No sections in this one, I'll just have to keep practicing.

trikken · 27/08/2014 16:42

I wish I had recorded myself when I first began as then I could have shown you how awful I was at it to begin with.

hollyisalovelyname · 27/08/2014 18:31

I can't hula hoop at all. If I keep trying will I improve ?

trikken · 27/08/2014 19:42

Yes definitely.

lunar1 · 27/08/2014 20:39

I am seriously uncoordinated I wonder how long it will take me to improve!

trikken · 28/08/2014 10:26

Hows it going with the hooping? Try the opposite direction, I can only hoop to my right.

lunar1 · 28/08/2014 14:59

Hmmm hula hooping not going great, my best attempt I got it to spin 7 times but usually it's 3 of 4! I will keep trying though. Surely my attempts will burn off a few calories.

I did go for a swim today again, and have been eating well. How is everyone else's week going?

MrsDesperado · 29/08/2014 08:37

Hi everyone, been having a very busy week so not been on here much. Only managed to weigh in for this week this morning, am now 9st3lb, 3/4 lb down from last weigh in and 5.5lb lost in total - so that's me finally over the half way mark!

Got a busy weekend ahead with lots of socialising so am going to try and be mindful about what/how much I eat and drink.

The end is so close yet still so far!

Keep up the good work everyone, your future self will thank you for this.

lunar1 · 29/08/2014 11:27

Well done mrs!!

I've just had a bag if randoms! Oops, I'm going out tonight as well so will have to make up for it tomorrow.

trikken · 29/08/2014 11:32

Thats really good Mrs Well done!

Had maltesers (shared a box with dh) last night after dinner but hopefully it was evened out by the 45 mins of hula hooping after.

twobambinos · 29/08/2014 14:30

Well done mrsd ur doing a great job.
hows everyone getting on with the hula hooping? Its so miserable out there today. Think i will pull the hoop out and do some instead of going for a walk. Maybe a bit of pilates too ??

lunar1 · 29/08/2014 15:53

I'm starting to think I'm not coordinated enough for the hula hoop. Is it one of those things that just clicks all of a sudden?

trikken · 29/08/2014 16:16

Yes it is lunar. Well it was for me.

lunar1 · 30/08/2014 15:24

Slight improvement in hula hooping today! Practised for about 20 mins and can get it to spin about 6-7 times on average 9 was my best attempt. Still a bit rubbish I know but I'll keep trying.

trikken · 30/08/2014 18:44

Thats still good. Well done. You'll get there!

Mojito100 · 30/08/2014 23:55

Ladies, your help is required please. I Realise I am skipping breakfast and I am coming up to my busiest time of the year over the next six weeks. Can you give me ideas for quick and easy healthy breakfasts. I am so uninspired by what is in the house at the moment it's hard to even look forward to breakfast.

lunar1 · 31/08/2014 07:23

I've been having pumpkin seed and oat ryvita with Philadelphia light and prawns for breakfast recently. It's working out at 200 cals for three and is really filling. Only takes seconds to prepare as well.

trikken · 31/08/2014 08:30

My breakfast is fairly unadventurous I'm afraid. I usually just stick to marmite toast.

changeeverything · 31/08/2014 09:32

Hi everyone, ill be back tomorrow, will read thread and catch up :) x

I need my mouth stitched up again, it's that time of the month and I can only have another 223 calories before bedtime to stay within my goal. That mint aero and hula hoops doesn't seem like it was such a good idea now. Neither were the chilly cheese bites from Burger King, or the bacon sandwich I had for breakfast. Will have to have a tuna salad with light mayo for tea and keep the duct tape handy incase I need keeping away from the kitchen!

lindaRa182 · 31/08/2014 13:36

Hi ladies. .I've just done a cleanse and have lost 7lbs. Only another 3lbs to go! These 3 will be the toughest I'm sure.

lunar1 · 31/08/2014 14:16

Well done Linda, almost there.

Mojito100 · 31/08/2014 14:39

Thanks for the breakfast recipes. I am the laziest person in the world as even microwaving oatmeal seems all too hard. I really need to get my act together.

Well done on the 7lbs.

Welcome back change I hope things are sorted or on the way to being sorted. Court is incredibly stressful.

Keep posting your breakfast ideas please.

lindaRa182 · 31/08/2014 20:20

Oh I hate days like that Lunar....why oh why would I eat that much! As long as you start eating healthily again the following day thats the main thing.

Mojito100 · 01/09/2014 02:00

Linda. Could you give me an understanding of the cleanse you did. What did you do, how long for and how hard was it. I want to lose 5kg before 6 October and this might help kick start me.

I'm also making a commitment to you all that I am going to do 30 mins a day on the treadmill. I'm sick of planning to do it and not doing it. I'll make myself report back so I feel like you are all my gym buddies and I can't let you down.
