The thread has disappeared seemingly replaced by a biscuit!

Oh I had to read that three times Randall. I thought you were saying you very much enjoyed a buffet. As do I.

SylvsFatSkirtMustGo · 03/10/2014 21:59

Not a lot going in Tesco by the time I got there....sad times!

Going to take body measurements tomorrow and log them, I found it really helped before. It might kick me into shredding as well.

Jumping Jacks here I come (well, possibly).

RandallFloyd · 03/10/2014 22:38

I got an iceberg lettuce for 2p from Tesco the other week.

SylvsFatSkirtMustGo · 03/10/2014 22:51

Well I'm going to try again on Tuesday when I have an evening finish. I could get loads for a couple of quid if I time it right!

Grin
Iamapplesnotcakes · 03/10/2014 23:46

Buffet? buffet? Where? Can I come?

Bugger. Missed the buffet. Got here in time for the iceberg lettuce. I think I've mentioned I don't like salad

Jumping jacks you say Sylv. Hope your floor is strongWink

DoubleMum · 04/10/2014 07:44

I visited Waitrose after karate last night and was disappointed and actually downright affronted that there was virtually nothing reduced at all.

OP posts:
SylvsFatSkirtMustGo · 05/10/2014 21:43

No shredding done...my floors remain safe Grin

Clothes feeling more comfy though, must be a good sign!

Here's to a good week ahead Chiefs.

DoubleMum · 05/10/2014 21:49

No actual exercise done but a hell of a lot of sorting and I ache all over so that must mean something!

OP posts:
RandallFloyd · 07/10/2014 09:39

Defoe a good sign, Sylv!
And yay for all the sorting Double, must be very therapeutic too. Are you having any luck house hunting?

I may have Randalled a little over the weekend so will have to fast like a mo fo if I'm going to save my first weigh-in from being a total disaster Blush

Onwards and downwards, Chiefs!

DoubleMum · 07/10/2014 11:00

Properties are coming up that we like Randall but we need more than 3 viewings of our own property. Painting the whole house this week.

OP posts:
RandallFloyd · 07/10/2014 12:55

Blimey, there's your cardio for the weekend then!

RandallFloyd · 08/10/2014 10:47

Phew, on track for a loss this week. Not a huge one but a loss is a loss after all. And after the Randalling I did at the weekend its a relief to say the least!

How's everyone getting on? The MFP diaries are looking fab.

Iamapplesnotcakes · 08/10/2014 13:02

hey randall, well done on getting on the downwards track

i had a lot of randalling at the weekend stayed with friends in france so wine, cheese, tarte tatin and gallons of Baileys on ice featured.

so the weight shot up - but a few strict days have got rid of it and i now need to get rid of some of the other rogue pounds. feel quite motivated and focused so thats good - although i wimped out of shredding this morning and opted for the extra half hour in bed. It's turned cold is my excuse.

we moved office this week, and the journey means more walking opportunities, which i like when i have the time so will try and keep that up.

new office is also more public and snacking less easy. a good thing.

we can do this, cant we? A pound a week, every week until Christmas?

DoubleMum · 08/10/2014 20:10

Well done Randall. I've had a pretty unhealthy day today but have hopefully stayed under calories.
Had my health check at the docs today and my BP, cholesterol and glucose are all good so that's something.

OP posts:
SylvsFatSkirtMustGo · 08/10/2014 21:57

I lost 2.2lb Smile

Really pleased and just goes to show that keeping to 1200 does work. I haven't fasted or exercised (though am very active at work).

Finally feels like I'm going in the right direction!

RandallFloyd · 08/10/2014 22:08

Yay, fab work, Sylv! Sticking to 1200 really is the most effective way to do it, but it's bloody hard going. Mucho respec', Chief.

Yay for the clean bill of health too, Double.

V.v.Envy of your weekend, Apples. That's my idea of heaven. Really well done for atoning too. Balls to 1 pound a week, 2 punds a week, come on, we can do it! Aim high!

DoubleMum · 09/10/2014 06:37

Well done Sylv that's brilliant!!

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 09/10/2014 06:45

Oh there you are!
I bloody well need you chiefs!
Work+study= no time for exercise and mindless eating Blush

SylvsFatSkirtMustGo · 09/10/2014 09:43

Lizzy! Great to see youSmile
How are you finding the job? This term is always a killer, it's so long! With your studying too you must be shattered. Only 2 weeks until half term though. Give yourself time to get into a routine and all will sort itself out. (I say that sat surrounded in a constant mess and my washing threatening to climb down the stairs itself).

Def aiming high for that magical 2lb a week. We can do it! Just think what a huge difference that will be by the end of next month.

DoubleMum · 09/10/2014 10:46

Hello Lizzy

OP posts:
Iamapplesnotcakes · 09/10/2014 13:53

Alright, alright, 2 pounds it is

This week is looking good but thats because ive lost the weekend's excesses - but i'm def feeling more in the groove.

Welcome back Lizzy - you're teaching aren't you? Respect n all that. Bet its a really tiring job, requiring energizing snacks and comforting carbs. I suppose you have to swap them for carrots and things.

I just had one of my cheap kitkats that have been staring at me since Sylv told me off about them on MFP. It was a very effective approach and I left them alone - but one hopped out of the drawer this morning. Only 3 to go. Not today obvs.

off now for a filling glass of water. Onwards Chiefs, nearly the weekend when perhaps a little light Randalling might be permitted if Friday's scales allow.

RandallFloyd · 09/10/2014 19:37

Lizzzzyyyyyyy! How the devil are ya? And how's that lovely man of yours?
I'll bet the first term is a bastard. I doubt you have time to fart never mind spend your usual hours in the gym! If I were you I'd be face down in a massive pile of bread & cheese every night.

3lb off this week somehow. Not sure how but I'm not complaining.
Onwards and downwards Smile

DoubleMum · 10/10/2014 07:00

Superb Randalling Randall!

OP posts:
Lizzylou · 10/10/2014 07:01

Awww Chiefs, I have missed you Smile
Tes, teaching is amazing, but utterly exhausting. Not much time for exercise and just grabbing food that is not always healthy.

I have got myself down to my post holiday weight, I was 1/2 stone heavier than the 1/2 stone excess Blush
So j5yst an extra 10/14lbs to shift!

How is everyone?
Double how is it going?
Randall, is your mysterious problem sorted now?

Dh is doing v well thanks, still off work but he has been approved for a heart op to fix hole so we are relieved.

RandallFloyd · 10/10/2014 07:14

Oh thats a relief, Lizzy. Bet he can't wait for his clean bill of health, it must be very frustrating for him, not to mention shit your pants scary.

I'm ok ta, just got the glums. DS is doing amazing at pre-school though, so after a few hiccups, that's a big relief.
