...but I don't know what.

I am sick of being on a diet, off a diet, on another diet, off that diet to, ad infinitum.

I desperately need to lose the two stone I put on while pregnant four years ago, but I can't seem to stick to anything. I am currently falling off the slimming world wagon, having previously tried most things out there - WW, low carb in various guises, hypno, cal counting...

Not sure what I hope to gain from posting this. I am just so fed up of it all and so fed up of being fat and needed somewhere to rant.

2lbs on here. It's no surprise as I had a rough week but things are a bit better now so I'm raring to go again The important thing is not to quit!

200.2lb this morning. Going the right direction at least. DH is back from his business trip tomorrow though and he loves his carbs & "saucy" dinners (stews, curries etc). I'm going to try to continue with my fruit for breakfast/salad for lunch/avoid the carbs at dinner plan and see what happens.

Thank you for updating the spreadsheet too! I have a little graph on my phone through MFP which is very encouraging. (Apart from the little bounces, but I'll get over that. The general trend is good.)

Hooray 3lbs off for me! My dd's birthday this week and I've had 2 pub lunches and loads of family birthday celebrations and have stuck to the plan (through gritted teeth!). Was worth it though and has given me a real boost. Well done everyone - we're shrinking...

Well done everyone! I can't seem to get motivated this week - energies seem to be very depleted, & I'm reaching to quick fixes (food) for a boost. Not good. Was doing so well, so will try and get back on MFP tomorrow today ...

I'm still here! But have been crap this week. Had a lovely trip abroad though, got some sunshine in the Med.
I remember last year when I was dieting I got to just over 13 stone and ground to a halt; same thing has happened this time. Is it some kind of psychological barrier?! Grin
I know I said it last week but now perhaps it really is time to have am autumn push. I could still be down quite a bit by Christmas. Ho hum.

Well done everyone who is doing better than me!!

196.8 this morning, delighted with myself! That's 11.2 lb gone, or 5% of my starting weight! So pleased :D

No change for me today. It was DS2's birthday party on Sun and I had lots of cake so I'm quite relieved actually! Still 8lb down in total. Good luck to everyone weighing in today.

196.4 this morning. It was 194.8 on Friday but I kind of fell off the wagon on Friday night & drank the Shannon. Should be back down by Friday hopefully so I can hit my goal of a stone down by my birthday on Sunday. Then hopefully another stone by Christmas.
