Hi I weigh 10 st 9lbs and want to get to below 10st. Just going to be watching what I eat, walking the dog, couple of gym sessions and cutting down on the wine.

I'm at 78kg today for weigh in. I'm not disheartened as when I started with you guys I was at 80kg. I am very pleased that I am where I am and 2kg is better than nothing. I don't need to lose weight in a hurry I'm happy making small steps towards my goal. Life is too short not to enjoy (I speak from experience) and I refuse to not take the odd side road on the way to where I'm going.

My home scales are like most out there as when I moved them am inch or so this morning and got back on it automatically took off 20grams. I was 77.7kg last Wednesday and who knows I may be that again at a random time this week. I'll leave that up to the scale gods and the bodily fluid gods.

Keep persevering everyone and don't beat yourselves up. Smell the roses (chocolates or flowers Smile) along the way and enjoy what you have.

Just wanted to check in and say well done to everyone xx

There's a lot going on this week for me so Im not sticking to plan 100%.....but wanted to cheer the rest of you on :) !!!!!!

In court tomorrow, then will be back on plan. .. (have booked a personal trainer session at gym tomorrow evening!)

Will b back with you all in mind, body and spirit soon once this week is over. Stay strong everyone, you're doing great xx

trikken I am right that you are the hula hoop fan?! And if so what kind of hula hoop do you recommend? Have been looking at getting one but there is so much choice! Weighted or not weighted and some come apart for storage etc? Is there one you would recommend? I don't want to spend loads but don't want a crap one. Thanks :)

Clicks to put together and apart so easy storage, I dont recomment the ones with lumps or balls as they can be more painful and not 'massaging' in the least. This is the kightest one, but they do go up if you want a heavier one, but I find this one very effective. Dont go for the davina ones in argos, as they are too flexible and not sturdy enough.

Morning All,
So, I am feeling better about things then I did last time I posted. Have now lost a grand total of 5.4 lbs over 22 days. WHich is ok I think - just over the 1.5 per week that I wanted. Not sure why nothing registered at first, but then it suddenly did.

Am finding it hard at the mo to not snack.My downfall is oddly almonds - I coud trough those by the bucket load. A few are fine but I'd eat them all. ahve now resorted to pre-weighing out 30g portions - which don't look very much Sad. Premenstrual now, so facing my biggest (snack) challenge - normally I'd just be mainlining the biscuits, with a cake/Magnum break in between. I shall probably have a Mini Milk instead.

Talking of toning - trikken - a hulahoop, hey? Sounds interesting, am another one who is tempted. I ahve only been walking lots, I think I poss need to switch it up a bit.

6 of my rl friends have gone out and got hoops in the past 2 weeks.

To all of you. Keep going, slow or fast we will get there. I'm ignoring the 10 week part of the concept. I just liked 10lbs as that sounds so reasonable.

Iscream I think you're doing well. I'm back to eating not so healthy over the last week. I keep thinking a small home made blueberry muffin can't be so bad or a few home made chocolate truffles. Lying to myself I know. I really need to eat more frequently and actually stop to eat. I am constantly eating on the go and that is not good for me.

I don't think my next weigh in will be one I'm proud of.

Hi all, can I join you? I would love to lose 10lbs (and more). Weighed in last Wednesday at 12st 3lb (lightest in a couple of years), weighing again tonight and going to make losing 10lb more my target off my starting weight tonight.

Morning all, how is everyone doing? Ate well yesterday and managed to fit 22 mins of hula hooping in so that was ok. Just had toast for breakfast. Walking down to lidl's in a bit so that's a 15 min walk. Will weigh myself later as have no idea how im doing as have had some really good days eating wise and some quite bad ones.

trikken u inspired me to dust off the hula hoop did 200 spins each way yesterday.

so weighed in wed and had lost nothing not even half a pound. Onwards and downwards this week hopefully.

I've been having a bad week! Mc Donald's twice, though I managed to have a happy meal with water then this weekend I've got a Chinese buffet sat and a meal out Sunday. Will have To try to behave I really wanted to get under 16st by Mondays weigh in.

I think I'm going to have to invest in a hula hoop.
