I keep seeing before and after shots after his 90 day programme and they are fantastic...anyone done it and what basically is it in a nutshell?

No tea or coffee, if you must just 1 coffee a day. No gym required

fruitnfibre · 20/04/2015 11:19

Thanks DiDiddlyDi I might join the programme spent too much money and time trying to find quick fixes....looks like I need to change all my habits including drinking far to much tea and coffee.

clottedcreamteawithscone · 19/05/2015 10:10

Ive still not joined and am still lurking onhis facebook page...how is everyone doing on this???

gotredonyou · 19/05/2015 10:36

I'm on day 2 and feel great so far...Was up at 5.30am for HIIT which was a killer but the protein pancakes made up for it & I feel full of energy now :D

clottedcreamteawithscone · 19/05/2015 11:43

Obviously I wouldnt want you to tell me the plan as youve paid for it but can you give me a summary of what is required..ie 3 meals a day, exercise 4 times week for 20 mins each and also you have to do XXX every week.

Also it is 90 days then thats it??? Im confused as some people say cycle 1 cycle 2 is there 3 cycles??? and are they all part of the 90 days

OP posts:
gotredonyou · 19/05/2015 11:53

The first 30 days are cycle 1, second 30 days cycle 2 and last 30 days cycle 3.

I am obviously on cycle 1 at the moment and I have to eat three meals a day, 2 snacks and do HIIT 4 times a week for 25 mins.

www.thebodycoach.co.uk/90daysss.asp explains it all here and there is a new Q&A search box if there's any q you wanted to ask before starting.

clottedcreamteawithscone · 19/05/2015 12:10

so want to do this but have so many weekends out for meals over the next few weeks plus go to Devon beginning of August

I kept talking myself out of it due to social events but I get married in 6 months so didn't want to leave it to the last minute!

Littlepumpkinpie · 19/05/2015 12:48

Well over a month has passed since this thread started has anyone on here actually done cycle one now.?
When this thread started I started to follow him on FB first thing I noticed on a lot of the photos was fatter picture was almost always a closer shot than the after one but not all of them are like that.
A 12 week or as this is 90 transformation is possible.
If you want something bad enough nothing should stop you starting it honestly don't put off just because you've social occasions on the horizon. I'm sure you can factor the calories in or they can help you around it as any good coach would. Your paying for a service go for it if it's what you want for yourself. The only regret will be when the times passing and your still thinking about starting. Come on ladies you can do this.

clottedcreamteawithscone · 19/05/2015 12:55

do you think the transformations are genuine???

OP posts:
Littlepumpkinpie · 19/05/2015 14:17

A 12 week fat loss transformation is not an unrealistic time frame. I'd be more inclined to use a place where I can visit in person though. Have measurement taken. Most importantly that I was doing weights correctly if I was new to them. Not google them firm checked ect. There are personal training gyms that do online coaching for the same sort of price than this if not cheaper with proven results. I personally did it that way still with them three years later.

gotredonyou · 19/05/2015 14:47

I follow a lot of people who are on the plan on Instagram. Some are posting weekly/monthly/3 monthly transformation pics and you can see a huge difference! You also get 1:1 online support with a coach.

Littlepumpkinpie · 19/05/2015 14:58

I'm not calling them or putting them down in any shape or form. I personally don't like the fact they do not have one on one contact in person. I use such a place myself at first for fat loss body transformation now it for muscle building.

gotredonyou · 22/05/2015 09:37

Day 5 and feeling slimmer already. The food is so tasty so I have no cravings just yet!

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/05/2015 09:41

Yeay! Well done red! Are you on the Facebook supper groups too?

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/05/2015 09:41

That should have been support, not supper

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/05/2015 09:43

@littlepumpkin yes I'm in cycle 2, on it 6 weeks and have lost 8 inches and 3kg by week 4. Not weighed self or done measurements since. I feel fab and totally believe in it. Love it love it love it!

gotredonyou · 22/05/2015 09:54

Yep I am :) How are you finding cycle 2? I'm nervous about the weights but I've always wanted to start them! x

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/05/2015 10:07

The portions in cycle 2 are ENORMOUS 1kg of vegetables a day. Day one of cycle 2 i felt like I was being fattened up for Christmas but now after 2 days of weigh training I'm ploughing through my pasta. Had chilli con carne for breakfast and again for lunch (my choice to have them at those times).
Weighs are great, they truly make a massive difference, I've learned that in the past and have managed to get to lifting almost my body weight, surprising how quickly you get very strong. Any questions just ask. But unofficial Facebook support group is amazing, as too are the coaches. Enjoy

gotredonyou · 22/05/2015 10:35

Yeah I've noticed a lot of people complaining about feeling bloated on C2 but I'm looking forward to some carbs! lol The only thing i'm struggling with is the snacks. I don't like any of the meat/fish options so emailed my coach who said I could have rice cakes with pb or a quest bar and I don't like either. So at the moment i'm having a funsize apple & handful of nuts or greek yoghurt/with whey on training days. x

Danceasifnooneswatching · 27/05/2015 15:35

Is this worth spending £147 on? I would like to give this a try but seems an awful lot of money...

gotredonyou · 27/05/2015 15:42

It is expensive, my weekly shop has gone from £40-£60 too so it really isn't a cheap plan but its working for me and the results are all impressive so I'd say its worth the money imho.

I went for the DD option where you pay £49 each month to make it more affordable.

Danceasifnooneswatching · 27/05/2015 21:15

Thanks for replying, I've joined a couple of Facebook groups and I'm really seriously considering doing it. I would really like to tone and lose weight... How long until you started to see results??

AggressiveBunting · 28/05/2015 01:08

I may have to eat my words on this (that's gotta be a first on MN, lol). It does seem pretty good, assuming you can stick to it. I'm not on the plan (not trying to lose weight) but I do really like his "lean in 15" meal vids on FB and have made a few of them. I'm not the most talented cook but even I can make them taste nice, so I'm sure if you were decent in the kitchen, they'd be delicious.

I've also nicked a few of his HIT ideas, which are great if I just dont have time for my usual training sessions, as I can always find 20 mins.

Overall, in terms of what's out there re. diet plans, this has to be one of the better ones in encouraging sustainable, long term behaviour changes.

Danceasifnooneswatching · 28/05/2015 09:49

Yes I've watched some videos, I think the expense is putting me off and a search isn't showing a typical days menu (I know they are individually tailored)!! I just wanted a guide as to the food before I pay. I have signed up for a free 14 day email from the body coach.
Thanks for replies. Smile
