for the simplest options in terms of prep etc - I've eaten 4 eggs today and I actually skipped the fried egg on my muscle mince so it should have been 5!!!! I've not eaten either of my snacks today either.

gotredonyou · 23/06/2015 09:19

So I did my first C2 workout last night- was really hard and I felt completely overwhelmed with it. Don't know if I was doing the weights correctly or what weight I was meant to be starting with :( Definitely didn't feel like i'd earned three carb meals so going to up my weights on Wed. Rest day today so low carb, high fat.

B- Sugar free granola, total yoghurt, berries & 1 tsp peanut butter
L- Chicken & Egg Salad, Almonds
D- Meatballs in tomato, onion, garlic sauce with courgetti & cheese.

I sent my questionnaire off last monday and waiting for my plan. I keep refreshing my inbox!! Hopefully it will come tomorrow.

gotredonyou · 23/06/2015 15:20

I think mine took about 5/6 working days to arrive- good luck!

CarolBornAMan · 23/06/2015 19:35

Esher - am finding the food hard on many levels - just the damn volumes on the days I am home and then when I am away with work, never know what to eat - am just hoping for the best! I trying not to eat eggs every day but when in hotels, omlettes are easiest breakfast option.. so today have done 4 and tomorrow will be another 4!

Loo - I got my plan in 6 days so should be any time now.. Good luck .. I cannot recommend planning and batch cooking enough.. buy lots of foot containers - I bought a load of take away containers on ebay... it is the only way!

MontserratCaballe · 23/06/2015 20:45

Watching with interest. Am trying to strict low carb for a month to see if I can make a dent in it by myself and spend the cash in something else. Sounds good though.

eshermummy · 23/06/2015 21:02

I cooked the teriyaki salmon with courgette noodles today and it was quite nice but I didn't train today so it's a no carb day and I do feel a bit hungry tbh. (Had a 3 egg omelette with feta for breakfast and the other half of the muscle mince for lunch - bleeeurgh.) I'm going to try and persevere with it....I will be training tomorrow morning so I'm already looking forward to my build-up bagel! I've actually had to cut down my gym routine in order to comply with Cycle 1 so the exercise bit of it doesn't faze me so much as the food. I don't have a lot of weight to lose either, only 5 lbs so I know the food is absolutely going to make or break it.....
I emailed them for the starting measurements link and they've sent it to me so I'll weigh and measure myself in the morning. I'm not actually that bothered about my weight per se - I'd be just as happy to lose inches tbh but I really want to lose body fat, even if the scales don't register it as such.

gotredonyou · 24/06/2015 09:21

Yeah that's my goal- to lose body fat...i'm not focusing on the scales...just the way I look in pictures & my measurements.

Loo5125 · 24/06/2015 09:32

I am still waiting, it's been 7 working days now! I've been doing it this week (from what I can guess and copying meals I find on insta and Facebook) and have lost 3lb so far. I really want my plan ASAP as I go on holiday in 3 week and have a bikini to fit into!

gotredonyou · 24/06/2015 10:02

Have you emailed your coach Loo ? I would make them aware of your situation.

Chicinwellies · 24/06/2015 10:47

If you don't fancy this, I did Kayla Itsines. FB follow her, and Natalie Jill. Between them, for free (just by looking on fb and their sites and YT), they have Changed my body. x

Loo5125 · 24/06/2015 12:36

I've given my coach an email, still waiting for a reply. I thought it would be here by now so only did the weekly food shop to last until tonights dinner Shock so as from tomorrow I have nothing in the house for meals and don't want to do another big shop before it comes, gah!

gotredonyou · 24/06/2015 13:54

I was like that whilst waiting for C2! Well I can tell you you'll definitely need lots of green veg - spinach, asparagus, mange tout, broccoli etc..
lean proteins- lean mince beef, chicken breast, turkey mince, prawns, chicken sausages. lots of eggs, almond milk, nuts, total greek yoghurt, berries, protein powder etc..

gotredonyou · 26/06/2015 09:22

How's everyone getting on? my arms are still massively aching from Wednesdays GVT and its leg day tomorrow! Looking forward to lots of carb meals at the weekend though- i'm planning chicken fajita's, curry & rice and steak & chips with lots of veg too of course. x

Arkkorox · 27/06/2015 08:55

I've had to stop for 2 weeks as I've got an infection in my jaw and I can't eat properly :(

gotredonyou · 29/06/2015 16:41

Oh no, get well soon Arkkorox ! Flowers

FFSletmechangemyname · 30/06/2015 08:13

I'm still dithering over this Smile keep going back to it though and wondering whether to do it x

I am really struggling to fuel my body properly ask do a lot of exercise. Think I need to bite the bullet and just do it.Grin

kirinm · 05/07/2015 20:00

I'm thinking about starting this. How are you all finding it? Is the food plan easy to follow?

gotredonyou · 06/07/2015 10:00

I'm at the start of Week 3 of Month two and really enjoying it so far!

The first month was really easy to follow as you are provided with recipes and do Youtube videos for the HIIT. Month two requires a bit more effort as weight training is introduced and there are no specific recipes to follow. Therefore I've found myself going slightly off track with the food at weekends. Might add a few extra workouts to compensate...

CarolBornAMan · 06/07/2015 11:05

I am doing this and finding it OK - just needs time and effort - am losing weight slowly but changing shape more quickly. It is all common sense - clean food and exercise but quite high volume of food which is nice.. HIIT is bloody hard work though!

kirinm · 06/07/2015 11:11

I've signed up (well, I've paid but haven't received the questionnaire yet). I'm looking forward to getting some recipe ideas to be honest.

I was watching some of his HIIT YouTube videos yesterday. They look horrific!

Do you all prep in advance? I've seen pictures on Instagram of loads and loads of Tupperware boxes. I quite like the idea of prepping but I'm not as organised as I could be (lazy).

gotredonyou · 06/07/2015 11:49

I only normally prep the next days lunch for work in advance. Breakfast I decide when I wake up (this morning had baked overnight oats) and dinner I decide what I fancy when I get home from work. I tend to buy similar things each week- salad, chicken breasts, lean minced beef & turkey, tuna, greek yoghurt, sweet potato, courgette, broccoli, mange tout etc..

The HIIT is really tough at the start but my fitness quickly improved.

kirinm · 06/07/2015 12:55

You sound like you're doing really well. I'm looking forward to starting. Having someone tell me what to eat - if only for the first month - will be quite nice!
