Hi I weigh 10 st 9lbs and want to get to below 10st. Just going to be watching what I eat, walking the dog, couple of gym sessions and cutting down on the wine.

oh wow lunar and mojito. those are wonderful losses.

my weekend was a disaster on the eating and drinking front. the only thing good was the 10km run i did sat. back on the wagon today dont expect a loss this wed but hopefully i wont have gained.

did some hula hooping this morning. i actually have visible bruises on my sides.

Twobambinos, I'm always amazed at the distances you and others run. I think I've done a lot in the treadmill and I only go 2.5km. That's measly in comparison. Good on you for such a good run and hula hooping.

I did treadmill again tonight but did binge a bit late today which made me cross with myself. I'll try to be on track food wise tomorrow.

Yesterday was a total disaster back to it now today. Started the day with something sweet and never stopped for the whole day.

Mojito it took me a long time to build up to 10km. I still haven't developed that love for running people speak about. I do love doing races though especially when I beat my pb. You will add milage and minutes to your treadmill workout gradually it just takes time. You are doing a great job and its obviously working.

Had a brilliant birthday week but ate far too much cake and rubbish, did manage to keep hula hooping though. Just trying to eat normally again now.

On a different note dh bought me a very cute new little rat. Smile

I've just got back from the gym, I did 10 mins each on the treadmill, cross trainer and the rowing Machine. Then did a 20 min kettle bell work out followed by a swim. I think I'm going to hurt tomorrow, or maybe tonight. I can already feel it.

I am also wearing a pair of size 16 next skinny jeans and I don't have to lay down to fasten them up. GrinGrin

Well done at the gym lunar that sounds like a super workout.

So far so good today drinking my water healthy breakfast and lunch 5km run 2km walk maybe 3km didn't have my app on. Mite do a bit of hula hoop later. I seriously stinkbSmile not expecting a loss tomorrow after the really bad extended weekend but sure back on the wagon is the main thing

Glad you are back on the wagon bambinos. I have some hotel chocolate calling my name. I think I'll have enough calories left to allow myself 3 after tea.

I've cooked spicy tomato chicken with lots of veggies in. Just need to put the corn on the cob on when dh gets back.

I managed treadmill on Monday but not Tuesday or Wednesday. Things are so emotional with DS that Tuesday was spent in many doctors and psych offices and me in tears for a large portion of it. I was wiped by the end of the day. Yesterday was no tears but just pure exhaustion. I went to bed at 6pm for a quick nap before getting up to sort out jobs and didn't get out of bed until this morning. Luckily kids had been fed before I headed off. Hope to treadmill today. Some snackin occurring which is not great. Mind you I was so exhausted yesterday I couldn't even eat the dinner I had dished up for myself.

Mojito, I hope things get better for you soon with your ds. Do you get much support from family and friends?

I'm off to the gym and swimming shorty, hopefully I've caught the gym bug!

Did the treadmill today. I could have easily made excuses for myself but really happy I did.

Lunar - I do have support but the challenge is truly opening up and allowing others to help. I think that may just be impossible for me. Oh well keep on keeping on as they say.

I bought coffee and cake when I was out today but only had a couple of mouthfuls of cake and just didn't feel like it so happy I didn't comfort eat.

Lol, Mojito this is the worst weekend I've had since I started losing weight. Funnily I'm not worried, tomorrow I'll be in the gym plus swimming and eating healthily again.

I'm blaming children, Costco and my trip to hotel chocolate. I think I possible ate 900 calories of their dark chocolate yesterdayShockShock

Hello all, have had the period from he'll but have managed to not quite eat all the cards as I'd normally do. DD's birthday too so a bit of celebration foot and birthday cake, but less then I'd have had before. I did manage to slide in at just below 11st - Not sure when I last did that, but will let my bloating g go a bit first before I weigh again. I suspect I'll stay about the same this week.

Mojito - hope this week is better for you.

After an appalling weekend I have lost 1lb. I'm now 15st 4 lbs. really hoping to get just under 15 in the next couple of weeks.

Good luck this week all. I got on the scales and am back up to 78.6kg. Not a surprise but disappointed on myself.
