...but I don't know what.

I am sick of being on a diet, off a diet, on another diet, off that diet to, ad infinitum.

I desperately need to lose the two stone I put on while pregnant four years ago, but I can't seem to stick to anything. I am currently falling off the slimming world wagon, having previously tried most things out there - WW, low carb in various guises, hypno, cal counting...

Not sure what I hope to gain from posting this. I am just so fed up of it all and so fed up of being fat and needed somewhere to rant.

As you were.

1/2 a pound off for me - every little helps! Glad a few of us are hanging in there.

antarctic · 21/10/2014 12:11

1lb off for me this week! I'm now 9lb down in total.

tipp2chicago · 21/10/2014 14:45

197.6 this morning. Major backslide, as I was 193 on Thursday but it was my birthday on Sunday. No excuse really but back on the wagon now and try to stay off the drink for November (for the Holy Souls...). Back on the Whole 30-is wagon as well. I did realise though that I hate being hungover, so I suppose that's something. I need to get back to walking as well. Bank Holiday weekend here so hopefully get out every day over the weekend.

CrumblyMumbly · 21/10/2014 15:21

Well if you can't have a drink on your Birthday...! The main thing is you're still here and it'll be off again next week. I lost 2 this week and am down to the weight I was when I first joined SW!

CrumblyMumbly · 21/10/2014 15:27

Can we not use the spreadsheet anymore - not letting me access it?

CrumblyMumbly · 26/10/2014 19:44

I'm doing a lot of talking to myself here! I'm the loan person on the lovely spreadsheet too. Do I get a prize for being the last one standing? Maybe not chocolate!

antarctic · 28/10/2014 07:30

Hello Crumbly, I'm still around! Although I gained 2lb this week - bother!

CrumblyMumbly · 28/10/2014 08:34

Hooray (for you being here not the pesky 2lb) - I've stayed the same which is mostly down to me getting treats in for Halloween callers and eating quite a few myself!

thobblywighs · 30/10/2014 06:55

Hello crumbly and Antarctic. I'm still here too although have fallen off the healthy eating wagon a bit. Back on it from today though. Online shop due to arrive between 9-10 and is full of healthy food. Can't remember what I weighed when I last updated the spreadsheet but will weigh again tomorrow and see where we are.
Hello to anyone else who is still lurking!

CrumblyMumbly · 30/10/2014 17:41

Welcome back - got ourselves a fat fighting team!

thobblywighs · 30/10/2014 18:09

Let's do this. Once I have finished the Christmas chocolates that seem to have been mysteriously opened since half term started!

antarctic · 31/10/2014 06:09

Hello crumbly and thobbly. I've been rubbish for the past week or so, but determined to get back on it, starting today!

thobblywighs · 31/10/2014 06:43

I can't remember what I weighed last time I entered anything on the spreadsheet but am 149 pounds this morning. Which doesn't sound too bad until you see my height. Sensible eating starts now! Never mind the Christmas chocolates that are left. Good luck Crumbly and Antarctic.

CrumblyMumbly · 31/10/2014 20:08

Wow antarctic and thobbly, you're awake so early! That makes a long day with more time for eating. Mind you I still manage to cram lots in - evenings are my downfall - dd and dp asleep - can watch rubbish telly by myself, then think hmmm what can I graze on. Must stay strong!

antarctic · 03/11/2014 07:07

My DS2 is an early riser!

Weekend not good. I really need to turn this around - I was doing so well!

CrumblyMumbly · 04/11/2014 12:56

I managed to resist the trick or treats goodies and lost a pound this week. All the Christmas stuff in the shops is spurring me on to get some off so I can indulge without feeling to bad!

CrumblyMumbly · 04/11/2014 12:58

Well done crumbly and hello eighty!

No change for me this week. Sigh. I did go for a run today though, which is a start.

CrumblyMumbly · 05/11/2014 10:15

Welcome eightytwenty - 7 weeks until Christmas so 0.5 stone sounds like an achievable goal - I'll try that too. I did lots of snacking last night - junk food with junk tv is my downfall! Always seem to self sabotage when I've had a good result on the scales - sigh. Oh well onwards and upwards!

All your hard work hasn't been undone - you've maintained half your weight loss which is the hardest part - we're about the same weight now!
